Staying here was a wonderful decision. Very reasonable price, and really was the perfect stay. I will be looking here anytime I'm back in Asheville.

Quaint and cozy. Loved the feeling of being in the trees. Perfect host and wonderful property. Clean, comfy, and quiet.

Dana was very quick to respond to messages. Checkin procedures were very clear and easy. The view from their home is AMAZING!! Location is great, only a short drive to downtown, Biltmore, River Arts District. The lower level apartment has been meticulously renovated and refurbished. My only criticism which I did share with Dana directly is to clarify bed size on the listing. We appreciated the Keurig and selection of movies. Bathroom is surprisingly spacious for this small apartment. We will look you up again for our next getaway!!

Our stay at Dana‘s property in Asheville was amazing! The property is beautiful, Dana is beautiful and she really made my birthday! Our stay is just what I wanted except and I wish I had booked a couple of more days! Dana also was very accommodating and she even made us these wonderful muffins! I would love to visit again! I really can’t say enough about this property it’s gorgeous!

Beautifully appointed, cozy, lovely studio apartment. The owner thought of everything! Up on a hill in nature but close enough to everything Asheville has to offer. I definitely recommend it.

Our accommodations were extremely comfortable in an upscale area surrounded by nature’s beauty. Close to Omni Grove Park inn, Beaver lake nature preserve, great restaurants and a short ride to downtown Asheville. Couldn’t have asked for more!

I have never rented a VRBO that wasn’t the whole house. I was a little nervous about staying in a part of someone’s house, but It was great. It was in a nice neighborhood and very private with a private entrance and our own parking spot. The house isn’t far from downtown but I enjoyed the area the house was in and the local restaurants there more. Also we wish that we’d known about the big, nice pond that’s nearby that rents canoes. We would’ve brought our fishing poles! I would definitely recommend this house.

Amazing rental in Asheville with beautiful view. The place was spotless and well decorated with everything you need. Located close to everything. Directions were very clear and communication with the owner was just a phone call away. A charm had been left in the room without my knowing, and the owner called me within hours after leaving to notify me, and she mailed it to my home. Hope to stay there again soon!

The property was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. It was perfect for our weekend getaway in Asheville. It was easy to get downtown or to the mountains to explore. We would stay here again on our next visit.

We so enjoyed our stay at Dana’s. The space is extremely spacious and elegant. Coffee and coffee maker were provided and a small refrigerator was available. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and bench with a view and her second-story porch with more views. The area is peaceful and quiet with beautiful trees and landscapes. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown, but we preferred the restaurants in the area. Dana was accommodating and available if needed, but gave us our privacy. We felt like we were in our own place! Thank you, Dana, for a perfect getaway stay!

Elegant and spacious room, beautiful and quiet location. Beautiful bathroom with two shower sprays in the shower. Everything was sparkly clean. I especially enjoyed the gardens, and sitting outside listening to the birds while enjoying morning coffee.

This house is located in a beautiful area less than 10 mins from downtown Asheville. We had trouble finding the house as VRBO gave me the wrong address (within the same neighborhood) but Dana responded quickly with the correct address and even had her daughter call me in case we needed more help. They have decorated the room beautifully. I am a light sleeper so some of the noise from the owner's living quarters did affect my sleep some but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. 4.8 stars

The queen suite was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Plenty of natural light with wonderful views from all 3 windows. We would definitely book here again! Dana communicated well and was very accommodating. Thank you for everything!

What a beautiful setting and the accommodations were perfect. Our host even provided some coffee and half and half for the morning. Most appreciated because we arrived late and didn't have time to go to the store. Beautiful view from the upper balcony. Thank you for allowing your guests to use that. Morning coffee and evening wine up there was incredible. Will stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would recommend is to bring a cooler for ice if you like to have ice available. Dana was nice enough to lend us a cooler, which is why I'm mentioning...do Dana doesn't have to loan out her cooler all the time.
