The staff was so kind and helpful. rooms were clean and plenty of space. tram was literally a few steps away.

Location was great close to Port Marianne and rives de Leze. Staff was really nice and helpful. I checkef in late at night and there was a staff member to welcome me. Great appart hôtel not far from Montpellier center.

The staff is wonderful, attentive and informative. My room was spacious and clean.

This hotel needs some tender loving care. Hallway walls need painting, carpets need cleaning. It's functional and seems to have had the financial juice squeezed out of it. What about some simple ART? or color on the wall? For the price I paid I would have expected more attention paid to the maintenance of the physical aspects of the hotel. Air conditioning didn't work as well as I would have liked. The hospitality industry in general has propelled forward in these aspects and this hotel's management/ownership hasn't moved with the times it seems.

The room was clean and efficiently furnished. I was there on a Sunday when the city's restaurants were typically quiet, so the kitchenette and a balcony were a plus. It was a good room for my short stay, but it felt spacious enough that it would have been an excellent business lodging for someone needing a longer stay or more residential amenities. Public transit outside the entrance was another plus.

everything went smooth for our one-night-stay at Marianne. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful, everything was provided for us and the apartment was quite big. The parking downstairs made it very easy for us. The location is great too, there is a gorgeous park at the other side of the river and a tram stop just downstairs.

Amazing service, friendly welcome. I arrived in the middle of the night and someone was reachable during my checkin the Covid situation. He helped me find the garage in the middle of the night. Slept really good, pets can stay with you. Great experience! Highly recommended Thank you for everything

We like hotel apartments - this one was nicely appointed and had space that many don’t - staff were excellent. It’s just off the tram so nice and easy to get into Montpellier

Nothing really - you get what you pay for - can’t afford chateau prices and this was a good price and decent
