We enjoyed our stay. The location was great with easy access to the beach. It is only 4. 5 miles to Frank Brown Sports Complex.

Location was good. We were really disappointed that the beach front building was closed. The property was not as clean as it should have been, could use a deep cleaning. Communication was great, never made us feel like we weren't going to have the condo available.

The location can't be beat, and the condo is delightful and very well outfitted.
The only reason I gave a four for accuracy is because the clubhouse was closed and because we were unable to get any of the televisions to show channels. No big deal - we had very little time or desire to watch Tv.
Fayla was an amazing "host", I will be check mg put her other vrbo locations.

Perfect Place!
Loved this condo! Access to the beach was SO easy. The pool was a huge hit my son, barely a walk to the closest one! The mini golf course wasn’t the most exciting but it gave my son something extra to do. I loved the lagoon out back. The back sitting room looked right over it! Was so pretty- there’s a crane that hangs out too! I put a 4 on cleanliness because there were a couple small issues, but I spoke with the owner and she was going to handle it (new cleaning crew). Fayla was very quick to respond to any message I sent her. Only thing that was a small issue was that there aren’t a lot of outlets. We aren’t overly “techy” but have several necessities that needed power cords (cpap machine, phones, watches, etc). There are a couple extension cords, and we managed to things to make it work, but I would suggest bringing multi outlet plugs or extension cords if you use a lot of devices. Other than that, this condo is a fantastic stay!

Great location without being on the beach.
We have stayed in this condo several times. It is updated and spacious. If you like the convenience of pulling right up to your door to drop everything off, it’s great. It’s one of the closest condos to the beach with a very short walk.

Our stay was really good. The place is very nice. Definitely decorated different than most beach places but I liked it. The best part was the bed in the master was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a rental.

Beach is really just steps away
Came to PBC for my nephews baseball tournament. We spent the majority of our time at the baseball field. Luckily we were so close to beach we were able to catch the sunset. Everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay with Fayla the next time in PCB!

Great stay at gulf highlands
This was our third family trip to PCB for fall break week. We have stayed at Gulf Highlands each time. This was by far the best location for easy access to the beach. We had a great stay!

Great Townhouse!!!
My family has been staying at Gulf Highlands for the past 21 years when we come to PCB. We love the community and all the things that are in the resort. The owner is amazing and the townhouse was great and so close to the beach access gate. We definitely rent from this owner in the future!

nice place, quick easy walk to the beach
This place is maybe 200 yards from the beach. It's an easy walk. It's close enough that if you forget something, it's quick to go back and get it. There are restaurants within a short easy walk also. We didn't use any of the pools or other amenities at the property, but the whole place was well cared for and quiet. The unit itself appears to have been remodeled not too long ago, and the quality of work is good. It's a nice place with all new/modern appliances and bathrooms. We plan to return!

Property was just as described. Fantastic location! One of the community pools is just left of the townhouse and the beach pool is just steps away. Fayla is a super host! We would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay.

Excellent townhouse
Traveled to PCB and LOVED staying at this townhouse! Fayla is awesome and she is easy to communicate with. We booked two hoses from Fayla, which both houses were very well kept and clean. Nicely decorated! Beach house is so close to the beach. Will definitely be back next year with my family!

Perfect location
This is the perfect location if you are not wanting to stay in a condo. It’s a short walk to beach and restaurants, easy access, and in a nice, clean gated community. Fayla was excellent to work with and always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!!

Not the best
Wasn’t too impressed. The good thing is that it’s the closest walk to the beach from the entire resort. It wasn’t very clean, entire floors were covered in sand, crumbs, and hair. Dust and sticky stains were all over furniture. Fayla was responsive enough and sent the cleaning lady, who was very rude and said “ what do you expect, you are at the beach”. The condo itself got everything you need, not at best condition but usable. Frying pans and towels are kinda worn out, lots of towels though. All the sliding doors are almost not functional. The master bedroom shower door is off track, you have to fix it any time you use it. Fayla promised to send a handyman but I think she gave up on my complaints, and handyman never showed up. The other bathroom with the tub doesn’t drain well, so you take a shower in a tub full of water.
Furniture and decorations are very nice, the place needs really good bath, and may be newer kitchen utensils, the place would be so much more attractive.
At this point- won’t recommend.
