Master Bedroom verfügt über 2 Queen-Betten, Nachttisch, Lampe mit Stehlampe in der Ecke. 48 "TV, Glasschiebetür zum Balkon, 2 Waschbecken, ebenerdige Dusche. Kommode, großer Spiegel, Ablagefläche und Kleiderstange im Badbereich.
Das Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, einen Nachttisch mit Lampe, eine Kommode, einen Schrank mit Kleiderstange, einen 32-Zoll-Fernseher und eine Glasschiebetür zum Balkon.
2. Umbau abgeschlossen 1/2019 mit neuen Möbeln, Fernseher, Beleuchtung Küchengeräte, Farbe im gesamten.
Die Küche hat eine neue Arbeitsplatte, Entsorgung, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine. Natürlich Herd / Haube und Kühlschrank! Gut bestückt mit Kochutensilien, Besteck, Tellern, Tassen usw.
Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Pool, einen Whirlpool und Wäschemöglichkeiten. Das Condominium verfügt ebenso wie der Pool- / Whirlpoolbereich über einen Schlüsselcode.
Das Hotel liegt einen halben Block vom Strand entfernt mit einer Promenade über die Dünen und Matten von der Promenade bis zum gepackten Sand. Filme, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft im dritten Stock verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick auf einen wunderschön angelegten Pool und einen Whirlpool. Der Balkon ist direkt auf den SPACE X-Startplatz ausgerichtet und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Start! Space X wird voraussichtlich ab 3/2019 verfügbar sein. Sie haben die Startrampe, Treibstofftanks und Satellitenschüsseln gebaut und bauen jetzt eine Trägerrakete!

This was a great property. Very spacious, great beach access. Not on the beach but very accessible with just a short walk. Only downside to the condo was there was no storage space for food, some shelving in the dining area would have been helpful. Also the same for the hall bath, some shelving would be great personal products. This condo is for 6 guests but was not stocked with towels for 6, and no wash cloths. We had to run down and purchase our own. Other than that it was a nice stay and I would stay again.

We liked the nearness to the beach, although the picture in the rental posting was a little deceiving. The walk to the beach was not right from the condo, but at the end of the block. The photo led one to believe it was in back of the condo building. The condo itself was reasonably clean but the corners made me believe it had been a bit since the last cleaning. The toilet in the hall bathroom didn't flush well. Perhaps the mechanism in the tack could use replacement. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The practice of having no paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and coffee filters was not well received. There's no reason those items shouldn't be furnished. The walk in showers and the water pressure were very good. One of the best features. I'm not sure we will rent there again. We'll probably try somewhere else. The beds were comfortable. The closet in the one bedroom was not there so the room looked messy because of it. The lamp in the bedroom had no bulb in it. Luckily there was a bulb in a lamp not in use that I could change out. Seems like there could have been more care taken. Things were adequate but a little more attention could have made it much better.

The property was nice and location great. Very short walk to the beach. Parking space was horrible (small spaces and too much overflow). The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and food left from previous renters was not thrown out. I felt rushed by the owner/property manager to pay remaining balance. Overall, was a nice getaway. Beds were comfy and condo spacious.

Place was beautiful, stocked with kitchen dishes,appliances, furniture..ice was bought and left in freezer..felt like home. Real close to beach..pool was amazing...only problem was remote in guest bedroom was missing. Balconies were cool.

Wonderful property for family of 6
The condo was exactly what we were hoping for! Very short walk to the beach, which was nice since we had little ones with us. Plenty of room to spread out, even with 6 people. The kids took full advantage of the pool, always loving an opportunity to make new friends.

I don't recommend this place. Worse of what it looks in the pictures
Balcony door was broken, TV in master bedroom didn't work. No toiletries available, no toilet paper or hand soap. The pillowcases needed to be wash. A terrible big chain hanging down from the fan in the dinning area to conent it to an outlet on the wall. Kitchen lights don't work properly.

Excellent Getaway
We enjoyed our quick two night getaway. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room. Clean unit with upgraded showers. Great pool and hot tub!

Perfect accommodations and location for 6!
I took my two daughters and friends for 4 day weekend and we all had a great time. Very short walk to the beach, close enough to walk to just about everything we wanted to see, eat or do! Condo was clean and comfortable. The 4-17 year olds stayed in the master which has two queen beds, my older daughter and I slept in the twins in the other bedroom. Two bathrooms with the master large enough for all 4 girls to get ready together. We cooked breakfast every morning and had everything we needed in the kitchen. I would definitely book this again!

Everything was wonderful
The location was centralized. It is very easy to access the beach walking distance less than two minutes away. The condo in general was 100% accommodating and it has everything you need. The beds were comfy and the sheets were clean.

We stayed 2 nights or a wedding and wish it could have been longer.
The rental is very clean and close to the beach. The beds were very comfortable! We loved the pool and hot tub too! Owner was very nice and communicated with us about all the things we needed to know about accessing the rental. We would stay there again if we come back to South Padre Island.
