Genießen Sie einen ruhigen romantischen Urlaub zu zweit, oder verbringen das Wochenende mit der ganzen Familie in unserem Haus. Das Anwesen ist von Bäumen für absolute Privatsphäre umgeben und verfügt über ein 3-Loch-Golfplatz (mit einer längste Fahrt auf ca. 110 Meter), eine große Terrasse und einen zweiten Geschichte Balkon. Es gibt auch eine zweite Einfahrt mit Platz für ein r. v. oder zwei und ein Holzkohlegrill für einen entspannten Abend grillen.
Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Cal-Kingsize-Bett, ein großes t. v. eine große Dusche und eine Jet Badewanne. Zwei der Zimmer haben eine eigene Bäder / Duschen und zwei Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Jack & Jill Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Cal-Kingsize-Betten, und 4 große Betten, mit einem zusätzlichen Königin Luftmatratze für größere Gruppen. Alle 8 Betten zur Verfügung haben Blätter Decken und Bettdecken und alle außer einem der Schlafzimmer haben begehbare Kleiderschränke zur Verfügung. Our very active family of 14 gathered for a long weekend to celebrate Pa's 75th birthday. Three generations of 8 adults and 6 kids, ranging in age from 2 to 75, could not have picked a better place. The house has a tremendous amount of living space, with a big kitchen and dining area, separate rooms for playing pool, watching football games, or just relaxing in the living room, and all of the rooms flow together beautifully. Bedrooms are very large and there are plenty of bathrooms for all.
The outside grounds are magnificent, with a huge grass backyard for outside play. At one time our group had 2 frisbee games and a lawn dart game going on and there was plenty of room for more.
This was a perfect vacation house for us and I would highly recommend it. Our family had a blast!

House was in a great secluded spot for a family getaway. The grounds of the property were amazing. Plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play outdoors and people to explore the neigborhood. House is well designed with common spaces and large bedrooms. Wineries, Avila Farm and the beach were close and great excursions. Would definitely recommend

The house was very comfortable for 4 separate households of 8 adults. The shower (good water pressure) and toilet worked great, and the kitchen was a great place to congregate. For the kitchen, more dish towels and cleaner pans would have enhanced the set up. The pans were very sticky with old oil and didn't look all that clean. The pots were fine.
Overall, we recommend the place and stay there again. Thank you.

The property is the perfect size for our family. This is the 3rd year in a row we have vacationed here with our kids and grandkids. The only drawback was that the Master Bedroom TV did not work, which left only 1 TV for 10 different tastes.

We had a great stay for a weekend family reunion with four families, a total of six adults and seven kids ranging from 7 to 17 staying in the house and two more adults in an RV in the driveway. The bedrooms are all huge so there is plenty of space for people to spread out and to put use the air mattresses when needed. The grounds are amazingly green and lush and there are birds everywhere.

My family and dogs really like this property, and we are repeat visitors. Great privacy in a park like setting - yet you are close enough to town to enjoy some good restaurants and events. Grounds are beautiful and house is roomy with a great kitchen. We will be back!

Great place - the rooms and living rooms are enormous so great for large groups to do activities together but also enough space to have 'alone time'. The kitchen is very well equipped (except for a kettle) and we cooked lots and never felt like we were missing anything (the pantry has a lot of spices, which we used and added stuff we brought as well).
Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Sheets and towels were of good quality. A very large back yard - perfect for kids to run around (we had 5 of them).
There was a Christmas tree in the main living room that added to the festive atmosphere.
The garage key code and the WIFI password we were given and the WIFI password so that gave us a fright but luckily we were able to contact Martha to fix that (so keep Martha's number handy). We had a major issue with plumbing on our final day but called Martha again to handle that.

Nice house and roomy but there is not enough china for large group( you need to bring your own foil, plastic wrap, dish soap, paper towels).Most of the blind at window are not functional. It would be nice if hair dryers are provided especially in cold weather.

Staying at Martha's house was an absolute joy! I had a family of 11 ( 5 adults and 6 kids) and there wasn't a single soul who was not in marvel of the home. Spacious both inside and outside the home. The kitchen was fantastic. Martha was great at answering all my questions and concerns and even gave me a wonderful option for my brother's family dog. We definitely plan to return. Thank you Martha for allowing us into your beautiful home and making our family trip such a special occasion.

This was my 3rd visit to the property. The property works great for our family vacation and the kids want to come back again. I have noticed over the last 3 years that some things are beginning to look tired. While we had a wonderful time, I was disappointed that we were left only 2 dishwasher pods, 2 dish towels, 1 paper towel roll for a 6 day stay. Also the ice maker doesn't work.

Wonderful
Our large family stayed here for about a week. It was wonderful. The pictures honeatly don't do it justice for how large it is! We had so much room for everyone and then some. The backyard was awesome foe the kids to play and run around. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen was fantastic. We are so grateful for being able to use the place. We had a lovely time!

Perfection!
This gem is in quiet, tranquil setting; yet an easy drive to Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo. We gathered as a family to attend grandsons wedding and with the oversized bedrooms and private bathrooms…..it WAS perfection. The very well landscaped grounds made for enjoyable porch time. Management bent over backwards to accommodate us. Could not have been any better…..we were sad to leave

Hosted a family reunion here at this lovely property and we all enjoyed ourselves. The kids loved all the space, pool table and the outdoor space. The kitchen was spacious and often found us gathered around the table for 12 with overflow at the counter. The bedrooms are spacious as well. All in all a great property- it is just as advertised. Stay - you'll love it!

Beautiful place but Not clean!!!
Not clean, spider webs with big spiders inside moldy kitchen windows! Had to wash any pot or pan before use. Only vent in kitchen was broken called Owner& was told to open all windows and use portable fan. It was even dirty! Followed these instructions and smoke alarm still went on!!Used paper towels to dry things instead of the gnarly kitchen towels . Shower mats moldy. Toilet shrieked after flushing upstairs Jack n Jill bathroom. Cool air blowing non-stop although controls turned off. Only two ice trays. Pot holders filthy. Better instructions needed. Property beautiful but so uncomfortably not clean especially everything in kitchen. I would never recommend nor stay again!!! I took pictures if need.

Enjoyable Experience
Staying at this property was a memorable experience for my family and fur babies. The location is peaceful and is close to great restaurants and shops. The house is true to the images, and the vast, impeccably kept grounds make you feel as if you have your own private park (dogs had so much fun). Although we would have appreciated an advance notice of when the estate maintenance staff would be working on the property, the communication from the host was overall pro-active, responsive, and friendly (even asking what spices we anticipated cooking with). I agree with other traveler reviews about the house needing a little TLC (broken oven door, sticky sliding doors), but the small inconveniences did not impact our overall enjoyment and will not deter our interest in booking a future visit.

Great Place for a Family Gathering
This is the second time we have stayed at this house to celebrate Christmas with extended family. The location was good for everyone and the house is large enough that everyone had a place to sleep. The large kitchen was great for our group to gather, cook, and eat. There was a Christmas tree in the living room, which was perfect for our gift opening. We received the wrong code to enter the house, but this was easily remedied with a phone call.
