This condo sits above an open area that is loaded with birds and some wildlife. There are miles of concrete walking/biking paths winding through. It is close to shopping, restaurants, the Tucson loop bike paths. The unit was clean, quiet and well equipped. It has good internet, TV and a comfortable king size bed. Check in was simple and the garage was very nice to have for our vehicle and bikes.

This location was perfect for our winter biking/hiking getaway. The condo is lovely and comfortable. It's conveniently located, too–close to shopping, restaurants, and trails. On the cozy patio, we enjoyed scenic views with breakfast and serenades by distant coyotes and nearby owls as we sipped tea by candlelight. Don't forget to pack swim suits otherwise you'll miss ending each day under the stars in the club house's large hot tub. The hosts communicate well and are very thoughtful. There's a garage that's just a few steps away where we stored our rented bikes. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet place to stay while you check out all the Oro Valley/Tucson area has to offer, this is a real gem.

We loved our Vistoso Resort Casita. It was so well stocked and clean. The location is great--quiet but convenient to all shopping needs, pharmacies, work-out facilities, restaurants, cinemas. Having the walking trails right out the door was terrific. A lovely balcony to sit out on and enjoy the sunset. Everything we could want in the kitchen. And Scott and Shaun were so responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

This was a very nice condo, with a terrific view, especially of he evening sunset. Fully equipped kitchen, close to the exercise room, great pool and walking trails and sidewalks. Great location, convenient to all we needed. My wife was very happy with this condo, so I am very happy too! We hope to come back!

Beautiful mornings and evenings on the balcony!
We are former Super Hosts and were very impressed with the property and the hosts attention to detail. Everything needed was supplied. The layout is ideal for 2 couples as there are basically 2 Master Bedrooms, each with their own bath rooms. And the kitchen, dining and living room are one big open space. We were on the very private balcony every morning and some evenings and it overlooks open space with views to the hills. Another plus was being able to use the garage so the car didn't sit in the hot sun. Biosphere 2 is under a half hour drive (highly recommended!) And we made it to the artsy town of Tubac one day. A great stay!

Exactly what we wanted
The condo was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and a great size for what we wanted. Very comfortable bed and really nice to sit out on the deck and have coffee or a meal. So close to spectacular hiking and it was also nice to just hang out by the pool. Just what we wanted.

Beautiful retreat in Zoro Valley
Our stay at Shaun and Scott’s property in Oro Valley was awesome! The condo was very spacious for two guests and could easily accommodate four. The living area is well balanced with plenty of kitchen and dining space, as well as a lovely veranda where we experienced some fantastic sunsets and stargazing. The owners have decorated their home in a southwestern style, which fits right in with its surroundings. We found it very clean and welcoming. Shaun and Scott are very well organized, as was evidenced by how easy it was for my husband and I to “move in.“ We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Tucson area.

Clean and cozy with an incredible balcony
Shaun was so easy to work with. The unit is VERY clean. Nice layout, the balcony faces the sunset over what is now a nature preserve which you can walk a paved trail for at least a few miles. You will see lots of birds and some wildlife from the balcony. Balcony is large enough for 4 to have dinner comfortably. Pool is pretty good size and very nice, water temp is 84. Spa is also very nice. Residents I met were very friendly. We were very comfortable and will definitely return.

Great Property
We stayed here for a week in May. The condo had anything you would need, so many extras that have not been in other properties we’ve rented. We did all our cooking there and had everything needed. The backyard had so many birds and wildlife we really enjoyed sitting on the deck. They had birdseed available, however we used that all and had to restock! The area was very quiet, pool was never crowded, everyone we met at as very friendly. Owners were quick to respond to our questions. Definitely recommend this condo, hope we can return again.

Girls weekend in Tucson
We rented this place in May for a girls weekend. The condo is spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet complex. It has Absolutely Beautiful views of the mountains from the patio. The place had a pool and a garage. It’s near great hiking trails in the Catalina Mountains and not too far from Miraval Resort. We had an issue with connecting to the WiFi at the beginning of our trip but the issue was quickly fixed as soon as we brought it to the property manager’s attention - we appreciated the quick response and attentiveness. Overall we would highly recommend this place.

Great location in Oro Valley. Condo and accommodations were beautifully appointed. We like to cook-in and everything we needed and more was included. Location was convenient to amenities in the complex - pool, exercise room, outdoor grill. We're already booked to return!

A basic, clean rental
This unit suited our needs while we visited nearby family over the Xmas holiday. The beds were fine, though I would not describe the linens and quilts as luxurious.
There was a negative that really cast a pall on our stay. Within minutes of our arrival, a woman named Roxy knocked at the door and said she needed to look through the unit to make sure “her girls” had fully stocked the place with supplies. She then walked through the bedrooms and bathrooms like a border patrol agent, apparently checking to see if we were sneaking anyone into the unit. She was very aggressive and unfriendly and left an unwelcoming impression. I understand how owners may have concerns about scammers renting from them, but this was unnecessary and could be easily handled by having renters meet up with a contact person who graciously lets them into the unit and helps with settling in. This has been my experience with multiple units I’ve rented with other services, and I suggest this more welcoming approach in the future.

Great Oro Valley Getaway
What a great Casita. Everything was perfect. It was very clean and lacked nothing. The Casita sits in a great location with the golf course and walking trails. It is also very centrally located for groceries, restaurants, movies, etc... The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows, felt like home away from home. If you are looking for the comforts of home with a swimming pool just steps away, this is your place. Thank you to the Stanberry's for opening up your Casita for a wonderful stay.

Oro Valley Gem
The Stanberry Casita is a true gem and was the perfect place for our recent getaway to Oro Valley. Sits on the 17th hole of the Vistoso golf course, surrounded by spectacular mountain views. Made cocktail hour on the patio an experience! Comfortable, well appointed with easy access to shopping and great restaurants. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Nice and clean 2nd floor unit
Overall the unit was nice and the owner Shaun was very accommodating as far as communication and checking in on our needs. The unit is a little bit outdated and we were woken up at 6:15 a.m. the first morning by the Landscaping crew . Fortunately that didn't happen the rest of the week. The garage is not attached to the unit if that is something you need. The beds were okay but a little soft for our taste. The TVs were a little small in all of the rooms but had plenty of channels including golf. Pool was nice and had a hot tub. We would most likely stay again.

Great visit
We had a great time at your condo. It was light and bright and beautiful. We spent time on the deck watching the golfers, deer and javelinas. The family came over for Christmas day brunch and enjoyed the pool. It was the perfect condo for the three of us. Hopefully we can come back soon to the beautiful weather in Tucson and get out of this rain in Seattle. Thanks so much.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 236. It was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Plus, it’s just off the 17th hole of one of our favorite golf courses! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are looking forward to coming back again next year.
