This is the second time I have booked with Brittany and Katie. The room is perfect as we expected based on our first rental with them. The room is spacious and clean and as advertised. The view is great and second floor location gives a great ocean view! We have 6 in our family so the sofa bed in the living room allows us to all have our own space to sleep. The Ali’i staff are extremely kind and helpful and Communication with owners and management has been timely and easy. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the spacious condo. Upon check in, they did not have our reservation in the system, but they didn’t skip a beat and got it resolved quickly. The condo is beautiful and has an amazing view. Great location and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the beach and the pool everyday. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone on the property was kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Overall the location of this condo is perfect. Easy walking to the Whalers Village and a stones throw from the beach. The inside of the condo needs a lot of work. The furniture is older and the place looks rundown. It needs some serious maintenance and TLC. I won't list all the repairs that need to be made.

Kaanapali Alii is Ian outstanding resort and location for our holiday on Maui. We had a fantastic view of the court yard and the Pacific Ocean from our unit. We lived in paradise for a week. The staff was amazing! Gracias!

The property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed - TP, paper towels, soap, even dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Owners responded quickly when we reached out. The resort has a kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. Towels available for the pools and the beach. Appliances are updated and work well. My husband and I had everything we needed for our 5 kids. I highly recommend this VRBO!

We stayed 6 nights at Kaanapali Alii. Property was conveniently located to the beach and shopping. Well maintained property and beautiful views of the ocean and the whales. Snorkeling right off of Black Rock was great. We saw lots of cool fish and the most amazing sea turtles!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our family Maui vacation. Great communication from the owners. The unit was immaculate. Look forward to staying again next year. Hope it’s available. Don’t miss out if you have a chance to stay in this unit.

The unit was spacious for our group of seven people, and had a nice view over the gardens and ocean.
We had trouble with a couple of the appliances but the manager was very helpful.
There were some dishes missing, in particular there were only 2 small plates, and not many wineglasses.
Overall, we had a very nice time.

This resort is among the finest we have stayed at. The individual unit was very comfortable ans well maintained.
The resort is phenomenal. Ritz Carlton level of customer service. Property was meticulously maintained. Beach towels provided were plush. Deee beach chairs. Close to everything.

Kaanapalli alli was a great property right on the beach which is large and beautiful. This condo was very nice with everything we could need. Property owners and on island property manager were very easy to deal with and very helpful. We had a family vacation and we were very happy with everything at the alli. This is our second time staying at this wonderful condo. The first time was with another couple and this time we brought our 2 kids and parents with. The condo fit all 6 of us comfortably, it was perfect! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. There is a beautiful view from the lanai overlooking the grounds, pool, and ocean. Kaanapali Alii is also amazing! We love this resort, it is not over crowded and the property is beautifully maintained. Everything about our stay was perfect. I should also add that Brittany and Katie are a pleasure to communicate with, thank you both. We absolutely love this place, we can't wait to go back!!

Would highly recommend this property. The hostesses take great pride in their property so that the guests feel right at home. Decorated beautifully. Prime location as it is right in the middle of Kaanapali beach area. Already planning my next stay here. Highly recommended.

This was our second time renting from this property owner. In 2015, we stayed in one of their other properties at the Alii. We prefer this particular one because of the view from the lanai, but you really can't go wrong with either. The condo has everything you need and it is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We look forward to our next stay here.

The location on Kaanapali Beach is perfect, the best beach on Maui, walking distance to Whaler's Village for shopping and dining, and grocery stores within 10 minutes for when you want to eat on the Lanai an watch the sunset. We would barbecue some nights and bring our food up to the lanai to watch the sunset or stay and enjoy the evening pool side. The staff of the Alii were pleasant and always helpful when we needed something.. While we spent our time at the beach, the pool and hot tub were both busy during our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed, and the washer and dryer was great to have in our unit.. Can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing time in Maui. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay here the place was perfect we had our 7 month old with us and the place had everything we needed and more! Nice quiet not crowded place to stay centrally located on the ocean walk path. It was clean it was comfortable nice beds nice ac beautiful rooms and great view!

The property is beautiful and well manicured. The condo was clean, check in was easy, location great. I wish there was a bathtub for the baby, but that's my fault for not checking!
