Das Wohnzimmer hat einen neuen 40-Zoll-TV mit DVD-Player und Kabel. WiFi (high speed) und Haustelefon für lokale und nationale (nur USA) nennt. We were here for a wedding Over Labor Day weekend.
Honestly, this is the best VRBO I’ve ever ever rented.
It was comfortable, And we had beautiful weather. We decided to have other family join us for dinner on Saturday night And we were able to sit 10 people around the table easily.
Typically, you don’t have the pans and pots the correct size to make pasta and toss salads in token kitchens. But this kitchen and its amenities are unrivaled in my other experiences.
We were even provided with saran wrap, aluminum foil, Cleaning Cloth and towels.
I was happy with the signage everywhere. Rather than feeling like there were so many rules I felt like I could properly use the items that were available with instructions on how to make sure I Didn’t break anything Or cause problems for the owners.
The spa was wonderful. I’m not sure what people were complaining about for the heat. It stayed 102 the whole time. We didn’t touch any buttons except the jet buttons.
We didn’t see signs of the bear, Although we did see a few blocks away, garbage strewn around the street, likely by bears
The back deck was really pleasant, the yard was fun for the kids. There were games that we didn’t even get a chance to pull out and try. I saw bikes To ride, but we didn’t have a chance to do that either.
All in all, it was very comfortable, and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Myself and a few friends stayed here to run the Rock Tahoe Half Marathon and it was a perfect spot. Close enough to all the sights to enjoy them but also set back in a neighbourhood to enjoy the peace of the forest. Everything about the house was as described and we had an excellent time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in the South Tahoe area.

The house was very spacious and updated. Everything was really clean.. the kitchen was well-equipped . The hot-tub was great. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of beds. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The large fenced-in back yard was fun for our kids. I would recommend staying at this property!

We had a nice time and the home was clean and spacious. It would be nice if you could adjust the hot tub temperature as it did not stay very hot for long, and you could not really control any of the jets. Everything else was pleasant and we had good communication with the host.

The cabin comfortably fit my family of four, parents, and brother. It was very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately the cabin is not very warm in the winter, especially the upstairs bedrooms. There are two gas fireplaces, but only one for guests' use, and we were asked to limit our use of the fireplace to one hour increments.

Good location and stocked kitchen. Clean and nearby hiking. Never seen so many rules in a rental before. They're posted everywhere!
Main gripes were: small amount of provided toilet paper, unable to adjust hot tub temperature (didn't go beyond 101) and nothing to deal with driveway ice beyond a shovel. There was an box of salt or something placed in the garage but it was empty. Several party members fell and received minor injuries. Also there is a large boulder placed in front of the bear can that makes it very difficult to open and dispose of trash/recycling.

We left a new black bear dog toy at the house. If possible could it be put in a cabinet for us to get in the summer?

Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation
We had 4 adults, two preschoolers and a dog. The ground floor large bedroom was perfect for us 'grandparents' and upstairs bedrooms each had two beds, which worked well. If our other family had joined us we could have put kids in the game room on a futon. There's a large fenced backyard for kids and dog. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Good BBQ grill & hot tub. It's a nice neighborhood, a 10 min. drive to the lake, Safeway, and downtown area. Just a few minutes more to the Nevada casinos. We enjoyed the outside deck. One note: there's no air conditioning so the upstairs on hot afternoons gets warm, but the evenings are cool and there are good ceiling fans. We'd definitely like to stay there again. The home owners are terrific to work with.

Great escape
Perfectly located from South Lake Tahoe. This rental has everything you want to the lake with friends, family or both! Our kids loved the playroom upstairs and the backyard! Will definitely try and book this house again!!

Amazing place!
Upstairs had 2 bedroom with two queens(or full) in each one. Then the game room upstairs is a separate room with a door with a couch and a queen size comfy futon (easily could be another bedroom). Then there's a king bed downstairs. Lots of space! Had a wonderful time and the jacuzzi is great with fenced in yard. Close to everything.

Stayed at this property with 5 other girls and it was perfect! It is bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the house and the large yard for our dog to run in.
We would definitely stay there again ! It was clean roomy and very well stocked . No complaints about anything. We also enjoyed the large deck on the back.

Relaxing
Ease from start to finish. Everything we needed was provided. We only used one bed during our stay and the comfort matched our bed at home. Large secure fence in the back for our dogs to play. Relaxing deck for bbq or just enjoying a glass of wine and nature watching. Looking forward to returning.

Great location dog friendly
Rental is in great neighborhood minutes from lake and casinos. Large backyard was heaven for our beagle and Westie. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Teenagers had their own rooms. Will seek out this rental again in the future

So. Lake Tahoe Family Retreat.
This property was everything. as advertised. It's location is far enough away from the downtown area of So. Lake Tahoe to be quiet and restful, yet within a short driving distance to all of the shops, lakeside beaches, and other attractions. Although an older property, it was clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for in a rental. Would rent this property again.

Great Property, Great Time
The home was in excellent condition and was well stocked with utensils, Dishes and Cookware. The Back yard was great with deck, BBQ and Hot tub and plenty of room. We would not hesitate staying there again.

Wonderful Tahoe vacation!
We stayed here for 4 nights in mid-February and had a great time. The house was very clean and had way more space than we needed for the 4 of us - we could have easily had twice as many people and been very comfortable. The game room upstairs with the shuffleboard table is a definite plus. It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub worked well. There were a few minor things that could have been better. The two upstairs bedrooms were quite cold. There was space heaters provided in each, but one of them didn't really work that well and only made it moderately warm. However, there are plenty of extra blankets provided. The kitchen sponge was missing, but we easily picked one up at the store. The house is a little farther from restaurants, Heavenly Village, etc. compared to others I have stayed at, but it wasn't too bad. Edrene and Ken were wonderful to work with, very prompt with responses, and gave excellent recommendations for snow play areas, restaurants, etc. Overall I'd give it 4.5 stars which rounds up to 5. :)

Loved this place!
Great house with large yard. Good for large groups. We had 8 women comfortably. Only complaint would be that we arrived to only one roll of toilet paper for the two bathrooms so one bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper so when they say they provide a “starter supply” of toilet paper, they really mean you need to bring some with you in order to be able to use both bathrooms. Other than this, the property and stay were very comfortable and well worth it. Would stay here again!

Family Vacation
We had a great time at this house. We knew the area at Tahoe and all the great places to visit. The house was large and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we slept like babies. Would recommend this to everyone the price was great and working with Edrene was wonderful. Had a great time.

Pet and Family Friendly!
We love to have a place to take our two dogs and have family members join in...this is the place! Great big back yard that our dogs can run around it that is secure with fencing. The location is off the beaten path a bit, but that is ok because you don't have to leave if you don't want to. Great set up with a bedroom downstairs that opens out to the back yard and deck. Nice set up for pet owners! We are going back in the Fall!

Great time!
We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. There was more than enough room for four adults and one child. The house was clean with all the items you would need. There was a jacuzzi, BBQ etc...Very nice large deck to sit on. Nice large room up stairs with a TV and Blu-Ray player etc... Nice living room with TV and Blu-Ray. Nice location, a short distance from town and the lake. Again, great place!

Quiet, Spacious Family-Friendly Summer Rental
Our family just returned from a great week visiting Tahoe and staying at this property. The home was very clean, spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive to the lake. We enjoyed having a well-appointed kitchen, gas grill outside, deck and spa, game room upstairs, and large yard for our two dogs. The bedrooms were really spacious with plenty of room for all of our stuff - and the beds were really comfy! The owners were also really great to work with as we planned our stay and returned our deposit very quickly at the end. All in all, it was a great experience and plan to stay here again in the future!

Excellent South Lake property
I stayed here during the last good weekend to ski in Tahoe this year. I was with my boyfriend, brother, and my 2 tween nephews. It was awesome. And this was even before the hot tub was working (would have been great after skiing!) The downstairs has a spacious kitchen, dining area and living room. The TV downstairs is a bit small but the TV setup and game room upstairs makes up for it. The kitchen is spacious enough and seemed to have everything we needed for home cooked meals. There is a bedroom downstairs that leads to the very large deck outside, so perfect for anyone who may be elderly. The upstairs is great and my nephews loved the family room/game room. They could make plenty of noise without disturbing us downstairs in the kitchen or bedroom - there is interference in the living room.
When I was there, it was winter so the backyard couldn't be of much use, but in the summer, I could see it being a truly wonderful addition to the house.
Generally, the house was close to Heavenly, the lake, the grocery stores and we really had no complaints. Edrene was very prompt in responding to emails and especially with returning the security deposit. :) I am definitely returning.

Perfect Long Weekend Ski and Snow Getaway
Tons of room, well kept and affordable -- this house was perfect for an easy spring getaway from the Bay Area. We enjoyed a day on the slopes and our kids spent hours and hours playing in the snow in the huge backyard. The quiet neighborhood is close to skiing, town if needed, and all the attractions of beautiful South Lake Tahoe. On the last day we even found the local ice arena just a few minutes away and capped off a perfect weekend with a few hours of skating before the drive home.

nice family getaway
My family just stayed here three nights for spring skiing, and we really enjoyed it. The house has plenty of space including the 2nd floor game room. Backyard was huge as well so my dog was busy running around.
All rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen was pretty clean. There was a pleasant surprise when we arrived, and it was a bottle of wine from the owner. I'd definitely go back to this house when I visit south lake tahoe again.

Wonderful getaway!!
This house was fantastic! We wanted to getaway for a long weekend with the kids, and while there really wasn't much snow, we still had a great time. This house had everything we needed. It was spacious and the furnishings were very comfortable. The girls loved their beds, for the bedding was extra cozy. Actually, their bedding was better than what they have at home:) The play room/family room upstairs was a perfect place to relax and read. It had so much natural light. The backyard was huge. We were able to play soccer and the dogs were able to romp around. The deck is large and perfect for outdoor entertaining.
The house is a few miles south of South lake Tahoe with easy access to south shore, the Lake and everything Lake Tahoe has to offer. Just can't say enough. It was great and we look forward to staying here again.
