Es handelt sich um eine Maisonette-Einheit mit einer angeschlossenen Garage für ein Auto. Weniger als 3 km von Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, der Höhle der Winde und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt! Nur einen Block entfernt befindet sich die wunderschöne Colorado Avenue mit einigen fantastischen Restaurants und Geschäften. Casa Claudio bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett und ein Doppel- / Etagenbett. Casa Claudio ist sehr kinderfreundlich und bietet einen Kinderbett- / Spielstift, einen Hochstuhl, Familienfilme, Spiele und vieles mehr! I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the best of Colorado Springs Old Town and the surrounding sites. Conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The house is clean and comfortable, the host responded in a timely manner when I had questions. I can’t think of anything that wasn’t perfect about our stay there

The house was great for our stay in Colorado Springs. It was a good stopover on our Colorado/Utah family vacation.

Loved everything except the stairs. The place was clean, up to date, cozy, and good location. The only problem was that, as an older couple, it was a hardship to have the living area downstairs instead of on the same level as bedroom and kitchen. For younger people, it is probably no big deal, but older adults may want to be aware of it.

Enjoyable time at this home during a weekend stay. It is clean and modern and the owners had good communication throughout the booking and stay. Great location for what we were wanting to do. It was well stocked with kitchen items and we were able to prepare for everything we had planned. We plan on keeping this on our list for future stay.

The rental is in a great location. The beds are comfortable. The rental however needs a deep clean and some TLC. I would suggest a few extra blankets as well as adding a few kitchen items. There is no colander and there were several wine openers but they were all broken. I bought one and left it behind. Lastly the main floor shower does not drain well. You have to keep turning off the shower unless you want to stand in three inches of water.

We had a girls trip and loved being walking distance to all the restaurants and shops as well as a short drive to all the attractions. The condo itself was perfect for our group and very well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book again!

Lots of things for small children like baby gates, a pack n play, high chair, booster, and eating utensils. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Beautiful view of the mountains!

Cute house is a great spot near old town area (easy walking). Our daughters had a competition at the Broadmoor that weekend. We chose to stay off site and SO glad we did. Location is a short drive to all the fun spots. Three bedrooms, two full baths. Cute, clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for 6 of us.

Will never use this again, code never worked received several codes and none of them got us into the house. Had to get a hotel instead. Gave them my phone number several times so we could get in, they never called. I requested a full refund and still have not received a response from that. But we deserve to get a full refund, since we never got inside the door.

It was a nice duplex.. there is no condiments or aluminum foil/ sandwich bags etc.. also no welcome basket.. just would be nice for out of towners traveling )you don’t want to buy all that stuff for two days…

Wish we could have stayed longer there is a lot to see and do in that area. Super close to Garden of the Gods and pikes peak cog railway. Many restaurants were very close- walkable. We had some issues but the owners were quick to respond. Never did get the TV in one bedroom to work but maybe that was user error? ;) There is a homeless issue in Colorado and we did see a fair amount of that. Overall good stay with everything you need to stay away from home!

This place was great! We were in Calordo for my grandsons wedding and this place was in the middle of all our activities. Best of all the walking distance to every thing needed.

Great rental close to many of the area attractions! Old Colorado city is a gem and loved that we could walk to restaurants, art galleries and boutiques. Would rent this spot again. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the mountain views and beautiful weather.

We flew family in from 3 different states to spend a long weekend with our cadet. Your place was absolutely perfect. We had a busy vacation filled with lots of activities but still managed to spend time cooking homemade meals, watching movies and relaxing on the balcony enjoying the mountain view.
The owner was very friendly. The place was very clean - and I'm picky! The location is excellent. Walking distance to Old Colorado Springs with shops and restaurants. My daughter enjoyed walking down to the Saturday morning farmers' market.
We'll be booking for next year!

This was the perfect place for my growing family to stay. We didn’t need the high chair or the crayons, but they are there if you do! Extra attention was taken to make this a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the extra living area downstairs, for family time. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio in the morning with the view of the mountains. At first I wasn’t sure about the location, but it ended up being perfect! Walking distance to all the cute little shops and a quick drive to Manitou. Close to all things that you want to do and a great view of the mountains. Clean, updated property!

The place was great. We were on one site of the duplex condo and our friends were on the other. We loved it. Everything was clean and we had all the accommodations we needed. The basement was a little musty. The sheets felt damp and I had to sleep with a hoodie but overall it was a great experience for the family.

So conveniently located. One minute from the main drag along Old Colorado with all it's bars and eateries and little bric-a-brac shops.
The apartment is clean, comfortable and neatly laid out with a kitchen area and two bedrooms upstairs, and a more private lounge and bedroom downstairs.

We enjoyed our condo but it could use a couple changes. The tv in bedroom did not work. If you had an antenna on roof we could have at least watched local channels. The shower heads need to be changed so that you can get stronger water pressure. Otherwise, it was a nice place.

The house was everything we hoped it was and more. Only 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods, great views right of the front deck and walking distance to so many’s restaurants and shops. It was the perfect base for our family spring trip to the mountains.
