Enjoyed our stay, location was amazing. Lots of space for everyone. Everything was great except for the kitchen, which is not equipped for any cooking at all. Need to replace everything including all the blunt knives, lack of cooking pans, peeling/broken utensils, 4 wine glasses in a house that sleeps 19, rusty baking dishes.
I would definitely stay here again if kitchen was restocked. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star.

This lovely beach house was just perfect for our family of 11; adults, teens and little ones ages 3,6, 7. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. The pool was a BIG hit for everyone. We had 3 days of red flag days when we couldn’t swim in the ocean and so we spent a lot of time in the pool. It was great to be able to spend time in the water right in our own private pool. The beach is a short walk down a walkway with no busy streets to cross. The downstairs living area was great for our together times and it was nice to have a table the sat 10 people. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. We all were very happy with this house in a nice location and would highly recommend it.

Clean property with great layout for multiple families. Easy to walk to Alys, Seacrest, or Rosemary! We loved the easy accessibility to the beach with the neighborhood walkway. We found the pool size to be a tad small but overlooked it because everything else was outstanding!

Perfect vacation home! Large, clean, accommodating and a very close walk to the beach. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us on the beach every day was amazing.
One small hiccup during check-in, the driving gate code for the street leading into the neighborhood was not correct, but luckily some kind neighbors shared the correct code and that code worked for the remainder of our trip.
Overall loved the home, location and community. Can not recommend enough!

The house is exactly what a group of 5 moms and 5 daughters could have asked for. Moms had their own rooms and girls enjoyed the bunk room. The kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals, two dishwashers and the ice dispenser were perfect additions. The gated community had easy access to the beach. Having our set of beach chairs ready for us each day was a big plus. There were a large amount of stairs down to the beach which could be an issue for those unable to navigate stairs. Our group was able to walk everywhere and the shops and restaurants never disappointed. Aside from an unavoidable issue which was fixed by the owner, this property met all of our criteria and expectations. Would absolutely recommend !

We have been coming to this area of the Gulf Coast for 24 years to celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas with our kids and grandkids. This house met all our expectations with a good sized and well appointed kitchen, enough seating for us all to eat, and a large enough living room to be together comfortably. It has a great bunk room for the kids and enough bedrooms for the adults.
It also is in close proximity to the beach and the shops in Rosemary Beach. Highly recommend!

Our ladies weekend was incredible at Carolyn’s property! The weather was perfect and the house accommodated all of our needs. The pool heater was not working when checked in but someone was there to fix it within the hour and we enjoyed it all weekend!

Overall, this was a nice stay at the beach. We have stayed at Rosemary beach in years past and were looking at a less crowded beach location/better price point. Pros: central location to Alys and Rosemary, one row of chairs and plenty of space on beach, hot tub and pool, lots of room to spread out in house. Well stocked with beach equipment. Cons: beds were dirty on arrival and sand everywhere (quickly resolved by Carolyn), the house has been pretty beat up from other renters and could use a refresh. Could use new bedding and rug in living room. Carolyn was responsive to any questions we asked/issues that arose.

This was our third year to stay at Just Beachy and we had a wonderful time as always. Our group of grandparents, parents, and young children love this house because of the private gated pool, short walk to the beach, and king sized beds. The easy walk to shops and restaurants is a huge plus too!

Just Beachy was convenient and a special house for our beach week. We had plenty of room, ample bathrooms and the kiddos couldn't get enough of their pool time!. Despite rough conditions preventing beach water access we had wonderful bonding time together. The house is in a great location near retail and restaurants with easy walkability!

After careful review, our family of 13 (8 adults, 5 kids) selected Just Beachy as our destination. We have visited the immediate area multiple times over the last 15 years. We prefer to stay in a nice house in a gated community. This house more than met our needs and expectations! The owner/property manager were easy to work with and provided great communication. Our entire family, especially the younger ones, had a wonderful time during our stay. This home and community are highly recommended!

We rented the property for a bachelorette weekend. Perfect amount of beds for heads. All the girls had a great time. But two kept smelling urine in their bed and looked under the sheets to find dried yellow pre pads that never got changed. We also found random half eaten candy in beds from a previous stay. The soap was filled with water and within a day and a half two of the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper. The owner was not quick at responding unless I reached out several times for a response. The proximity to the beach was wonderful.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 plus grandparents. All of the bedrooms are very spacious and the 3rd floor with all the bunk beds was great for our boys to hangout. The location is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The beach service with chairs was a nice perk and it was great to have the pool/ hot tub along with the beach access. Everyone in our group agreed they would stay at the house again.

What can I say ability this stay! Pictures don’t really do it justice and the location is about as good as it gets! A few 100 yards from the farmers market and a 3-5 min walk to the beach. Hosts were great at resolving issues and even accommodated us for a mixup in the listing(our fault, not theirs). Really excellent home and very responsive hosts that gave us the perfect week that was much needed. Definitely will stay here again!

The house and location was perfect for our family to gather to celebrate Christmas and New Year's together. The size was perfect especially the open living room and kitchen area. We enjoyed hanging out with plenty of space to cook meals, eat together and play games at the large table. The double ovens came in handy as well as the two dishwashers! The weather was pleasant which made the hot tub a relaxing treat after bike rides and walks on the beach.
Another perk was the close proximity to the Rosemary and SeaCrest shoppes and restaurants. This allowed us to walk to lunch each day, browse the shops and treat ourselves to ice cream. Our group ranged in age from 19-76 and everyone had a lovely time!

Went on a girls trip to 30A. This house is the perfect location to get to the beach and all the shops. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well as being able to cook at the house. Would definitely go back here in the future.

Beautiful property and ahhhmazing location!! We enjoyed how close the beach was and the center to town. Stocked with beach equipment and bikes. Loved the set up of beach chairs each day and the crew who sets them up will kindly set them up on check in and check out day. Of course we left them a tip. Love that feature. We discovered the pool was broken and they did all they could to get it working, a las was not meant to be. The owner kindly took care of us and appreciated the gesture. I would love to see a few more kitchen items stocked however as we all know people absentmindedly or intentionally take stuff so maybe there is usually more. We did successfully cook a seafood boil. All in al we would stay here again.

Great location, beautiful house. Huge kitchen and island, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers- all perfect for a big crowd to be together. All the bedrooms were spacious with king beds. We were a little confused about the bunk room. It is a room attached to the 3rd floor bedroom with no bathroom. You have to go through the bedroom to get to it, and back through it to use the bathroom in the bedroom. The pool and jacuzzi were great when it was hot at the beach and for late night gathering. Check in check out couldn't be easier, and nothing needed any maintenance. We had LaDolceVida do a sunset bonfire right at our beach access. It was the perfect touch to a beach vacation. More of our family had an adjacent house and the cousins loved going back and forth.

Location was fabulous! We went to the beach 6 out of 7 days, it was just a quick (1 min) shady walk, super convenient. We were able to walk across the street to the shops and mini grocery store to stock up on things we needed. There was also a great area for live music at night and a green space for the kiddos to play and dance while they ate ice cream from the candy/ice cream shop in the area.
The beds were super comfy! The pool was a great touch for our group. It gave the kiddos a place to play and hang out while we got things loaded for the beach and of course a nice place to cool off after a long hot day on the beach. All the appliances and AC worked great, we had a little trouble with the refrigerator keeping cool but overall had an excellent experience and would come back again! Thanks for having us!

The daily beach cabana set up included was a bonus. Very pleased with our stay and can't wait to return to Just Beachy! Only negative is housekeeping upon arrival could have used a little improvement. Bunk bed sheets were not clean, lots of sand/dirt on floors, and all walls could use a good wipe down or fresh coat of paint. Could also use some bar soap in the bathrooms. Other than that we had everything we needed.

Easy walk to beach and bikes and chair included! Only compliant was there were no matching cups and other items you'd think would be in a stocked kitchen like cutting boards and large bowls. It was a bit random.
