The location is great for attending events at Georgia Tech. It's just a few minute drive to campus. House looked newly renovated, and was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable, as were the living spaces. Full kitchen was great for most of our meals. Any questions were answered quickly.

Well stock and an amazing bathroom in the master bedroom will definitely add it to my favorites, and stay again if available

This property was less than 4 minutes from wedding venue at Guardian Works and the 4 BR/3 bath accommodations were perfect for our multi-generational family (4 adults, 2 kids). All mattresses & pillows seem new - very comfy. Fenced back yard mostly dirt, so that was disappointing, but we took walks to get outdoors & I understand there is a nearby park. The neighborhood is transitioning (lots of new construction among some boarded up/burned out properties). We felt safe (happy to have security alarm and friendly neighbors). Property spotless with everything we needed.

Great house, everything we needed for a great family vacation. Close to the attractions we wanted to see, aquarium, zoo, and museums. Very clean. Thank you!!

Good value for price.

This is great property newly renovated, clean and very close to downtown Atlanta. A great place to be. Only issues is that the yard wasn’t maintained, and the out door chairs where nasty. We could not use the TV in the masters bedroom. We tried all remotes however none worked, that specific TV, we actually had to use one remote for the other 3 TVs, Also the master shower didn’t have any blinds so my wife was uncomfortable taking a shower in the master bedroom. Over all the property is a good place to stay. We would rent her again.

House was perfect for our family group and is way better than multiple hotel rooms. The actual house was very nice and we had no issues at all with it. I will echo the other reviewers that mentioned the neighborhood is in “transition” and wouldn’t want to wander around after, or even near, dark.

One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean, well stocked and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. Very close to everywhere we were going in Atlanta. Felt perfectly safe and neighbors were friendly.

Atlanta changes from block to block and this is in a mixed neighborhood. Everyone was friendly.

The house was really nice and comfortable for our family stay. The location was close to all the activities that we wanted to visit. The neighborhood is a downtown city neighborhood. Parts looked run down, but we had no issues at our property. Houses are close, so we heard noise from the area in the evenings and some new construction taking place. But nothing that you wouldn’t expect in a city setting. Matt was really great at informing us of things before and during our stay. It was definitely somewhere we enjoyed being while in Atlanta.

House was nice and great location near downtown, however, neighborhood was rough due to police activity at times with guys hanging on corner & shooting crap, someone was plugging their phone to be charged on front porch of house

This house was perfect for our group of seven adults! We were in ATL to attend the Passion 2020 conference at Mercedes Benz Stadium. This property is close to everything that downtown has to offer. It The house is beautiful and well appointed, and communication with the owner was quick and easy. It is located in an area that is in the process of regentrification, but the neighborhood is quiet, and there is a security system on the house. We felt very safe! We highly recommend this lovely home! Many thanks to Matt for hosting us!

The property was exactly as shown. Although it is close to downtown the neighborhood was questionable. We did not have any problems.

We were in town for the Peach Bowl. If you need a place close to downtown or the Stadiums/ Arenas, this place is excellent. 6 minute drive away. Convenient and easy to get to the airport. Great communication with Matt before and during the stay. Thanks Matt!

We enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect spot for our family to stay, for it was only a 5 minute drive to Georgia Tech for her swim meet. We could tell that the neighborhood was going through a revitalization period, and we can’t wait to see how improved it will become!

Overall this was a great place to stay . Whenever I come back to ATLANTA. I would definitely book again

Kind of a questionable area to rent a house in ATL. Looks like they are working to renovate the area. House is great!!!!!

This home is very conveniently located. It has all the amenities. Our group of 5 adults and 2 infants felt right at home in the beautiful house. The beds were comfortable. The decorations and finishes are top-notch! We will have to mention that we were glad to see that there was a security system that works very well and is easy to use. The area, the street was a bit rough but you could tell that it was trending towards being a much nicer and safer area very quickly. We had no issues and would love to stay here again. The owners are kind and responsive!

The whole house has been remodeled and it is beautiful! Matt was very responsive and had everything we needed for our stay in his house. We definitely recommend his house for your next trip to Atlanta.

We stayed here for a week while attending a conference. The house was super clean and exactly as promised. The location was great for our purpose and ubering back and forth was easy, but I would say the location is not walk friendly at night, but if you have a car or planning to uber it would work out.

This part of town is being revitalized and this place was perfect for us as we were there to support my son in American Ninja Warrior which was being filmed at Mercedez Benz Stadium less than 5 minutes away. (Watch in June to determine how "The Ninja of the Auer" did :-) The place worked really well for 6 adults and 1 child who just needed a place to sleep, bathe, eat, and chill between times of the event. The kitchen was better supplied than most places we've ever rented. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, comfortable, and clean. Every detail was paid attention to (towels, ironing boards, trash bags, laundry detergent). We didn't have to look outside the house for ANYTHING. Everything was "as advertised" or better. The place had an excellent, easy to use, and modern security system. Matt was very communicative and handled a special request with no hassle. If you're in town for an event and have more people than can fit in a single room at a hotel, and have a vehicle, I'd recommend this place as a great value.

Enjoyed the feel of a comfortable home rather than a hotel. Great shower too. Very easy alarm system that allowed us to feel very safe.
