The pool areas are attractive.

The way the apartamento is described is fraudulent. This is not a resort, you are dealing with a private company that manages few apartments privately owned. There’s is no room service. There’s not a lobby that can help you with any requests, they don’t work for you. The apartments you see in the picture is not what you receive. Apartments are poorly furnished, cheap beds linens and pillows, no blankets at all. The towels were terrible, rags used for cleaning. I had to argue for them to provide me with decent towels. There was not toilet paper and they did not provided it after I mentioned it. The toiletries are not provided either: shampoo, conditioner, soap of any type. The location is far away from good restaurants and social life.

The towels old and dirty no blankets only sheets and not hace A/C for the second room just a stand fan not helping to much And the water when you take a shower 5 minutes cold and 2 minutes hot lol

TERRIBLE communication with host. Doesn't answer til late. Host expects quick communication but doesn't answer texts till much later or answers calls. We were waiting for over 45 minutes for check out while our contracted transportation had to wait for us and making us run late to our next destination and driver charged us more $ for having to wait for us. Not enough towels (on list says their are 10 but only had six. Nor enough pillows. Coffee maker also broken. Apartment was great but management by host is AWFUL. Wish we could have rated it better. There were 8 of us. Host was quick to charge 8th person once I asked to add more. Did NOT inform us of the additional charge $30,000 pesos per person for recreation use. Very disappointed.

The viewings and public areas are amazing, beautiful and comfortable flat.

The flat have not clean towels, and they were old material, it does not have shampoo, body soup, caps, and any covid disinfection or antibacterial.
