Golf Views, Short Walk to the Beach & Pool - Perfect for the Whole Family!
Die Villa bei 16 Water Oak wurde als der begehrteste Ort in Water Oak bezeichnet. Es ist eine Endeinheit in der Ecke des Komplexes und bietet viel Privatsphäre und einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golfplatz von ALLEN Zimmern aus, die mit Pella-Glasschiebetüren ausgestattet sind.
Dieses Gerät hat seit 2012 Verbesserungen in Höhe von über 100.000 US-Dollar verzeichnet. Die letzten Upgrades im Frühjahr 2019 umfassen neue Farben und Fußböden im oberen Bereich, die für feste Fußböden im gesamten Gerät sorgen. Alle Bäder wurden vor kurzem mit neuen Fliesen, Waschtischen und Armaturen aktualisiert. Diese Villa wurde bereits 2013 mit einem neuen Trane HVAC „Total Comfort System“ für das ganze Haus einschließlich Feuchtigkeitskontrolle aktualisiert. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit kürzlich aktualisierten Möbeln und einem großen Samsung-Flachbild-Smart-TV mit einer Bluetooth-Soundbar von Bose ausgestattet. Die Küche wurde auch mit neuen Töpfen und Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und Herd ausgestattet.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind jeweils mit zwei Doppelbetten ausgestattet. Alle vier Betten haben ab Dezember 2016 NEUE Matratzen und Boxspringbetten. Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben neue Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Playern und die Beleuchtungskörper wurden in der gesamten Villa aktualisiert. Um in Verbindung zu bleiben, ist auch ein druckfähiges WiFi-Internet verfügbar.
Direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit einem neuen Gasgrill (Frühjahr 2017) und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf das 18. Loch des Golfplatzes von Robert Trent Jones.
Die Villa befindet sich in einer Sackgasse mit wenig Verkehr. Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Parkplatz des Water Oak Villas Pool. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, Golf, Tennis, Gemischtwarenladen, Leihräder, Kajaks usw. Es gibt Radwege zum Strand, Tennis, Einkaufen, Bootfahren, Angeln, Gemischtwarenladen, Marriott, Dunes House und anderen Annehmlichkeiten. My family and I enjoyed our week-long stay here. The rental company was easy to work with and provided flexibility when we arrived after hours to access our parking passes and access information. Great condo, spacious bedrooms, short walk to the beach, private and quiet end unit, conveniently located close to the General Store and Dunes House in Palmetto Dunes. Would stay here again!

Townhome was nice and well described and in a good location It was very clean. Just an fyi....there is nothing but towels and starter soap and dishwash. Not even salt or pepper. The washer and dryer are apt size and cannot accommodate much in a load so obviously the washer was always in use. Instead of one big load, you need to do 4 little ones which take 4x as much time.

we had a great time. There was lots of space for three couples. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and pickle ball was very close too. This unit is uniquely situated such that there are views of the golf course in multiple directions making for sometimes amusing spectating.

Brothers Trips
The property could well accommodate a large family. We were delighted to have our own bathroom. Modern easy to use appliances and comfortable furnishings. Owning several timeshares over the past fifty years I noticed some wear that comes from normal use. Overall it was a privilege to have had our vacation stay while on Hilton Head.

Wish we could stay longer!
Condo was very clean with lots of space for our group of 7. Trident was very responsive to our only (very minor) issue. The coffee pot was broken-within hours of a Sunday phone call a new one was on the front porch! We rented bikes and had a blast cruising around Palmetto Dunes and to the beach, which was just a short ride away. Beach was beautiful-packed sand was great for games, running, and biking. Did one excursion-the Dolphin and Nature boat excursion through the local museum. We all loved seeing dolphins close-up and learning fun facts about the marshes and tides.

Great Time
We had a lovely time staying here. Corner lot-so we had perfect views from all decks of the Robert Trent Jones course. The pool is a one minute walk, and the beach is a 5 minute bike ride. The condo was clean, appropriately furnished, and just the right size for our group of 7. The only issue that I had was that I ordered my grocery delivery the week before arrival and the actual address is different than what you see when you book, so my groceries went to a sea pines location. I don't blame this in the owner or property manager, just a word of advice :-)

We orig rented a 3 berm 3 bath unit, VRBO as we got close to our rental date changed the unit, fortunately I spoke with the project manager who straighten everything out., had a great time great property.

March in HHI
Our family of 7 spent the month of March in this lovely condo in Hilton Head. Great location, with corner lot on Robert Trent Jones golf course. Condo was very comfortable and we look forward to staying there again.

Perfect getaway
We were looking for something close to Atlanta and this has been easiest beach trip we’ve had in awhile. Great space for 2 adults and 5 kids, very comfortable, nice furnishings, low key neighborhood made bike riding easy with kids, quick bike ride to beach and not too crowded. We definitely are sold on making this our regular beach trip location.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable. Small but well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course but beware of errant shots landing on the porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to play pickleball. Would have been nice to have some literature about the island as well as checkout instructions. Overall a great time. Would stay again.

Perfect for our getaway
We booked our stay at the last minute and were so lucky to find this beautiful unit. It was spacious, clean and well stocked. We used the new grill several times and loved sitting on the deck with the beautiful golf course views as we had our cocktails!
My daughter still had some E-Learning to do so the printer came in handily and we never had an issue with the WiFi.
We would certainly return and stay here again as we love Hilton Head Island..it is our happy place!

A Mixed Bag; read the review
While the above 5 star ratings that we gave this property are true, the furniture and downstairs king bed were uncomfortable! The living room couch & chairs so bothered our backs that we had my brother make custom boards to slide under the cushions to firm them up and give some support. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the bed. While I went upstairs to a comfortable bed, my wife couldn't because of the stairs.
The tv choices were the best of any rental that we have had to date; on HHI or in other tourist areas. Internet service is high speed and dependable.
A new Weber gas grill was provided and should meet most renter needs.
The HVAC system is outstanding and can handle any comfort request.
Overall, a great rental for most but since we are "Snowbirds" the uncomfortable furniture and bed precludes our return.

Nice views of two golf fairways
This property is well stocked with kitchen essentials, paper products, linens, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs were also available. Plenty of seating for six adults. It is a short walk to tennis and the store. The only thing that we were disappointed in were the thin bath towels.

Martha was amazing. She came to check on us several times to be sure we were good with the hurricane and that we had adequate supplies. The property was awesome and 5 kids and 4 adults had plenty of room. The short walk to the beach was refreshing and delightful. The kids biked all over Palmetto Dunes and had a great time.

Great Week
We stayed for a week with our adult kids and 2 grandkids. There was plenty of room and everything we could have needed was provided. Martha was easy to communicate with for any questions we had. This was our first stay in Palmetto Dunes and we will return.

Condo fit our vacation needs
This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and we loved every minute of it. The condo was big enough to accommodate 2 families - especially with the bathrooms. Since the condo is an end unit there are numerous windows and doors providing natural light and views of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the whole place was refreshingly clean. The 10 minute walk to the beach was nicely shaded with a few options to choose from for beach access. We brought items for the beach but discovered there were additional beach supplies stored in a container on the front porch. Bonus! The only issue we had was that the washing machine stopped working but Martha was on top of getting it repaired. If we ever return to Hilton Head Island, I hope to stay at this condo.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed the property very much. Didn't know when we booked it but it is located at the end of the villas, which we liked very much. Short walk or even shorter bike ride to the beach. Unlike us, make sure to use 21 Haul Away in your GPS rather than Water Oak Drive. It was in our confirmation emails but didn't notice till after the fact. Martha was very helpful with our needs. And we recommend a dinner at The Sea Shack. Opens at 5 for dinner. Be there by 4;30 and you may still be in line. Or go at 7 or later. But worth the wait.

Third year in a row renting this unit. Everything was great as usual. Condo was clean and had everything you’d need. Short walk to the beach and the Dunes restaurant. Can walk to the clubhouse if you’re playing the Robert Trent Jones course as well. Would definitely rent again.

Property is located very nicely. Many windows to look out of and watch the golfers go by and wave. Martha is very sweet and respectful and hospitable. Always open to concerns that we had and got it taken care of immediately. She has a gift of wanting you to have a great experience on this property. My family really enjoyed it. Also my children enjoyed it. What a place to relax. Please consider staying here. This place is bigger than what the photos shows. Highly recommend this to anyone who is looking forward to staying in Hilton Head.

The condo was perfect. We didn’t cook much, but everything was provided. 6 ladies stayed. We all had our own bed except 2 shared the king. Easy walk to the beach, golf course, tennis courts and general store. We have stayed in this villa for 3 years.

This is a fantastic unit. End unit, overlooking the golf course. So nice and quiet. Very spacious 3 bedrooms. Full bath for each, which is very convenient for families. Plus a 1/2 bath. 1 bedroom down, 2 up. We were 3 couples (golfers) perfect for us. Nice living area with plenty of seating. Lots of "elbow room" for everyone. This is one of the most well-equipped units we've ever stayed in. Every kitchen utensil you might need. Great laundry room/pantry. Very clean unit. Short bike ride to the beach path. Great communication, very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property!
