Just want to say how much we enjoyed staying at Risa & Jonathan home. It was everything we wanted except for the weather( tropical storm Debby) our hosts kept us updated on any weather related reports and were gracious to offer us an extra day to make for the rain. I would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back.

My husband and I had both our parents and my aunt and uncle come to Hilton Head with us for the week. The house was amazing. We loved that the house had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We each had our own room and bathroom which is hard to find. We can’t wait to book this house again!

The house was excellent, great location, accommodated all of us very nicely, we had an infant, three and five year old, a nannny and ther two of us. Would definateky recommend that property to others. Communicating with the owner was a breeze.

We stayed at Risa’s and Jonathon’s house for a week in late March. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for our four adults and three teenagers. The home is in a quiet setting in Sea Pines, and the spaces in the house were separated and quiet too. It was well-equipped for meals, family gathering, and for watching women’s and men’s March Madness basketball games. There was even a bike rack for our rental bicycles.
The listing pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Booking, arrival, our stay and departure were all seamless and easy. It was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, and we thoroughly enjoyed it – the beach, the shops and restaurants in and out of Sea Pines, the walks in the nature preserve, and all the other activities made for a great week.

Overall the property is spacious and provides good gathering spaces for family. We loved the proximity to the community pool, and also the bike trails around Sea Pines were a very convenient way to get around. Having each room with its own bathroom gave everyone privacy and the house was fairly soundproof, which was nice since we had a baby with us. Overall it was a delightful stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient and hassle free. House is located within the Sea Pines development and is about a 5 minute drive from Harbour Town. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Bike trails were conveniently located and pool is a 5 minute walk away. House was clean and all TV’s / appliances were in working order. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of room for everyone. Functioning gas grill on the back deck was an added bonus. No issues - no complaints.

This house provided a wonderful vacation for my family. The property was well stocked, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect layout for our crew of 5 adults and 3 children. Our hosts, Risa and Jonathan made sure everything went smoothly...and it did! Risa was extremely kind and helpful throughout our planning process. We enjoyed all there was to do in Sea Pines, great location! I highly recommend this property!

Had a very nice week at Risa and Jonathan's house. They were great to work with, and very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and comfortable. Liked that both of our families bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house for privacy. Great location, 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Great pool within walking distance!

Risa and Jonathan’s home was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Check-in process was simple. House was comfortable and roomy. The location was great. I really can’t find anything bad to say! If you get a chance to book the property, do it!

This was the perfect house for us! It was my boyfriend and I, my two girls ( 22 and 24 ) and his two sons ( 16 and 21 ) plus a boyfriend and girlfriend for each of our oldest. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was GREAT! We all had privacy and it was all on one floor. This is definitely hard to find on HHI.
The water pressure was very nice and the house stayed cool. We had a three story townhouse last year and the 2nd and 3rd floors were hot. This property stayed nice and cool!
We hope to come back next year!

The property was perfect for our family of 8. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked well with items for cooking. The Selig’s were very attentive to our needs and are always quick to answer any questions that we have.

Have stayed in rentals in Sea Pines for almost 30 years and this was one of the best ever! The home was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were responsive almost immediately throughout the booking process. The house was exactly as described and is very well built and quiet and in a great subdivision with it's own pool and tennis/pickelball court. Can't wait to rent this home again!!

This is a great property. Four bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, and a large commons area. The kitchen is also well stocked, which is really helpful if you’re planning on preparing several meals while on vacation. The property owners are super-responsive and we really enjoyed our time.

Perfect home for our group
Plenty of room for our family. We had 7 adults. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was so nice. Nice size dining tables and even a table in the family room to do a puzzle on! Loved having beach chairs at the house. And having them all the same color was great. We had more family with a home right on ocean and we left our chairs there but never doubted which ones were ours!

House is a great size with a bathroom for each bedroom. Large dining areas as well. Large deck was a great place to relax. Communication with owners and check in was great. Would stay here again!

Quite Satisfied.
Great size for 8 visitors with all bedrooms on one floor. Owners were very responsive to a couple of issues. They immediately dealt with a bathroom problem and a dishwasher breakdown.

Great stay,
We were four senior couples. The house was lovely and we each had en-suite bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and our hostess Risa was extremely helpful when we had a few questions. Only suggestion is should put an extra roll of TP under the sink. We had a great time but gained five pounds so it’s diet time now.

Great group family vacation!
We came to Sea Pines with another family that had been before, but it was our first time. We picked the perfect house. It had everything you could need and was perfectly situated close to everything we needed. Risa was awesome to deal with and made the whole booking process a breeze. She was also great at communicating with us when we had any questions. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend this property. Great all around!

Great location in quiet Sea Pines neighborhood
We enjoyed the size and layout of the house for two families of 4, the community pool, tennis courts and playground and great neighborhood for letting the kids ride bikes. Every room having their own bathroom was great for a week at the beach and less than a mile bike ride to the beach. While it could use a bit of updating it is well peiced and exactly what you want in a family friendly beach rental.

Lovely family stay
Quiet, clean, freestanding family home in SeaPines. Near bike trails and just a short ride to Harbor town or the beach. Kid-friendly space and an office for working remotely. Our whole family loved listening to all the birds sing in pines every morning. A nice back porch to enjoy the afternoon sunshine as well. The hosts are terrific! A wonderful, relaxing stay in a great location.

Two trims were on the right side of the house and two on the left with the living room and kitchen in between. It worked out great for our families and we never heard each other. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Living room was decent size with a large dining table. There was an additional table in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were great to have on hand and put to good use with kids. Unit was a a great location in Sea Pines. 10 min bike to the beach. Did bike rental with Island Bike rentals. They drop off and pick up. very easy. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nice back deck area with a gas grill and tables and chairs. Great House in a great location
We would totally stay here again! This house was perfect having 4 bedrooms and each having their own ensuite bath! The neighborhood was a perfect location for biking to the beach, to see the horses, or to harbourtown. It was also a perfect neighborhood for walking or running! The owners were exceptional and had great communication and customer service as well!

Excellent Property
This property exceeded our expectations at Hilton Head. It was spacious, clean, amenities were provided beyond the basics.
Location was excellent, about 2 miles from the beach, close to Harbor Town, close to grocery stores, bike paths, wildlife viewing, playground, swimming pool.
Risa was quick to answer any questions or follow up on any problems we had.
I highly recommend this property and will stay there again if in the area!

Great week this 4BR/4Bath House!
Quiet neighborhood close to bike trails gave us quick access to beach and Sea Pines area via bikes. House was very clean and the four bedrooms provided privacy for the adults. The large open area contained an 8 seat table for dinners and large back deck was also a good spot to unwind. Property managers (owners) were very helpful during the booking process...We had a great trip...
