Understated is the size of the condo! The size of the loft makes for a nice, separate space for teens to hang and sleep. Nothing beats the cups of coffee with views of the White Mountains from the two balconies in the morning. This was a great getaway destination.

We enjoyed our time spent in the mountains. This property is centrally located to see everything and is the perfect place to spend time with family. Two levels allows for privacy. Will recomend to friends family.

The property was clean and well equipped with all the essentials. We enjoyed our stay since we love the Lincoln area and the attractions such as the Kancamagus and Clark's Bears, etc.

We stay with another bacillus of 4 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The only critique I have is when the owner messages you that got need to bring your own towels for the shower and the pool.... PLS NOTE there are NO TOWELS!! No hand towels, no face clothes, no bath Mats!... There is nothing!! Just pack accordingly! You will need them for ALL 3 bathrooms!

Great location. Wonderful and very well kept condo. Special thanks to our host, Tad. He made sure that we had a flawless check-in, even though we arrived after the front desk was closed. Tad followed up with us on the first day to make sure we were happy with the condo, and that everything was in order. I would highly recommend.

We had a nice comfy stay. We had plenty of room to move about. Our last day. Fire alarms woke us up, everything ok, made us get to the mountain early, enjoy the day on the slopes.

Tad’s condo was perfect for us! Very rare to find a home with 4 queen beds and 3 full baths. Tad responded very quickly to our questions. The elevator to the third floor condo made it easy to get our belongings in. Nice views from the balcony!

Nice spacious bi-level condo. We were a group of 10 and the place was perfect for us. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very clean and centrally located to everything. Directly across the street (behind the sign)there’s a path that leads a nice river with rapids. Grab your tube, kids and have fun. We spent lot of time in Laconia which was a hour away but a must visit. The host answers questions at rapid speed. The only thing (and I didn’t ask or complain to the host about so yo be fair he did not have a chance to address. I went ahead and purchased 3 fans from Walmart) was lack of AC. Who would have thought you would be hot in NH. Cooling systems are portable AC’s. There’s one in the livingroom that you have to make sure does not disconnect from the wall or will not cool down the space. The second one is in one of the bedrooms, that one worked really good, just had to dump the water very often. The second bedroom on the first floor did not have an AC, instead a oscillating fan. We put an extra one in there an opened up the windows. The loft space has one portable AC but it’s not enough for such a huge space. Unlike downstairs there’s only one door that goes out to the balcony and that’s on one side of the loft. I had to put two Fans upstairs in order to be able to sleep comfortably. In all fairness we don’t do good with heat and that’s why we had to buy fans. Otherwise the place was nice, quiet and welcoming. Good for families.

This was a awesome place to spend time with friends after quarantining. There was plenty of space for everyone and the loft gave us room to all gather together. The kitchen had all the little touches we needed to cook most of our meals and the location is so close to everything you'd want in a vacation - Tad was a pleasure to communicate with! We will definitely be back - thanks Tad!

This is a great location and the shuttle to loon was a great add on! The space is huge for a big group and the place was clean and nice.

We enjoyed our annual New Years Eve trip at this condo. Unit is clean, comfortable and spacious. We had 4 teenage girls with us and they really enjoyed having a place upstairs to hang out. It was nice having the shuttle pick us up at the door to bring us to Loon. The owner, Tad was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was easy-no hassles or problems. We would definitely recommend this condo. Thank you Tad for letting us enjoy your place!

The upstairs - intended for our three kids for sleeping and a fun extra area - was incredibly hot in the summer. The owner had a portable air conditioner that did no good, and its venting got so hot we had to turn it off anyway for fear of fire hazard. So we used the floor in the lower level, which had a window air conditioning unit. I’m not sure what’s worse, if the owner did or did not know about this.

Great rental for our family - 10 total: 5 adults had space to visit, 5 kids had space to play together or chill on their own. We all had space to watch the AFC championship game. Very easy access to Loon Mtn by free shuttle bus. Appreciated hot tub and pool for after skiing!

We enjoyed our stay at this Nortic Inn townhouse. It was spacious with plenty of room for two families to spread out. Plenty of tvs to suit the teenagers in the party! It is also centrally located, with quick access to Loon and our favorite restaurants. It could use some updates...the bathrooms, kitchen, rugs, were all older, but we didn’t mind. We were comfortable and had a nice visit overall. Thanks for sharing your unit with us!

Loved this unit because of its size & location. The Nordic Inn is a fantastic place to spend a vacation. Pools, gym, game room etc keeps everyone busy & happy. Been going there for years. Location is key as well with Loon & downtown right there, plenty of food choices & shopping. This unit is enormous with room for Adults & kids to be separated when needed & also can sit down together for a big dinner. Has everything you need. Thanks for all, David H & family

A group of us (5 adults and 2 children) had a fantastic stay at the Nordic Inn. The Inn is conveniently located for hitting the slopes, and it was great to have a pool and Jacuzzi to relax in after a long day skiing. The condo was clean, tidy and well maintained, and there was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. Tad was very accommodating, and responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend for your visit to Loon Mountain!

Great condo and only negative was lack of towels. 8 people and only 6 towels. Had to use laundromat in basement just for towels in our 3 nights stay. No response from owner when I called. To see if his cleaning person could supply something.

We enjoyed a great stay at the condo. We have been to the area several times so we knew that the location is excellent being only a few minutes from Loon Mt and the shuttle to the mountain is a great feature. We enjoyed the gypsy cafe which is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. The pool area is great and so is the exercise room. I would definitely stay here again. If you book this place you will not be disappointed.
