This house was able to accommodate 6 adults and 5 kids perfectly. The location is great as it's only 5-6 blocks from the beach and the tram stops right outside the house. The house was pretty clean but the cleaners did miss some spots in the corners/under tables etc but overall very clean. It has 2 huge wrap around decks, although we only used the 1st floor as it's so hot in Florida in the summer. There is a park 3 houses down that has bar tables and permanent cornhole boards. I would say the Seacrest Beach area is best suited for families with older children as it's only restaurants/pubs in the immediate area. You need to hit up Destin or Panama City for more activities outside of the beach/pool. We had a great time and would do it again.

We spent the Thanksgiving holidays at Sea La vie and had 6 adults, 1 teen, 3 kids, and a toddler. The house is large enough for 12, it was right across the street from the pool. The boys loved all of the tv channels so they could catch the football and basketball games going on that week! We loved biking to Rosemary and Alys beach from Seacrest and enjoying all of the holiday events around all of the communities. Will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

We had a fabulous time at this property! We ranged in age from 7 months - 62. The home was clean and well stocked. The location to the pool was excellent because we constantly had to run back for something and it truly was a 3 minute walk! The tram stop was right across the street, which again was marvelous because we had a lot of stuff to take to the beach. The living/kitchen area worked great for all of our needs. And the beds were very comfortable! The only thing I would say is that if you’re looking for 4 rooms for privacy, there are only 3. The bunk area is open upstairs. It works great for kids though.

We had 3 generations staying together. The house has everything you need. The owner is easy to reach if you have questions. The neighborhood and location are great. Location to the pool is great. Tram pick up is right off the porch and very easy. The beech access is very, very crowded. If you have a car, I would recommend driving to the public access.

We made last minute fall break plans and found this great house in the Seacrest community. It’s a great location in the community. 3 blocks from beach and beautiful clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The tram stop is across the street from there house and the amazing pool area is less than a block away. There are several beach chairs as well as two boggie boards to use. The house is clean and nicely decorated.

Beach accomodations
Disappointed in the area of the beach that we had to be enclosed in due to where we were renting. Thankfully the owner Prompted us to go to a public beach in Inlet Beach which was beautiful and we had a car to get there. It’s too bad that Florida sold out to the politicians and the owners of the big buildings that run along the beach access

House was very clean and nicely situated; near the pool and the 'town square' where you can eat/snack, rent bikes, listen to live music, meet up with friends, etc. Not fancy inside, just serviceable/more causal for young families. The open floor plan is ideal for just hanging out, family cooking, and group dinners.

BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE
We came down for a family getaway, the house is beautiful and plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pools are directly across from the house so it was really convenience to walk back and forth, especially if you forgot something. There is a nice grassy area about 30 feet from the house for the kids to run around and play football to release some energy. Glori was great to work with, answered all of our questions before we arrived. I highly recommend this house for a family or girls' getaway. We will definitely come back.

The house is very nice and the bedrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is large and accommodates a lot of cooks!! The wifi is not great. The location to the pool is awesome. The tram stop is right outside of the house and they are very prompt to pick you up when you call to go to the beach!

Simply Amazing!
We have stayed at Seacrest Beach in several locations throughout the past but this one was by far our favorite. The location was the best with a close walk to the pool while also behind it on a quiet street for privacy. Glori has created the perfect beach house with beautiful but comfortable furniture and decor. The wrap around porch on both levels was wonderful and we enjoyed them very much. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and helped me to realize that I definitely need a new bed when we got home for my back because it never bothered me while we were there. I really liked the ice machine and being able to put our bikes around back and not worry about them. The house was exceptionally clean and it was definitely our best beach trip yet!

Great rental home
This house is exactly as pictured and described. The location is phenomenal. Easy walk to the Village of South Walton (restaurants, donuts, shops, bike rental, etc) and a nice walk to the village at Rosemary Beach. The location to the pool is a huge plus as well. The ONLY downside was the pool was not heated and a little chilly during spring break. Also - it doesn't get much easier to get to the beach than being picked up by the tram. We were two families traveling together with small children and this rental was perfect! The beds (all kings!) were comfortable and the owner's hospitality was above and beyond. We would stay here again.

Great house and better location!
The house was perfect for our family and the kids' friends. Very clean and the open floor plan was great for our time together. We all loved being close to the central pool complex, and the tram to the beach made life very easy. We WILL be back!

Great for young and old
If I could give this house 4 and half stars I would, this house was perfect for my family's needs during our yearly visit to 30A. We had a small child as well as our elderly parents staying with us. This house provided great accommodation for everyone young and old. My parents were not troubled going up and down stairs with the kitchen, living area and their bedroom all on the first floor. The bunk bed landing area offered my daughter her own comfortable fun space to stay and the remaining two bedrooms were both very spacious, plus you can't beat king sized beds in ALL bedrooms!
Compared to other houses we've stayed in within this neighborhood Sea la Vie was very clean and bug free. In other rentals we've found cockroaches multiple times as well as dirty sheets and linens. This rental's sheets and beds were all clean and the worst we saw in an entire week of staying here was a stray ant who looked lost. I've stayed in this neighborhood numerous times and I will say the location of this house was ideal. It's centrally located, very close to the pool, not too far away from the beach and a quick walk to Rosemary and Alys.
Any negatives of this house were all out weighed by it's positives. I will suggest if you plan on cooking a lot at the house or grilling you should probably bring your own knives, pots, pans, Tupperware and grilling tools, but plates and serving dishes are all well covered. If you do have any problems the manger is very responsive, easy to reach and great to work with. We had a small problem while staying at the house, after being notified about it the manager made sure it was handled promptly and without interruption to our vacation.
In conclusion, great location, clean house, accommodates everyone and king size beds for all!

The most wonderful and relaxing home in the best location
I must admit, I am pretty difficult to please when it comes to beach accommodations having grown up in Florida and seen a number of resorts, but this home is truly special. Spacious, comfortable and immaculate, it was perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the beautiful European charm of Rosemary & Alys Beach, both walking distance from our charming accommodations. The kids loved the resort style pool which was across the street. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare a number of meals at home when we were not taking advantage of all the great restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will stay again just as soon as possible.

Beautiful home, great location, very accommodating
My family had the pleasure of staying in Seacrest at Sea La Vie. It was perfect for us with three king beds and bunk beds that the kids loved. The house was in walking distance to the beach, pool, and restaurants of Seacrest and Rosenary. The location is perfect! The owner was very nice, easy to work with and accommodating. We left some things accidentally at the house and she has made arrangements to ship them back to us. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend to others going to this area!

Wonderful house and location in Seacrest
We loved our time at Sea La Vie. The house is great with 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room for all of the kids. We loved the large kitchen and open living area while we cooked and ate every evening with 3 families- plenty of space. The new dining table and decorating were perfect for creating a great beach feel and accommodating large groups. The house location is fantastic right across from the pool and the tram service to the beach was fast and easy as well so we didn't have to lug our things. The owner was super responsive and helpful!! We had a fantastic time.

Family vacation at Seacrest
We had the fortune of staying at Sea La Vie recently. We took our two small children and both sets of grandparents. Sea La Vie was an excellent set up for us, with the 3 spacious king beds for each of the families and the children's bunk room for the two kids. We spent a great deal of time on the wrap around porches when we were not swimming at the pool or beach, biking, walking, and riding around in an electric car. Great memories were made, and we will be back!

Fun Time, Fun Place to Stay
Our family had a wonderful time here! The house was large and open, and we appreciated the little extras such as a game system, board games and DVDs. Since we are big college football fans, we loved being able to watch games on the very nice TVs. It was great to be able to walk to the heart of downtown Rosemary Beach, and the shuttle service made trips to the beach easy. We'd definitely stay here again and also recommend it to our friends.
We especially liked eating at George's and the Summer Kitchen--and we are still talking about the Roasted Banana with Peanuts made-in-Florida craft ice cream we found at the Rosemary Beach market!

Our family of 9, 5 adults and 4 children enjoyed our week at Sea La Vie. The location is ideal. The bikes were used everyday and the beach chairs came in handy as well. The home is very welcoming and well equipped. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Our family enjoyed time on the front porch for morning coffee and in the evenings for a glass of wine. We took a short cut to the Mexican restaurant in Rosemary Beach, you can walk to shops and dining easily. Would go again if we could.
