The rooms were really comfortable and there were sufficient facilities to be able to prepare food in the room . They have a great coffee machine. The location is awesome, close to attractions, good parking available - both on the street and covered.

The wifi was slightly slow. And the walkways were a little dated and didn't reflect how comfortable the rooms were

Close enough to the train station for those getting around Europe via train. Initial woman on check in was very nice, friendly and helpful with directions.

Our room was facing out over the street and was extremely noisy throughout the night. The living room was a decent size (we used the sofa bed and still had enough room to sit at the table) but the bedroom was tiny and very claustrophobic. The shower was a bit mouldy and and the water leaked over the floor. The bath towels were also tiny and not particularly clean (mine had a previous guest’s hair tangled in it!). The area was also very bland. The complex is on a main road (noisy!) and it takes over 15 minutes to walk into town. No cafes/bakeries nearby.

It was quite central and had a small kitchen. Bathroom was also spacious

We could hear everything in the room next door which was only seperated by a door. In our case there was a family in there with kids, so we could hear when they were playing, crying etc.

I am disabled, but the low beds, space and huge bathroom made my life easy. The staff were, without exception, wonderful - especially Katarina.

The "kitchen" was very cramped, no working surface to talk of, and the WiFi connection was poor. It often dropped, probably because we were so far from the reception area.

Comfortable and quiet bedroom with a kitchen corner. There is a car park in the hotel.

Employee for the check-in was not customer oriented: as we were early the employee told us to wait. Breakfast is quite poor and expensive.
