The house was very spacious, clean and close to everything. I will recommend this house to friends. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

We stayed Thanksgiving weekend 2022. This house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful. If we decide to go back to Hilton Head we would try to stay here again!

Loved the house. Great location - close enough to bike and walk to Sea Pines and Harbor Town. There is a secret cut thru to the Sea Pines center ( home of truffles and a pizza shop, ice cream etc). We had to leave early before Hurrican Ian ............

We found our stay at this location was great. We rented bikes and rode to the beach daily. It was a scenic route where we saw wildlife each day. The house was very roomy and worked out great for our family of eight adults and a toddler. I would highly recommend this property.

House was clean. Carpet very stained. Kitchen and baths are nice which is the most important. As a realtor, I would suggest they install LVP and get rid of carpet, clean up the yard to add curb appeal and do some painting.

Great house in Sea Pines! Perfect communication from owners and the house is good for a larger family. Loved the kitchen, family rooms and outdoor space. The pool, tennis courts were an added bonus. Will def rent again!

This house was so perfect for what we needed. We basically were able to just cruise on in, set up shop like it was our own home, and get the vacation started! I had to reach out to Jessica a few times for clarification on things before we got there, and she was very quick and friendly with responses. The layout of the house was better than I imagined it would be, as 2 of the bedrooms were very well removed from the living and tv areas (and all bedrooms had lots of space and storage!) They’ve done a beautiful job remodeling and updating everything. Our 2 year old daughter was able to take naps and sleep without issue with the adults and 2 rowdy boys up and playing in the large living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the charcoal grill was exactly what we have at home. The location was perfect as well, being a10ish minute bike ride to the beach, 5 minute bike ride to the pool, and a quick car ride to the grocery store, Harbour Town, and Salty Dogs (we may or may not have gotten ice cream every day….) Lots of extra pillows, blankets, and plenty of towels. The outdoor shower was verrrrry helpful with the kids as well. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

We brought a group of 8 seniors to celebrate their high school graduation and this was the perfect place! Close to everything via walking or rented bicycles on bike paths. The house was perfect for us, and the owners were awesome to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Overall a good experience. The beach equipment was not in great shape, could be replaced. The house was good and the spread out floor plan suited our needs. Beach parking in Sea pines is extremely limited.

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood - access to tennis and pool within complex and relatively short bike ride to beach. Property managers are excellent! Have rented from them for years at various Seapine properties and never disappointed! Plus, plus great kitchen space and open floor plan. Strongly recommend!

This house is perfect for a large family or two families traveling. It has all the comforts you would need, plenty of books to read, and plenty of places for everyone to "get comfy" without being on top of one another. We opted to rent our own bikes from Peddling Pelicans which was great. Greenwood Forest is a ten minute bike ride to Harbor Town or the Beach Club, which is super convenient. Will be back!

We stayed here and attended the RBC golf tournament The house had everything we needed in terms of linens, soaps, kitchen, etc. it is spacious indoors and has great outdoor areas. We could walk to and from the tournament and anything else we needed was a short drive or bike ride away. The property owners were helpful and responsive.

This was perfect for a quick family getaway! Everything in the home was exactly as pictured. Was plenty of space for my family of 7. I did need to reach out to Jessica as my mother in law got locked out of the house and Jessica answered almost immediately and was able to help me communicate the code back to the mother in law. Thank you for hosting your property and hopefully can continue to stay here as king as it’s available!

I LOVED this house for my annual trip to the island. In fact, it was so perfect for me and my needs, that I quickly contacted Jessica to see if I could secure it for next year! The floor plan was perfect for when my kids and grandkids came to visit. Kitchen and living areas separate from the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were also very nice, not cramped. And the new countertops in the kitchen were gorgeous! The kitchen was very well equipped, and the appliances were top notch. The outdoor patio area was perfect for afternoon drinks and snacks, and I just loved walking through the neighborhood with my dogs. A very quiet peaceful area of the island. The only negative comment I would make concerns the neighborhood association pool. It was open to swimming on April 1, but nothing was done to prepare the pool for swimming. The water was full of leaves, and one young swimmer busied herself scooping up nets full of them. You are better off driving over to South Beach and swimming there. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property in Sea Pines.

Great house for groups or large families

Have stayed in HHI before, but this was so much better than a resort condo. We stayed for a week & this was the second stop on a month long trip from MI to FL. When we originally booked, we thought our 3 grown children would be joining us, so it was more than enough space for just the two of us. As a chef, my wife loved the renovated kitchen, which was well stock with all the cookware she needed to make our dinners each night. Had an issue with one of the cable boxes and Jessica came over, solved the problem & we had a lovely conversation. The most amazing vacation rental that we have stayed in so far. Will definitely book again and bring our kids (or not, lol)!

If you are looking for a relaxing week in Sea Pines book this property if it is available. This is the second time we have stayed here and will look to reserve this location again next year. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler and there is plenty of room to relax and not be on top of each other for a week. We only needed to take our personal belongings, everything else was furnished. The only issue we had is the 3rd bathtub near the room with two double beds would not drain. Other than that the property gets 5 stars from me.

Home was large enough for our large family, the layout was great for those that wanted to stay up late and those that wanted to wake up early! The 2 living rooms were perfect! Outdoor space was beautiful!

The condo was perfect for our 2 families of 4. The 2 living rooms are a must! One place for adults to hang out and a place for the kids to hang out. Also really liked the H shaped layout. All bedrooms on the one side for people to go to bed and other side of people wanted to stay up later. Seapines is a great place to stay in HH. We visited the salty dog and harbor town. The pool was a bit of a walk away but doable. We drove. My only complaints are that the grill was charcoal and my bedding did not fit on my bed and there was no bottom sheet protecting the mattress. Whoever made the beds put the king size sheets on the queen mattress. We figured it out mid trip and made the changes. Other than that beds were comfortable, place was clean and spacious. We left beach chairs for future guests. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. Great home and location. Perfect for two families. More than enough room. Loved the two separate family rooms.

Loved the house! Good communication with the property managers who sent lots of great info about the area before arriving. The only problem we had was getting into the gym at no cost. We did not follow up with the property manager re this problem but maybe it shouldn't be listed as an free amenity. Other than that our stay was great! The kitchen was beautiful and we had everything we needed except coffee filters (I brought the wrong kind). The bedrooms were larger than I thought they would be, the bathrooms were clean but had typical beach house bath drain issue. All in all, the house was perfect for us - we highly recommend it!

Property was in great location to enjoy Hilton Heads beach, bike trails and restaurants. Newly remodeled kitchen and spacious bedrooms.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet neighborhood. House was more than adequate for all our needs. Not fancy but very comfortable. When we arrived, there was someone working on some things in the house, and he told us they were getting ready to tear out and update the kitchen, so it’ll be interesting to see how that turns out. Would definitely stay there again.

The patio and outside storage area for bikes and trash was easily accessible. The furniture in all the rooms was clean and very comfortable ... plenty of TVs. There were a few minor repairs needed to doors and a drawer. All said, we enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this property again. However, the one complaint we have is with beach access. It was not made clear to us that we would only be able to park at the Beach Club parking lot at certain times of day ... and not even be able to drop off or pick up anyone even if there were many open spaces ... no stopping anywhere near there! This was very frustrating and inconvenient. There is also no beach parking at the Plantation Club across the street. We have been going to Sea Pines for over 35 years and hope that something can be done to make beach access for everyone more accommodating.

We had a group of 7 (5 adults and a 17 yo and 11 yo). The 4 bedrooms were spacious and perfectly fit us all. The place was clean and accurately described. Couple of things (like bedroom closet door, etc.) needs fixed, but nothing that affected our stay. 4 bikes were there so we were able to ride to the pool, Harbor Town, and the beach easily. Would gladly rent this home again. Thank you!
