Very clean and comfortable condo on the beach. Off the main drag so peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. Will stay again!

Condo was great. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Good furnishings. Great location. Only complaint.. and this is most likely a problem with the building,.. the water pressure is the showers is horrible! And the kitchen sink water never does get hot! Otherwise it was a great stay!

Everything was close to the beach, the room was awesome. It was very kid friendly! The pool was fun as well! We enjoyed our time so much! The lady in the office was fantastic!!!

Amazing experience! We had an off hours check-in and check-out. It was a very easy process and the manager was quick to respond to emails. Only thing was not having beach towels, so make sure you have your own towels! Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The unit was wonderful! Beautiful view of the Gulf and direct beach access. Lovely pool. Parking is dicey. They only provide one space, so make sure to download the parking app if you have more than one vehicle.

This property was amazing! Leanne was absolutely phenomenal, and so helpful. Beds were comfy. Unit was clean. It was the perfect location! We definitely will stay here again.

Great place. Loved the area. Walked every where. Never needed our car to drive to a restaurant. Weather was perfect! Pool was great also. At times got a little too crowded and no place to sit. That’s the only thing disappointing. But you have a beautiful beach...what more do u need.

This condo was very nice and as advertised. The location right on the beach was perfect and views were excellent. There were many outstanding restaurants nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was nicely furnished. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. Special kudos to Theresa and Kelly of the management staff and Cliff in maintenance. A couple items could be improved. Some of the dining room chairs were wobbly. They held up throughout our stay but we never felt completely comfortable in them. Also we had occasion to use the fold-out sofa bed but found we could not inflate the air mattress. The mattress itself seemed functional, as did the air pumps, but we (and the management and maintenance staff) couldn’t find a way to connect them.

This condo was very nice and as advertised. The location right on the beach was perfect and views were excellent. There were many outstanding restaurants nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was nicely furnished. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay overall. My main complaint is the closeness of this unit to the public access boardwalk to the beach. The 2nd bedroom and living room can be very noisy with people walking by all day and night. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers, especially since the blinds have seen better days allowing a lot of light through. Grounds are really well cared for and location on the coast is perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bedroom has the most gorgeous view to the beach through a big picture window. Balcony on the smaller side, but works fine for a few people.

Access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. A beach renourishment was completed recently with a huge addition to the Resorts sand waterfront. Beautiful Views of the Beach and Gulf. Weather was great. This Condo #101 was just as pictured. Beautifully updated and spacious - everything clean and inviting for a family happy stay. All the conveniences of home were there and in perfect working order. Can hardly wait to the next time we can book a visit. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely Condo.

We stayed for 7 nights and would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. Management team stated they contacted owner about an adjustment on our rate but that never happened. My wife thought she saw a drug deal on beach access ramp. Don't waste your money on this unit. We were moved to another unit after second day.
