Acredito que seja a melhor localização de Petrópolis no sentido de conhecer a cidade, pois não há necessidade de sair de carro, é possível conhecer os principais pontos à pé. O café da manhã é EXCELENTE! Atendimento de todos muito gentil. O hotel é muito bonito, muito bem cuidado e MUITO confortável.
Realmente não há pontos a serem destacados como negativos, na minha concepção. Apenas uma consideração a ser levada a quem deseja se instalar é o custo mais alto, porém é perfeitamente justificado pela qualidade elevadíssima das instalações, localização e nível da equipe de trabalho.

Excelente hospedagem. Boa localização, quarto confortável, banheiro com bom chuveiro (a gás), linda área de lazer, todos os funcionários muito educados e prestativos, café da manhã (imagino que por ser baixa temporada) foi à lá carte, mas muito bem servido, podia repor as opções servidas e tinha um pequeno cardápio de café da manhã que estava incluso. Boa limpeza. Perfeito! Estão de parabéns!

Room size was great, and the hotel is beautiful
Staff did not speak English and could not understand anything we were saying. Also, we asked for a massage and it genuinely was the worst massage we have ever received. Also, the hotel was more expensive than our stay in Rio, which did not make any sense. On Friday night, the hotel told us that their chef was not there and it was pouring outside which meant that we couldn't go out for dinner. This was very unpleasant and unprofessional , as their hotel was full.

Beautiful building. Easy access and free parking available. Wonderful views from the pool area, a great place to relax and unwind. Breckfast was very nice and the common areas beautifully decorated.

Breakfast had just enough options. The hall for breakfast was not big but controling the number of people by hour was very helpfull.
The place itself seems to be a huge old house, very well maintained, with classic furniture, super pretty and cosy main hall with a fireplace and confortable couches.
The location is awesome. Pretty much of the cultural circuit can be made just walking by. Great restaurants around.
My room was close by the cleaning closet, that was used a lot, what produced some noise during the night.
