We go to Carolina Beach often and as a family we agree this has been our favorite place. There was plenty of space, the balconies were a great place to have coffee and gather for family time. It’s close to the beach and the pool was great! The kitchen was well equipped, and all was correct in comparison to the listing amenities. We highly recommend this place, we had a great family vacation here.

It was good weekend and the beach house was perfect

The owner was very nice, the inside was clean but a couple dirty nasty things. Some Dirty dishes, dirty sponge smelled of mold to wash dishes with , barely any towels, nasty dirty rug in living room, noisy neighbors, dirty green pool, no showers outside work, the stairs coming into the building are nasty, the shower in the hallway didn’t work and there was a leak coming from upstairs. There was also crumbs on the comforter in a room. Barely any trash bags or soap either.

We loved staying here! The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare light meals. The location was great, too! Just a few steps to the beach-we left our chairs and umbrella out while we went back to the condo for lunch. And it was close to lots of restaurants! A great condo all around!

Perfect location for a low key family vacation. This condo is convenient to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Which has cute shops and plenty of fun for the kiddos, and who could forget Britts Donuts! Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved this property, especially the location. The north end of the island has such a laid back “hippie” vibe, and the locals are so nice. The pier is a fun hang out spot; even the teens liked it! The property owner was very pleasant and great to work with. Will hopefully return. 🏝️

The 2nd floor property condo unit is accurately listed, including the amenities (linens, beach gear, bath towels). This was a comfortable unit with enough for my daughter, son & myself. The front balcony is great for morning sunrise coffee, afternoons naps & the master balcony (rear) was great for sunsets on the sound after a beach day. Kitchen was well equipped (I cook - there was enough for us. The beds & pillows were comfortable, the washer, dryer & dishwasher are a must & did their jobs. I loved the water cooler (I have one at home) & was thrilled to not have to purchase bottled water. At Food Lion you can exchange or refill for under $5 which lasted the week. The pool & ocean were warm. Note: the previous review the week prior to our stay mentioned foul smelling water & dirty pool conditions. I gasped when I read it prior to our arrival- not the case at all. We saw someone test the water & clean the pool at least daily. Never saw a beer can or a dog in the pool. My daughter mentioned that the pool guy “didn’t get a day off”, even in the rain ( he came during a passing shower). Another time a woman staffer maintained the pool. Parking is a careful art- there are spaces that are open in the parking lot. Everything was conveniently located, accessible & clean. We did not sleep on the pull out couches. There is a vacuum, broom & cleaner to maintain the space. Aside from yourself, family, clothes, personal necessities, just bring beach towels & bug spray 😊

I was really looking forward to spending time with family at the beach, and we did enjoy the beach but not so much the room. The water smelled like rotten eggs and if you washed your hair or body it had a slight egg smell and you felt dirtier than before the shower. The kids cried having to take a bath in the smelly water. I didn’t see anyone clean the pool once. It looked cloudy and dirty the entire time. There was even beer cans floating in it at one point, and a guy allowed his dogs to swim in the pool. The rug in the living room looked like it came from the local landfill. I wouldn’t allow the kids to sit on it while watching cartoons. I had to put a huge blanket down. Our stay was uncomfortable to say the least. I was Very disappointed, but I’m sure with some care and a little effort things can be corrected for future guests. There is potential, but it didn’t work out for us. I’m not sure if hot water system/tank needs to be drained and flushed to get rid of the smell.

This place is cute. A few items were broken but still usable; the microwave handle, the items in the storage closet such as the beach chair and umbrella as advertised, and i had a hard time utilizing the tv and uncertain about all of the five remotes and what they were for. I was also upset that the fishing pier that was advertised was not usable. It actually looked to be broken for years. There was no place to rinse off other than the pool area. But not ideal for Sandy items from the beach. Overall a nice place and stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach and at the condo. The location is great and it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach. The parking is very tight however it’s doable. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed spending our evenings on the Balcony relaxing. The area is quiet and accessible to restaurants and the boardwalk.

The cooking utensils were nasty. Pots and pans had food stuck in and on them. The parking was an absolute joke. Tight spaces and turn around areas were extremely small.

From the easy check-in with the property owner to the check out process… we loved our stay. The place is beautiful and has such a peaceful, not over populated, beach. Will definitely stay here again!

So close to the beach and it was not crowded at all! It’s a great property, very cute and clean. Property manager was nice and very communicative. Had a great experience!

Great place close to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Me, my husband and my two very small children had such a wonderful experience! It was beautiful and clean inside and close to the beach which is what I wanted. The people staying above us we extremely noisy but, that had nothing to do with the property or the owners. We loved this place though. We would love to go back and probably will. Loved it!

Excellent unit! It was very homey had everything we needed the two decks were great! The rooms were perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. Maureen was very responsive to questions. Excellent on all levels!

Pictures and description are very accurate, beautifully remodeled and a great location for the beach. Parking is quite tide like described but not a problem. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and would defiantly stay again😊 thanks Maureen!

My family and Mine’s expectations were exceeded. We had an amazing time and the services that were provided were great. The place is spacious and provided our needs. There were TVs, streaming services, WiFi, washing machines, and more. The area was a great place since it was close to the beach and it had a pool. There were some issues with the checkout process but everything was sorted out and resolved. I would recommend this place to others that need a nice and convenient place. Overall it was a great experience staying in this place.

Property was located in a quiet location of Carolina Beach. Beach is accessed by a quick walk through the pier parking lot. Beach was relaxing and not over crowded. Loved having two balconies. Wish the stairwell to condo was cleaner and updated, but know that is beyond the condo owners control. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The bad: Paper thin ceiling to hear everyone above you walk. Keurig was non-functional and stowed away until my father fixed it to enjoy the K-Cups we brought. The cleaning job done before we arrived wasn't up to par: dirt on couches. Things out of owners hand: terrible view of a building being renovated outside. Staircase to room in need of new carpeting and paint, not a good first impression. The good: very nicely decorated. Good location near beach. Good quality television with streaming enabled allowed a nice movie viewing. Very relaxing balcony. Located near a wide open beach strand with out buldings behind. Overall, just expected a bit more for the money.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and fully stocked. Owner was very responsive to any questions. The only suggestion would be to have a sheet located with check out instructions, internet passcodes, and code to the closet outside. We will being staying again!

Everything was good, the only problems we had was the tv and outlets. The tv in the living room wouldn’t work more than 2 mins before it started cutting on and off repeatedly. Then some outlets we would plug our phones in, wake up the next morning to our phones dead bc they never charged. Other than, the place was really nice
