peaceful area. no loud boats. no large crowds. right on the channel so you can fish off the deck. all appliances worked good. air conditioner worked great. only tow cars allowed in driveway so plan accordingly.

Very clean. Easy to book and enter. Nice location. We had really friendly neighbors that rented the unit beside us that we enjoyed chatting with. Great weekend.

We loved the location, it was very clean and Steve was responsive to any questions I had. We will be back there again this summer.

Can't compliment the host enough about this property. He's thought of everything. Spotless, comfortable beds, beautiful decks to sit on and watch all the birds and/or enjoy the sun/evening and close to everything. The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures... lots of room and seating -even in living room area where lots of time not enough chairs to seat everyone but not to worry about this place! It's close to beaches and short drive to downtown. Easy to find P.s. Try the breakfast tacos at Stripes just up the street- phenomenal.

Great place plenty of room for everyone. The deck was great in the evening to just sit and relax. Definitely will be coming back.

It was a great place to stay. The location is fantastic! A short ride to the beach, great restaurants nearby, and nice view. We even caught some fish from the deck!

This Condo was so cozy, smelled wonderful and clean. Decor was beautiful. There was nothing not thought of, all amenities was available.

We have two grown and married sons and this place was perfect for 3 couples! It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable.

So many VRBO’s aren’t as they are described, but not this place. Everything was perfect and just as we expected and hoped it would be. Convenient and close to the market, restaurants and the beaches. Steve was quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating. Will be going back!!

Great property that was immaculately cleaned and cared for. Rooms were spacious and the deck over the water is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Absolutely no complaints about this property and would gladly stay again.

Place was nice but parking can be problematic. Can’t use the garage . Pillows were uncomfortable. Need feather pillows

Beautiful location, very clean!

This townhouse was extremely clean - one of the cleanest places we have stayed and overall, quite comfortable. We thought the king size bed was comfortable and we got some good sleep while staying here (which doesn't always happen on vacation as we always find ourselves staying in places with horrible mattresses). Since we stayed in early March and the weather was cooler, there was little activity in the neighborhood or on the water, so it was quite peaceful. Because the weather was cooler than anticipated, we were thankful to stay in a place that was so clean and comfortable - made it easier to relax. It appears to have been recently renovated. It was also a great location as it seemed to be a nice central location to several beaches and other points of local interest. The hosts are great and you can tell they take pride in this rental. The money was worth it, Highly recommend.

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this one was very well thought out of what a guest would need. A hamper, luggage racks, kitchen utensils, blankets, little shampoos, etc. Those little touches are really appreciated. The condo looks to have been recently remodeled and is very well done. We had a great stay and would stay here again. The owner is very friendly and easy to reach. There is plenty of parking even on a holiday weekend.

The location was perfect. We had everything we needed for a fun family vacation.

The townhome was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and very comfortable for our family. Upon arrival we noticed that the only televisions in the unit were in the living room and the master bedroom. After a quick message to Steve, our teenage boys had a tv in their room within 30 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely recommend this location to our friends and family.

We had a great time with friends and family, enjoyed spending our time on the deck overlooking the canal, and only being a short drive to the beach! Wonderful host!

The Condo property was as advertised - clean, spacious and fully stocked to including the ice-cream scoop. Internet connection was fantastic along with SPECTRUM TV and plenty of channels to stream especially for us working-from-home-folks like me. Would most definitely consider a return trip to this condo.

We had two families staying at the property and it was perfect! Our kids could fish off the dock, the kitchen was well stocked, everything super clean and the owner was super responsive in answering our questions/was very accomodating! We'll definitely stay again!!
