Very comfortable apartment with everything that was needed for our stay. Amazing communication with owner and adjustmnents made to arrovel and check in due to delay for flight there. Very clean and fresh 😀😀

The property was in quiet residential area of Bologna. Be prepared for a 10-15 min walk into town. Nice park nearby. Breakfast was not included

It would have been more convenient to be closer to the town, I took a few taxi rides. Just a note, the apartment was nicely furnished, but I could not find any plates or cutlery?

The building was nice and well kept and the neighborhood was very nice. There is a large park nearby and the city center is about a mile walk away. The landlady who lives downstairs was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower was nice.

It was a very hot couple of days in Bologna. The apartment has air conditioning (mini split) in the living room not the bedroom. The bedroom was unpleasantly hot during our mid July stay. Also I should note that from street level to the apartment is a total of 64 steps. Lugging suitcases and groceries was a challenge.

The location was excellent. The Margherita Gardens are a 2 minute walk from the appartment. The town centre is 5 minutes by bus or a 20 minute walk. The bus stop is a few minutes walk. Bus 30 takes you to the town centre, Piazza Maggiore, and also continues on to the main station..The taxi from the airport cost 22 Euros. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She also offered us a change of towels half way through our week's stay which was very welcome! The air-conditioning in the apartment was a godsend as it was extremely hot during our stay. The appartment is well set out and located in a leafy and quiet suburb. It is very secure. The only downside was the stove which didn't seem to be working. However this was not a problem as it was too warm to cook. It would have been nice to make some coffee on the stove but there was an electric jug on hand! The kitchen is well equipped for a week's stay. There is no table to eat at, only a bench/ bar with stools in the living room. However there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance of the appartment. The appartment was on the top floor....5 flights of low rise stairs. There is no lift. This may be a problem for less mobile people.

Location was perfect, near a large park. Cozy balcony, comfortable bed.

Wi-fi could be better, but we weren’t there for the wi-fi anyway.

Clean, spacious rooms, large beds. The location behind giardini Margherita is wonderful.

The bathroom, although very clean, doesn't have a window and is difficult to vent. We spotted some spots of mold on the sealing in the shower that they surely will fix right away.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area opposite the park. You cross the park and enter the city centre Gate. The apartment is very clean and we find it very comfortable. The taxi is 25 eur to the airport and it took 20 min to get there.

I would prefer the city tax to be included in the final amount due to be paid beforehand.

aircon in the main room was cold, ceiling fan in the bedroom was effective in the heatwave we experienced. free parking in a fairly central location. Balcony overlooking a really nice neighbourhood.

no dishwasher, moka pot too small.

Great position near a beautiful park and about 15 min walk to the old part of town. Good size apartment for a couple, leafy outlook and relatively quiet.

The stairs! A few more than I was expecting. Fan in the bedroom was not working and air con in kitchen/dining so hot at night. An iron and board is always nice in an apartment when travelling.

Clear, warm, quiet, apartment well equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay. In the kitchen you can find even tea, coffee. Will definitely come back

The area and the building were beautiful. Very comfortable and close to the centre. the owner was kind and very available

some little problems in the house with the roller shutters and other staffs. I would suggest to put air conditioning also in the room.

The host was very helpful and even waited up until the early hours of the morning for our arrival (flight had been delayed). We were very thankful for this. The apartment was beautifully decorated and was a good walking distance from the city centre. It had all the amenities and a lovely view from the bedroom window.

The walls seem quite thin between the apartments. We could hear alot of banging early in the morning and late at night.

This was a great property and if you get the chance to stay here, take it. Patrizia is a wonderful host. Very big apartment. Lovely bed and facilities. Good light in the bathroom. Easy walk into the main attractions in town. Check out FICO Eataly while in Bologna. Great city. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

Wifi is not the best and pretty sketchy.
