My husband and I recently retired and took our family on this trip to celebrate. This home was perfect for us. The views of the beach from the house were beautiful. The bunk room was perfect for our teenage grandsons. The bedrooms with 2 beds were perfect for moms and dads with small children. It was a short walk to ride the trolley and tour Pensacola Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with any items needed to cook family meals. It was very clean and and well-maintained. The pictures and descriptions of the home are accurate. Lots of great memories were made in this beautiful home.

We loved the space and number of beds this property provided. We loved being able to walk out the back door to the beach. We loved the big windows and views. We wish that beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas would have been provided, but we worked it out. Overall, we were happy and do recommend the property for large families (we were two whole families with mostly adults and four small children).

We got married on the beach in front of the house, then had a little reception under. The house was very accommodating for all my guest, if i had to say one negative thing is that they didn't have a bathroom downstairs. Guests had to go upstairs through the house to use the restroom. Other than that it was amazing, thank you for sharing your home it was and always will be a special part of our wedding story.

Not one window opened to the Beach. Master Bdrm French doors were caulked CLOSED. Sign said this was a recent development, however calud indicated otherwise. House is in need of some upkeep and basic maintenance.

If you bring young children be sure to bring several baby gates. Stairs were the biggest issue.
Loved the huge dining room table for our large family of 19.
The upstairs deck had a secured gate which was helpful.

Great Beach House
This beach house was everything you could expect. Nice & clean when we arrived and lots of space along with a GREAT beach that was not crowded. Few little things came up during the stay that the rental company jumped right on and took care of. The worst part was checking in at 5pm in a long hot line outside as everyone was doing the same. Watch for messages on your phone for early check in and get there early just in case to beat the lines. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group.

The property could use some updating. The den was great. Couches were fantastic ,round coffe table a plus,and enoughroom for 5 couples and children . The bedrooms were large and able to accomadate pack and plays for babies.The kitchen is a nitemare! Toooo small for the number of people staying and size of house.

Beach was great and the location was convenient. The house was just ok. This rental was at the end of season. General maintenance needed. Door knobs, striker plates loose on exterior doors. Had to fix loos knob. Gate latch rottted away and missing at exit to stairs from deck. Fire alarm went off twice when not cooking, one of which was during the night, and a fire dept on first one as we could not shut off alarm until a call for the code. Closet clothes rack in master bedroom had a layer of dark dust on rod that was possibly more than one yr old. Sizes of cooking pots and baking sheets in adequate for cooking for our group of 19. Luckily we brought some large frypans, griddles, and baking sheets of our own.

This was actually not our house we originally chose. The one we rented was sold, so we were moved to this house. The house has tons of space, plenty of bedrooms, and is in a great location! The kitchen is stocked really well, which was very much appreciated!! The mgmt company kindly brought us an umbrella for the deck, which helped tremendously! We ate every meal outside after that looking at the fantastic view! The mattresses/beds might need to be updated a bit. They were not super comfortable and made noise every time you moved. Also, unless you want to wake up at dawn each day, the master could use a darker shade. :) Also, might be a good idea to leave instructions on the lights, etc. Apparently, there were remotes for the fans/lights in the living and kitchen and we had no clue. They had been placed in a drawer and the batteries were dead. Luckily, the person that brought the umbrella and fixed a few things was able to help us. I do appreciate the mgmt company taking care of the issues quickly.

I rented this house for a family vacation with our three married kids and our grand kids -- a total of 19 people ranging in age from 67 to 16 months! The location is wonderful! Couldn't be better, actually. The beach is literally steps away and not heavily used, the views are beautiful and peaceful, the deck is shaded from the late afternoon sun, and there was a wonderful cool breeze off of gulf in the evening. Lots of things to do within a couple of miles. Perfect! The house itself is spacious and the bedroom/bed configuration worked well for our group. Open, airy (can be loud!)and generally comfortable. The house could benefit from some general maintenance and updates, a thorough cleaning and perhaps a more systematic review/count of what's there between guests. In a house constantly rented, this is no easy task without a really involved nearby. But the ice maker was not working the whole time we were there, there was insufficient glassware for the size of our group (but LOTS of plates, silverware, pots and pans),light bulbs out, a base cabinet hinge coming off, erratic wifi, etc. The downstairs queen mattress and sofa beds have seen better days. The manager/owner was responsive when we discovered the washer didn't work, and it was replaced within a couple of days. But be sure to bring your own toilet tissue, paper towels, dish washing liquid, laundry and bath soaps, etc. This was a first for me. I've rented several properties through VRBO, Home Away, Mountain Home, etc, and have never had to do this before. Considering the price, I thought it odd. Also, there are also NO instructions about how to operate anything -- the burglar alarm, for example. So we were left with a chime that sounded in the master bedroom every time anyone came in or out of a door day or night! No naps or early bedtimes in the master bedroom! All this said, I would rent this house again. I'd just be better prepared and perhaps quicker to phone the property manager.

However, there were some negatives, beginning on the first full day, with the collapse of a stair landing endangering 2 adults and 2 small children, and sending one of the adults to the emergency room. And ending on our last full day with the fire alarm going off and keeping us out of the house for over an hour while service arrived.Those were the 2 major negatives, please consider the following as constructive criticism.We never did find the way to turn on the fan/lights in the great room. Suspect they may have been turned off at the fixture as a prank.The master bedroom exterior door would not open.The Master Toilet Seat was loose.The cleaning was superficial and we left it cleaner than we found it.The lock on the door to the garage was unusable, we found it easier to lock it from the inside and exit the front door.This is just a caution - the hot water was the hottest we have ever seen in a guest facility, we did not mind and perhaps that is your way of dealing with multiple showers.With the negatives out of the way - our experience was great. The house is well designed to accommodate family groups. The large dining room was great and the breakfast bay window wonderful. The beach was excellent for our families since we have five-under-five. Beach access could be improved by a boardwalk, but it is hard to complain about that with a house on the beach. As I said, overall it was a great experience and we will certainly rent here again if opportunity arises.

Neither ice maker worked on the two refrigerators, soap dispenser in dishwasher would not work, outside deck outlet no cover for kid safety, window covering in bunk bed room and octagon shaped window upstairs bath would be nice for privacy and early morning sun. There could not have been a more perfect place for our family, friends and bridesmaids to stay during our daughter's wedding weekend in Pensacola. There was plenty of room for a crowd without feeling crowded. We loved the high ceilings and enjoyed the view of the gulf from all the large winows in the den. There was plenty of room for dining and the space in the Master Bedroom and Bath were exactly what we needed to get ready for the big day. This house will always hold a special place in our hearts.

There was plenty of room for a crowd without feeling crowded. We loved the high ceilings and enjoyed the view of the gulf from all the large winows in the den. There was plenty of room for dining and the space in the Master Bedroom and Bath were exactly what we needed to get ready for the big day. This house will always hold a special place in our hearts.

My guests and I had a fabulous experience. Paradise was extremely easy to work with and the landlord was fabulous and easy to reach at all times. The empty lot next door also gives you some space if you have a full house.

We had everything we needed! Great location, close to everything but far enough away that the beach was not crowded. We had 7 families and it was spacious enough for all of us. The washer and dryer were large capacity, with 7 families that was a plus! Also the 2 refrigerators were great!

We stayed at 810 Ariola for 7 days to host my wedding g and reception. It was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful and could not be in a better location. Paradise beach homes staff was also very helpful and always available!!!

Place is great. We had 22 people in the house. Location is amazing, right off the beach. The only complaint was the lack of hot water. As all of us started to shower, the first 5 or 6 people got hot water showers, the rest took cold water showers. The place needs bigger hot water tanks.
