Victorian Style Apt. Close To Downtown
Dieses Haus im viktorianischen Stil aus dem Jahr 1905 ist der perfekte Ort für einen Aufenthalt, wenn Sie nach etwas Einzigartigem, Ruhigem suchen, ganz in der Nähe der Innenstadt und gemütlich. Apartment Nr. 3 ist für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt im schönen Colorado Springs ausgestattet.
Sie müssen sich keine Sorgen machen, sofort zum Supermarkt zu gelangen. Ihr erstes Morgenfrühstück wird bereitgestellt. Die Küche ist mit beliebten Gewürzen, einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster, einem Mixer, einem Gasherd, einer Mikrowelle und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im zweiten Stock und verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer. Ein perfekter Ort, um Kleidung zu bügeln oder ein Babybett aufzustellen. Die Toilette ist mit allen Seifen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Auffrischen benötigen: Shampoo, Körperwäsche, Conditioner und Handseife.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa für zwei Personen ausgestattet. Ein DVD-Player und einige Filme sind vorhanden.
Highspeed-Internet ist verfügbar, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Es gibt eine Münzwäscherei auf der unteren Ebene des Hauses.

Ich wohne ungefähr 30 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt, stehe aber bei Bedarf zur Verfügung. Wonderful time! Shelley was truly a premier hostess. She was an excellent communicator before, during and at the end of our stay. Her policy of early arrival (when able to offer) was much appreciated! The apartment was one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at, and that is without charging a cleaning fee (which saves $50 to $100+ for the stay). The apartment is quaint with many thoughtful details that made me smile!

We really enjoyed our stay here during Thanksgiving week. The apartment is so cute and comfortable. The location was just perfect for us. This was a perfect place to land in Colorado Springs. Memorial Park is stunning (only a few blocks away) and we also walked downtown for dinner. The home was conveniently located-Shelley was a incredible host and the bed was so comfortable. We slept great and enjoyed relaxing at the home.

Very cool apartment and beautiful town.
This property is very well taken care off inside and out. It was better seeing it than the pictures. Very nice back yard to sit and have coffee but be careful because deer come thru there. Inside was nice and comfy and very clean. We were 100% satisfied and will visit again.

Delightful Downtown Digs
This property is immaculate, inside and out, convenient to downtown Colorado Springs and Hwy 24 to the mountains. The apartment I rented is tastefully decorated, fully stocked with everything an individual, or family, could possibly need, and then there's the lovely little extras. I found two sets of water and fizzy drinks in the fridge and oatmeal packets with yummy toppings on the convenient coffee/tea station (which offers tea bags, sweeteners, coffee beans, grinder, French press, coffee maker, ground coffee, and Gevalia instant!). My CO family and friends were able to come by and have meals with me and sit comfortably for hours. We had breakfast on the lovely patio and enjoyed the birdsong and squirrel antics. (We did NOT feed the squirrels, but they seemed to have an ample supply of peanuts in the shell from some local neighbor, LOL.) On the 4th we were pleased to have use of a mid-size cooler and golf umbrella provided! From the booking questions, and throughout my stay, Shelley was so easy to contact and I felt truly welcome. This was one of the top experiences I've had with VRBO. I'll be back, Shelley!

Cozy & Economical Townhouse Style
Shelley’s apartment 3 is cozy, like staying at your grandparents (rather than your friend’s new condo with pool and jacuzzi). The location is fine but walking to downtown would be an extra hike that could be spent in the natural surroundings of Colorado Springs. Still, a great value for the cost!

Worked out great!
I was in Colorado Springs for work and rented this cute little apartment. It is cozy and reminded me of staying at my grandmas house in all the best ways. Snuggled up on the couch with the blanket and the TV to unwind and the bed was VERY comfortable!! It’s close to all the things, but once I was there, I didn’t leave!

We enjoyed our 3 day stay there. It had all the things we needed and they were nice. The A. C. was a little under powered in the late afternoon , but our stay was in late July.

Clean and close to downtown
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute private apartment. It was extremely clean and has a warm, welcoming feel to it. It is close to downtown as well as being in a good central location for getting around the more popular spots in Colorado Springs. Shelley is great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Shelley's comfortable, cozy and convenient apartment. It was just right for my wife and me. The first floor den and kitchen were attractive and well-equipped. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were cozy and had everything we needed, and the location was very convenient to downtown and our family nearby. Shelley went out of her way to see to our needs, and her personal touches made us feel right at home. We hope to come back on a future trip!

Nice quiet apartment with all the comforts of home!
The owner thought of everything you might need at a vacation rental! Apartment was very clean and the neighbor was very quiet. Very close to downtown and within a 10-15 minute drive of most attractions! Would highly recommend!!!!!
