We had a party of 10 and had lots of room for everyone! This traditional Florida house was very clean with an up to date kitchen and baths. The back patio and pool were enjoyed by all with lots of room and privacy. Even though the neighborhood was quiet, the house is convenient to several good restaurants and a seafood market in walking distance from it. Also, just a short walk to the beach where the guys went fishing most days. It’s a hidden jewel!

The accomodations were very nice and we loved the pool and outdoor space .
It did not disappoint !!
Re: The game room ...We were disappointed that the air hockey and one of the game machines had to have quarters to play.

The location was superb and the amenities fit our group perfectly. The pool was loved by the younger kids and the older kids enjoyed the basketball court and game room. Distance from the beach was excellent.
The kitchen served us well with top of the line appliances. The bedrooms were perfect for our 5 family (12 adult/7 kid) group.
The house was clean and well stocked for linens, beach chairs, bicycles, etc.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this home. We were a family/friends group of 13. We all had our own bedrooms and baths. The whole house was stocked with everything we could have ever needed. The kitchen had every cooking pan of high quality you could imagine including muffin pans, nothing cheap! We had a 1 year old with us and we drove down. This house has a pack n play and a high chair, so we didn’t have to drag that stuff with us. We were provided with shampoo and body wash that smelled wonderful. The bedding was soft and clean. Every inch of the house was spotless. The game room was a plus for the twin 5 year olds and the teens. We were even provided with quarters to keep the games going. The best part was the outside space. With double red flags all week plus the rain, we wore this space out. The kids loved being able to play ball, littles had balls to play with and of course the pool area. The wind was so rough that we didn’t even try to take our family pictures at the beach. We took them in the back yard around the pool and they look like we are on a tropical island. It’s truly an oasis the minute you step out the door. I had a few questions that the owners responded to immediately. You couldn’t ask for better communication. This home is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, the beach, putt putt, and a homemade ice cream shop! We seriously couldn’t have found a better place to spend the week. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

House was perfect for our party of 12! Pool and outdoor area were a hit for everyone. Short walk to shops and beach, we had a 5&6 year old and they didn’t mind the walk at all. House was pretty much stocked for beach. Hosts were very quick to respond to us. Highly recommend this property!!

We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend it to other, however, I would suggest that a description of who can use the bunk beds be included in the original description. The bunk beds are for 100 lbs or less and that should be clearly printed in the VRBO listing for this unit.

This home is one of the cleanest homes we have ever stayed in and I am VERY picky! It is also very updated and nice. The house is big and open. The outside area is great with a nice pool. The home is packed with appliances, cooking utensils, towels and bedding. The home is very close to the beach. The management company made things super easy and checked on us while we were there. Do not hesitate to rent this home. It will not disappoint! We will definitely be back.

Our family stayed here for the week of the Ironman, and everything in the house and on the property was exceptionally well maintained. This home is so lovely and close to the beach. It is close to parks and shopping. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We are certainly thinking of coming again for a vacation.

This was a wonderful home, in a nice quiet neighborhood 5 mins walk to the beach and neighborhood restaurant's. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a large vacation place to stay.

Paradise at 614 Caladium
This house is an absolute gem! I was hesitant about not staying beach front but we wanted to take our puppy this year. This property is absolutely perfect for a large family vacation that includes your fur baby! It was so well equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Excellent amount of high end towels and bedding to make your stay incredibly comfortable. The owner was great at answering any questions we had. This property is definitely a 5 star! We can’t wait to come back!

The house is very spacious and well laid out. The outdoor space is very nice as well. The house is very well decorated and very comfy.
The wooden deck around the pool needs to be replaced as they are nails sticking up and a splinter problem. The flooring on the lower level of the home was laid over tile and not installed well. It’s just a shame that such a nice place and some maintenance has been let go.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and I’m sure you will too.

The owners (Misty and Mike) are very friendly and were very responsive throughout our stay there. Highly impressed by a fully equipped kitchen and game room. I believe the house could be a little bit cleaner as our family believes in a shoeless household. Black feet yuck. Owners should replace some of the umbrellas and chairs. Pretty rusted out or are just simply broken. I just recommend to bring your own beach toys. Other than that, pretty great stay! Our family recommends to your family!

Highly recommend Latitude Adjustment for your next group getaway! We just spent a week at this large, we’ll equipped home with our kids and grandkids, 14 of us all together. Pleanty of room for everyone. My husband & I stayed in the upstairs master bedroom and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable for us. Plenty of towels in all the bathrooms, and a nice washer & dryer to do laundry. We cooked a lot of meals at the house, and found the kitchen well equipped with appliances, pots & pans, utensils etc. We used the grill a few times as well. Game room was a nice bonus room, but our family didn’t use it much because most of the time we were at the beach or in the pool. The Public Beach (right across from Alvins, a great souvenir store ) was only a short walk from the house. And plenty of beach items at the house, from wagons to coolers, toys, chairs, even a canopy. We had a couple small issues with AC and hot water during our stay, and the property owner responded immediately and took care of it quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our third trip to Panama Beach for my husband and myself but the first for our sons and their family's. We had a fantastic time. The check-in and check-out process is so simple. Loved the message board and used it daily. The house was exactly as we expected. It was very clean and the beds and bedding were amazing. We had so much room to just spread out and never felt cramped. This was one of the better homes as far as a well stocked kitchen was concerned. Loved having a griddle on the stove and another griddle for breakfast.
Pool was awesome!!! Used it daily! Mid week someone showed up and checked on the pool as a routine maintenance. Very much appreciated.

Loved the location. Close to the beach and we generally walked to the beach twice a day! Very quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to Alvin's and to Zollos Pizza. We did order pizza one night. Highly recommend this restaurant. Ice Cream shop next to the pizza which was very good. The house was also walking distance to miniature golf...this was extremely fun!
