Great stay. Already booked next year.

This adorable house has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach in Manasquan. It’s clean and Mike is very helpful. We loved the front porch, outdoor shower and BBQ grill. There isn’t a lot of privacy outdoors, but with the beach so close by, you hardly need it.

Hands down one of the best equipped rentals I've stayed in in Manasquan...had everything you could need for a comfortable stay (plus everything was in good condition and the house overall was very clean.) Beds were comfy, bathroom had a deep soaking tub and convenient stacked washer/dryer, kitchen was fully stocked with great counter space and ice machine with small ice chips were a huge bonus. Big table inside and outside for eating or playing board games. Beach chairs, 4 badges (they're $10 pp daily!) and the outside shower were essential for a great beach stay. Mike made the check in process and garbage collection seamless and easy. My family and I would definitely rent here again.

This was the absolute perfect spot for a couple or small family! So close to the beach, outdoor shower, sunroom, outdoor table and chairs, so much storage, beautifully renovated with an ice machine! The owner was so great with communicating! You won't be disappointed!

Communication was superb and the location was ideal for a short walk to the beach. We were there off season and shared the beach w only a handful of others. The community felt safe, was peaceful, and had fun dining options.

Everything was immaculate in this cozy bungalow. Perfect location to walking the beach walk or walking into town. I hope to make this an annual trip in March -- we just loved it.

Stayed a whole week to celebrate Thanksgiving with family in Manasquan. Overall a very positive experience with Mike the host and his place near the beach.

Great little place. Very clean and all instructions were clear. Mike was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. It had a screen porch and a deck so lots of options. 1 block from the beach. Awesome location. Neighbors are close, but we're very nice.

Cottage was a clean, attractive, well put together space close to beach, exactly what we were looking for. It was closer to the beach than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Thought that address being 2nd Ave, it would be 2 blocks from the beach; it is more like 1 block - 1st Ave. is beach front; so we were very happy with the location. And the space worked very well for us. It was just my husband and I but the space would have also worked well for a family with young children.

We loved our week at Mike & Tracey’s cute shore cottage! The location is perfect to walk to and from the beach, and the house is extremely clean to enjoy! Love the street with other lovely well kept homes and free parking up and down the street too! We loved the space for four adults and enjoyed the different areas to sit like the screened in porch, outdoor tables, kitchen table and couch! We enjoyed grilling on the grill for a BBQ one night, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too! Mike was super nice to let us check in early from a red eye flight and we were able to take a nap! The Linen Service was very helpful since we flew in from Arizona, and we were not able to bring sheets, blankets and towels. All of the beds were made for us and towels ready! We also appreciated the beach chairs, and beach umbrella since we also could not bring them! Manasquan is such a cute, fun shore town with so much to do, and to be able to stay in this lovely cottage makes a shore vacay perfect! We highly recommend their shore house and we can’t wait to rent again next year, but we want to stay longer! Thanks!! Joan and Family

We had a great time in Manasquan! The house is a block away from the beach so it was the perfect location. The house is exactly as described - everything was clean and neat. We loved having the outdoor table and grill. It was only two of us but easily could have fit two more, especially with the additional outdoor shower. The only con is no designated parking spot. We were here in the offseason so street parking wasn't an issue but could get tricky in the busy summer months since the house is so close to the beach.

This was the first time we rented in Manasquan. We usually go to Spring Lake 3x/year. This time, we wanted a 'place of our own'. For both of us, it was ideally located between Spring Lake and Pt. Pleasant, a sweet and beautifully designed and decorated beach cottage. The neighbors were welcoming and the owner immediately responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely make this our 'go to' place and advise our friends as such!

I was looking for a quiet spot for a few days away to attend an online retreat and this small house by the ocean was perfect. Great internet (wired and WiFi) and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The bedrooms are a little chilly (I was there at the end of December) but not too bad. Bring your own linens, towels, etc. Very responsive host. I’d stay again.

We had a last minute booking for this lovely small house which is located in back of a main house. Very clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. We did bring our own paper towels and TO which was needed. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 of us - 2 adults and a 3 year old. Communication with owner was also very good. Overall nice stay and beach is just a short walk away! Would definitely love to stay again.

We had a wonderful time this summer. Mike was very responsive and a very accommodating host considering we booked a few weeks before CoVID and there was a hurricane the week we stayed. He was very helpful during these issues. The cottage is very cute and in such a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach, walk or bike ride into town and not near any of the party houses. The grill was top of the line and we ate outside every night. Really cute place and a great quite town. We were so happy we could get away. Thanks Mike and Tracy

Unfortunately our trip had to be canceled last minute due to a family health issue, but mike was very responsive and sympathetic. Mike handled the situation with class and showed a lot of flexibility in working with us throughout the uncertain situation. We look forward to being able to stay at this property in the future!

We loved the beach access!!

Cute, clean, close to the beach. The price is right. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

This little bungalow had it all. It’s tiny but has everything you could need. Washer dryer, outdoor shower for the sand, never ending hot water with the tankless water heater, large ice machine, grill, outdoor seating. And the location was perfect for walking to the beach with a baby and toddler. We even walked back for naps and lunch. Would definitely rent again.

The owner of the unit could not be more accommodating and a gentleman. Although parking was at times a hassle the house was very warm and cozy and was perfect for my 19 year old son and myself.

The property is exactly as pictured, very clean and cozy. The location can’t be beat, so close to the beach, very easy walk to and from. There is no parking spot but it was very easy to find street parking nearby. We really enjoyed the Manasquan beach and all the nearby restaurants. Would definitely consider coming back next year!

The property seemed well maintained, clean and had everything necessary for us. A very good layout that fit our family of 4. We enjoyed our visit to Manasquan and loved that it was a block away from the beach.

The house had everything you need for a mini beach weekend girl trip. Mike the owner was super nice and accommodating with check-in/check out time. Super close to the beach, food and local bars. We can’t wait to come back for our girls trip next summer!

Just spent Memorial Day weekend at this great beach cottage. Mike, the owner, is very responsive and great to deal with. House was spotless and just a half block to the beach. Hope to return in the future.
