This was perfect for a baby's first beach trip. We had the pool and splash pad when the beach was too much. Alvin's across the street and ice cream located Inside the resort. It's not far from anything. My favorite part was the condo Itself. Love the way it was decorated, the cleanliness, the location, it was perfect!

This unit was absolutely perfect for my family and I! We loved having the large condo and the separate mother in law suite with our own private access. The views were fantastic, furnishings were great, loved having an umbrella and chairs, and my sons was obsessed with the pools and water park! We would definitely consider renting again if we return to PCB in the near future!

We had such an amazing & relaxing time. The place was clean and we really liked the mother in law suite & the privacy it offered. The resort was exactly what our kids needed to have a blast - the water park, the pool, Alvin’s right across the street. Us adults enjoyed the poolside bar & the rental chairs with umbrellas. It was nice having a designated spot to go to every time on the beach! We just really enjoyed our time here & would definitely stay again!

We loved the decor, layout, ocean view and ease of parking and access to the unit! Great location and housekeeping did a great job prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again!
One final thought for visitors, registration at Splash was closed when we arrived. We put a note in our car window for parking and picked up parking pass and wristbands the next day. Didn’t see any towing or checking, but just a heads up.

Plenty of space for everyone. Great view. Nice to have the inlaw suite for privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids LOVE the splash pad. This was our 3rd stay at Splash, but our first time in this unit. It has been our favorite so far, as far as space and decor.
One problem for me was that I reached out to Blue Swell Management for help with the cable/streaming/dvd issues in the master suite. They responded to my voicemail soon enough, but when I replied to answer their questions, they never followed up or resolved my issue.
Also, someone from Splash property gave “an inspector” access to the unit while we were there. They entered without our permission (we ignored the knocking because we thought it was the kids playing in the other side of the unit), which means they would’ve come in whether we had been there or not. I understand that inspections and maintenance have to be done on a regular basis, (and I appreciate that part of the upkeep, as it benefits all guests) but I did not appreciate that we had no warning that someone would be entering the unit while we were there. There are a number of reasons someone would not open the door to an unexpected knock, and just coming in anyway is never the answer.
Neither of those complaints would be enough to deter me from staying at Splash Resort or using Blue Swell again, as it was an overall pleasant experience. Just trying to be transparent, and tired of getting emails requesting my review.

The condo was beautiful and clean! Perfect sized table for playing board games and cards with the family. Loved the MIL suite that provided a little privacy for my parents. The condo is also in an easily accessible area of Splash, like seriously the perfect spot. We look forward to booking this condo in the future! Already missing those beautiful beach views!

Clean, comfortable just as pictured. Wonderful location on the sand. Plenty to do all around. This comment is not a criticism just a suggestion… the unit could use a couple of pot holders, maybe a beach towel or 2 and a couple of inexpensive beach chairs (we flew in from NY and couldn’t bring our own) otherwise we had everything we needed!! Our space was so amazing. We traveled as a family of six with four kids, and we like to spread out as much as possible. The three bedrooms were perfect for us, and waking up to ocean views every morning was absolutely amazing. The space was beautifully decorated in every room and had all of the essentials we needed upon arrival -- including a Keurig in both the main kitchen and in the MIL suite. I also appreciated the wooden dining table as a mom of 4 little ones! (No glass, please!) Finally, the onsite amenities were absolutely everything, and we rarely had to leave the property. The kids loved the pools, and I loved the fitness center. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great stay!

A vacation with fun had by all. The kitchen was well equipped, with four kids we ate in most nights. Bunk beds are made for younger kids (mine were 12 and 13j. Appreciated having shaded pool areas to get a break from the sun. Elevators seem slow, but servicing lots of floors during peak season. Splash did not disappoint!

Wonderful stay at Splash resort. 501e was wonderful. Big enough for us all to spread out and had a wonderful selection of items to use in the kitchen to cook. Only drawback of resort is wrist band rule. They insist on you wearing it the entire stay but it doesn’t last. And the office isn’t always open. Pamela at check in was wonderful!

We loved the suites! Gorgeous, recently refurbished. Great kitchen w ever we needed for family meals. Balconies were great too w wonderful beach views. Spacious areas so everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. Toiletries towels and linens were generous. Teens and little ones had a good time.
Hot water was an issue though in both suites. Also would have loved a full mirror when getting dressed. Outside of buildings and public balcony areas could use upgrade.
Well situated, easy access to restaurants groceries and fun. Missed having an in-house restaurant and bar for the evenings though. All employees were very polite and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This unit had incredible view of the beach and ocean from every bedroom. It was wonderful!! The unit was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The only issues we had were that we had to purchase tools to clean all the hair out of the bath drain so we didn’t have to bathe in our own filth and the cleaning service really needs to wash ALL the bedding, not just the sheets. The bedding stunk like dirty hair.

This condo was wonderful & perfect for us, our son & his family. Everyone had their own space. Our 3yo grandson really loved his sea bedroom with the big bed & bean bag chair. The 2 master suites gave both us and my son & his wife plenty of comfortable room. The entire condo was clean with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, watching TV, playing games, or anything else. Beach access was quick & easy. Second trip to Splash with our 3 year old granddaughter and 1 1/2 twin grandsons and their parents. The condo was perfect setup for small children. Plenty of room and very well stocked. Condo was very clean and furniture and beds were comfortable and safe for kids. We are planning on booking same one next year. I would recommend to building maintenance to sweep pools more often. The flies were terrible in the covered pool area. They would bite you and we had to use bug spray to try to keep them off. When they died they fell in pool. The beach service is not very accommodating for families with kids. The chairs are set up so close together you can barely walk between them and you are right on top of the person next to you. If you don’t want to be around kids do not use the beach service because you get to know you neighbors up close and personal. I know owners pay a lot of money in HOA fees and I would want to know these things. Thank you for sharing your home the trip was full of memories for my family.

The actual living space was very nice, clean and spacious. The pool areas were ok...but seemed to be poorly maintained. The beach setup was the big problem. The boys in charge of chairs/umbrellas did not enforce any rules. There were people smoking all around us, playing extremely loud music all around us, setting up tents in front of the resort chairs (which is "posted" as forbidden). So..."no one" was in charge...therefore it was chaos.
