-extrem kleine Zimmer für einen teuren Preis -der Ventilator schafft es nicht wirklich für Abkühlung zu sorgen in den kleinen Häusern -Moskito Netze Gehören dringend erneuert, zu klein und sehr viele Löcher drin. -Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants -kein Alkohol Ausschank, weder Bier , Wein noch Cocktails -kein warm Wasser -Motorrad Verleih extrem teuer, auf der anderen Seite der Insel bezahlt man die Hälfte. -Bad sehr sehr klein

De locatie was echt fantastisch. Wij hebben wel een upgrade genomen naar de hutjes direct aan zee. Dat was een goede zet zeker als je er meerdere dagen blijft. Nog steeds een basic kamer maar met dat uitzicht en een hangmat op je terras heb je niet veel nodig!

Verwacht geen luxe wel gezelligheid, en een super relaxte sfeer! Na een paar dagen had een schone handdoek wel fijn geweest maar due hadden we ook kunnen vragen en dan hadden we hem zeker gekregen van het uiterst vriendelijke personeel ❤️

Un vrai petit paradis ! Nous sommes tellement heureuses d'avoir choisi cet endroit pour Tioman. Juara beach est absolument le plus bel endroit de l'île. L'hôtel est simple, un peu bohème mais sur la plage. Le restaurant en bois est parfait pour se relaxer. Le menu est assez varié et il y a des options pour les végétariens. Quelques restaurants sympas et petites épiceries aux alentours. Possibilité de faire du snorkeling, marcher jusqu'à la cascade. Et surtout le personnel est adorable, et plus particulièrement Etty à l'accueil qui fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait. Merci beaucoup

Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Direkter Strandzugang mit einer wunderschönen Sicht. Das Restaurant war auch gut. Frisch zubereitetes Essen für wenig Geld. Auch das Frühstück war ok, die Auswahl ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Leider war das Zimmer mit Seeblick nicht sauber, sodass wir uns ungern drinnen aufgehalten haben. Gerettet hat uns unser selbst mitgebrachtes Moskitonetz! Die kleine Hütte wirkt provisorisch zummengestellt. Dadurch können viele Insekten, scharben und Echsen in das Zimmer eindringen. Besonders schade fanden wir den Umgang des Personals mit uns. Wir wissen bis heute nicht was wir falsch gemacht haben.. bei selbstverständlichen fragen, wie ob es einen Wäsche Service gibt wurde uns unfreundlich und genervt geantwortet. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie eigentlich nur für ihr privates Vergnügen Vorort sind. Schade denn außerhalb der Unterkunft haben wir viele nette Leute kennengelernt z.b tamaras Ressort direkt neben dran. Diese waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tioman werden wir sicher nochmal besuchen, jedoch nicht nochmal im Beach Schack.

What can I say, the beach shack is a truly wonderful place. It's well ran, the staff are very friendly and they are extremely attentive. It has a great vibe, very chill and so peaceful although we were told it does get much busier in the high season. We stayed in a Garden View A-frame and it was exactly as described. If you like camping you'll love it, if you don't, then you probably won't. The beach front chalets offer more comfort if you'd prefer that, both are very good value for money. The inclusive breakfast was great and offered plenty of choice including eggs, porridge, pancakes, toast and roti. It also included a tea or coffee (the coffee was so good). There was also plenty of additional choice which was chargeable and the evening menu also had lots on offer. The food we had was really tasty and reasonably priced but the shack is located right in the middle of Juara village with some fantastic restaurants either side if you fancy a change. We didn't do any of the excursions on offer but they were popular and highly recommended by other guests. If your thinking of visiting Tioman we would highly recommend the Beach Shack, we wouldn't hesitate visiting again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, keep up the good work.

That they were very open to my diet requirements, what is very important for me. Also the beautiful beach and the chalets, they're so cute and more spacious than what I was expecting.

The taste of the food. It's not very tasty, but they do their best to try.

It was the best decision going to Beach Shack: the beautiful place, the beautiful people, the beautiful foods. I want to come back!!! ♥️
