Stunning island, great location, ferry trips were interesting

Overall unsatisfied

Overall unsatisfied with this accommodation. The sheets were very dirty when we arrived, when we asked for new sheets someone came to change them but the new ones were also dirty with crumbs and even hairs… The room looked like it was not cleaned at all, dust everywhere and the floor was gross. The bathroom had stains of previous visitours and even empty shower gell bottles. There were ants and bugs everywhere in the room and on the property. The restaurant was closed the first night we got there without explanation. The staff was not very helpfull or kind. They said there was a laundry service, but our laundry took two days and came back looking like it had not been cleaned at all. For all these problems the staff did not step up or try to find a solution. We paid relatively much if you take into consideration that all chalets were empty and considering our bad experience. Not worth the money in the slightest. Overall a bad experience and we recommend everybody to stay somewhere else.

The price, beautiful stars at night, and the beach is beautiful.

Everything, the room need to be updated, no water at night till morning.. food quality at the restaurant are very very poor, flies and all kind of bugs are everywhere, cats are everywhere, sand flies are everywhere, the resort are not well kept i wish they could looked after the property better because they do have a beautiful beach, i booked 3 nights, day 2 we moved to a different resort. Not recommended

The beach was awesome. The rooms are located directly at the beach. Restaurants in the village were really affordable. Cancelling our last three nights wasn't a problem. The transport frim tekek village to juara was good. But consider to take the ferry of the resort if you want to go.

The room was not comfortable nor clean. We had all kinds of animals inside and outside the room. You cannot have dinner at the resort restaurant/cafe. They would not serve us eventhough they were open. Breakfast was okay.

Overall was OK but not as expected

The beds and blankets were old and looked unwashed. TV was broken, wifi wasn't available in the room.

My time at Juara Village. My whole trip was excellent.

The property could improve the showerhead and replace some old and broken chairs.

The staff, the villagers is all so welcoming and friendly. The beach was exceptional beautiful. If you want to escape from your daily busy life, Pulau Tioman especially Kampung Juara is a must place to go. They also have so many activity to do here. Snokerling, diving, fishing, jungle tracking. Your vacation will be packed with activity. Although mobile phone doesn't have great reception, almost every premise has their own WiFi. So, ask the staff if you need WiFi connection.

Everything perfect

Its very cozy and comfortable with nice view of private beach and .it took 20 minutes to reach the place from Tekek Jetty.If u reach jetty make sure call resort to send vehicle to pick up cuz taxi will be more expensive.The place need to go to the other side of the island so the journey to go there is to across the woods.But its fun edventure. the host also very nice to bring my husband to get some water.They prepare u with rice cooker,plate,water heater,fridge,kitchen stove so i suggested people who want to travel here to bring anything possible for them which can be cook.It will save cost and better.However,they got restaurant downstairs where we had a very nice nasi goreng dinner.Very quite place and peaceful.I can imagine anyone whom interested to travel with group of people must be best experience.100% suggessted.

We were able to do barbecue in the beach in front of our cottage. Room needs a little upgrade. Getting to the hotel cost RM100 to and fro the Jetty. The wifi is only available at the reception and it works good. Digi simcards works poorly in the island.

There were tiny roaches in the toilet.
