Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne sowie viel Stauraum, Kabel-TV und DVD-Player. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und einen Blick auf die Lagune auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett und Blick auf die Lagune und den Strand (Seitenansicht). Dieses Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett bietet ausreichend Platz für Kinder und ein Kinderbett (auf Anfrage erhältlich). Die Höhle ist mit einem großen TV, einem DVD-Player, herrlichem Strandblick und einem Schlafsofa ausgestattet.

Die Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl sowie fast jedes Küchenwerkzeug, das Sie benötigen könnten. Die angeschlossene Speisekammer ermöglicht es Ihnen, Ihre Lebensmittel außer Sichtweite aufzubewahren. Der angeschlossene Speisesaal bietet bequem Platz für 14 Personen. Auf dem angeschlossenen Deck ist Platz für mehr. Das Deck ist ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich zu entspannen und den Strand zu beobachten und zu hören. Had a wonderful time at Tuscan Villa! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. And our daughter got engaged on the beach while we were doing group pictures! Will always be special memories!

Had a great time. House had everything needed for a great week. Very cosy, kitchen appliances were up to date and had every utensil you could think of. Maybe the first time I have rented a home that lived up to the pictures and narrative of the home. Good choice.

We rented this home for our first trip ever to the beach, and were absolutely blown away! Neil was easy to work with and very kind along with helpful about the area! The beds were soft, the kitchen was very well equipped. We had a slight problem with the home while there and the house manager came prompting check on things and take care of it. We felt safe and happy, and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had great time. The house was as described and served us well. The elevator was a great thing, especially for my 95yr old mother. The manager was very accessible for any questions we had. We had a great time walking the beach. Very nice.

Great place had 4 bedrooms and 41/2 baths rooms very roomy. Both lanais were very comfortable. Had wonderful sunrises and sunsets. The home had everything you would use in your own home. My suggestion would to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels , and Kleenex. They give you one of each. All pictures shown are exactly how the home is. You will enjoy your stay at the Tuscan Villa.

This was our second time staying at Tuscan Villa, and this time was even better than the last. We enjoy the convenience of the location and being able to walk right out onto the beach. The storage closet is filled with beach chairs, a canopy, toys, and everything you would need for the beach! The beds are comfortable and the house had enough room to sleep our family of 8 nicely. We will definitely be back again!

What a terrific house! One of the very best we've ever rented. The photos don't do it justice; better than advertised. Everything was fresh, neat, and clean. Very well-stocked kitchen. It was like Mary Poppins: "Practically perfect in every way!" Would rent this one again in a heartbeat!

First time to Gulf Shores; we LOVED this home. Spacious home with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean from both decks. Beach is a short walk, and the ELEVATOR..game changer! Kitchen is large and equipped with anything and everything you might need to cook with. Beds were comfy..just a wonderful home in a great location! Communication from point person and owners was always pleasant and efficient. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful beach house. It is well suited to a family and had everything we needed. We loved the location. It’s away from town and no big condos near by. There was no issue accessing the beach from the house and the beach was not crowded which is always nice.

Absolutely wonderful beach house in the perfect location. My family has been vacationing in Gulf Shores for several years now and this was by far the best stay yet. Check in and out was a breeze and Neil was very helpful and good to work with. We will be coming back to this house again next year!

The home was well furnished, clean and check in was smooth. Beds were fine, location was great.
The only issue, which is not the homeowner’s fault, is that the Beach access has eroded ant there is a 10’ drop off to the beach, so had to access a walkway three houses down to get to the beach. Would definitely rent this property again, but not if there is direct beach access.

Tuscan Villa is beautiful and the location is great! There was nothing missing in this home. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Having the kitchen/living on the top floor was unique, and provided for great views. We would definitely choose this home again.

We booked this house very early in the year looking for a property and location that could be our go to every year. We were pleased with the amount of space, the elevator and the view from the front porches was fantastic. Literally just steps to the beach. The weather cooperated as we had only a few instances of showers. The house was a short drive to shopping and restaurants. The beach area was on a bit of a slope and not as wide as we were used to. All in all, we enjoyed our week.

Very clean and spacious!
This beautiful home is right on the beach. Away from the crowd but a quick drive to all the local favorites. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very welcoming. The local contact for the house is a very sweet lady as well and returned our phone call quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property
We enjoyed the home very much. It sleeps 8 in beds, 2 more if you use sleeper sofa and floor room for air mattresses. Home was fully equipped, clean and nicely decorated. We would be booking again for next year but we have more family going and needed a larger home.

Tuscan villa
The house was beautiful, the elevator was so nice to have bringing groceries in and the view was beautiful, the owners responded immediately and I like that. I hope we get to go back, and stay here again.

We really enjoyed this house for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all seven adults. The kitchen was well stocked and the elevator was convenient for loading and unloading. We would love to stay here again next year.

Great Memories!
My husband and I have enjoyed the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores many times. We’ve always rented a condo and it’s always been nice. Renting a house on the beach and having the space to invite our grown children and grandson was absolutely wonderful—a different world than a condo. Well worth the splurge every once in a while.

Excellent amenities, beautiful home
The house was beautiful, spacious, and right on the beach. Every bedroom had a private bathroom, which was great. Plenty of room for all 9 of us at the table to eat together; both decks provide gorgeous views of the beach. All in all just a wonderful place - Neil was very responsive with all questions we had. A++

Not quite what they advertise
This house does not sleep 12. There are beds for 8 and a hide a bed. But there are no linens to make up the hide a bed. There are no extra linens at all. I'd you have babies you can sleep 12 in pack n plays.
We had to ask for a few extra towels and sheets. There is also no view from the mainaster bedroom. It says a lagoon view but you can't see out any of the windows die to the shutters covering all the windows. The only windows you can see out of face the gulf. The views didn't bother us just wish the description had been more honest about what you're getting.
