Dieses Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, zweieinhalb Bäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit angeschlossenem Bad und einen begehbaren Balkon mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Das Haus bietet Platz für insgesamt 6 erwachsene Gäste. Ein Ausziehsofa ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The townhouse was clean, had all the accommodations we needed, right on the beach with a nice pool where we could watch the kiddos play when we took breaks from the beach.
Chris was a great communicator and gave us some great recommendations for while we were there! Surfside offered a great family feel, and night life was only a short drive away!
We hope to be back! All our neighbors were super friendly as well and my daughter's have gone home with a penpal from Canada!

Great place and LOVED the private beach access but only downside is that there was 6 of us and there was hardly any toilet paper enough for us for 3.5 days that we had to go buy more. There were no trash bags provided as well. I contacted the owner and he got back to me right away but told me they don't provide which I was unaware and a little shocking. He was nice and gave me a little refund credit for the inconvenience. These rentals are charging so many fees already, they should be providing these necessity items for guests.

The house was great, perfect for a family, in our case it was our family of 4 and grandparents. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The kids loved the pool. We had one SUV in the garage, and a truck outside the garage. Space worked great for us! The house was well stocked, though we didn't use anything but the refrigerator, but was nice in case we did need it. My favorite part was the area in front of the townhomes marked private beach, and it truly was private for us. Not crowded and everyone in that area looked out for each other.

My husband, daughter and I stayed one week and we wished we stayed longer! I have been going to the Surfside/Garden City area for 25+ years and this was our first time staying at this townhouse. It was great! Had everything we needed and was so close to everything!! The pool was very convenient being so close as well. Very nice being able to park our vehicle in our own garage attached to the townhouse. The rental manager was awesome at communicating with us. Everything was simple from booking to checking out. Hopefully we can book for next summer and bring our newborn son❤️

A great condo in a perfect location! We were thrilled at how close the property was to the beach, literally a two minute walk!
The master bedroom balcony provides a perfect spot to watch the sun rise while having your first cup of coffee.
This unit was, bar none, the most well-stocked of any property we have rented! Erin has thought of everything and is the perfect host!

Amazing place
We went down for a friends birthday, we got to meet the owner as he was on a vacation hisself, he was a super nice guy so friendly! He told us his daughter was the one who run the unit we stayed in she was always so fast to respond. The unit was super nice and very clean!! We all enjoyed our stay and have already talked about renting from this daddy/daughter duo again for our next beach trip!!

Paradise
This townhome is spacious and is stocked like your own home. It has a beachy feel without being over the top. The beds are comfortable and there was was enough room for the family (3 generations at some pts) to have some of their own space. The 2 decks are amazing - one covered and one not. We normally stay in high rises when we go visit a beach and I was worried about not having privacy. Was not an issue at all. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive at all. The overall feeling of the complex is warm and laid back. Sara the owner is amazingly responsive. And last but not least the view is just plain amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovey home with excellent view of ocean
We had only one night to enjoy the place and it wasn’t enough. Got just in time for sunset ocean colors. The beach is a few steps away and both levels provide excellent ocean views from inside and the two balconies. Clean house and very tastefully furnished. Erin is very responsive and accommodating for any reasonable requests. Thanks for great experience.

Perfect Location Right on the Beach!!
This adorable condo is right on the beach, you walk right off your balcony to the ocean! Erin has thought of everything to include for the house and the home is beautifully furnished with a lovely living room to hang out in. Beds were super comfortable. Erin was the perfect host, always responded right away and made sure our stay was perfect. By far best VRBO host I’ve ever had! Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous 4th!
Our family and extended family enjoyed a fabulous summer week at this Surfside rental. The location was just what we were looking for, and the view of the beach from the balconies were incredible. We loved the open concept of the kitchen, dinning room and living area. All bedrooms were spacious for our needs. Can't beat being steps away from the ocean! The garage is a tight fit for large suvs (we had to take our roof carrier off and the top of our vehicle almost touched) but it fit! The garage itself is large which allowed for ample space for all our beach gear, games, golf clubs, and roof carrier, as well as two vehicles. We parked a third parked just outside of the garage. The property owner Erin was amazing! She was available and extremely helpful when we had questions, and when the freezer did not work properly, she sent someone out quickly. We look forward to coming back!

This place is as advertised. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen with nice dishes, mugs, cookware, etc. Bose wireless speaker, incredible view! We stayed over Christmas, and it was lovely! The two queen beds were super comfy. Washer dryer is nice. We really loved everything about it Host Erin is fabulous!!

Wonderful ocean front stay!
We stayed here for our first trip to the Surfside Beach area and could not have been more pleased! The condo was beautiful and offered a great view straight out to the beach and pool. Communication with Erin was fast, easy and she answered any questions we had about our stay.
The condo is in a great location, easy walkable access to some restaurants and a short drive to shops and groceries.
If we end up back in Surfside Beach we will definitely try to stay at this location again!!

Perfect beach spot
Can't put into words how great this property was for our family. Location on the beach with private shared pool was exactly what we were looking for and did not disappoint. My kids loved being able to choose between the pool and beach depending on the time of day and surf conditions. Quiet area away from all the touristy distractions but close enough you can get to them in a short drive. Easy drive to murriel's inlet where there's great restaurants and Charleston was easily accessible from 17. Already looking for a time to come back.

absolute perfection
This property was perfect! Super clean, plenty of room, every single item you may have needed that would have been a hassle to bring was available and the property manager was incredibly responsive and so friendly. The pictures dont even do this place justice. And its closer to the beach than you can even tell in the photos. We will absolutely be returning.
