The property was nice and conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping centers. Our room on the 19th floor was really clean and organized. We had a great view of the gulf. Had easy access to the pools and beach. We want to book again for next trip down to PCB.

Great place to stay. We loved the view and it was so convenient to have everything so close to us. We had a rainy day and to have a bar and grill on site was great so we didn’t have to go out. So many pools so if one was busy you could easily go to another that was less crowded. Our boys loved the hot tubs. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if given the chance

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay; it has a wonderful view to the ocean and I give it 5 stars and about Mark, he was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with all questions we had. We’ll rent it again in future vacations

Great place to stay. The view is amazing. Jessica at the bar was great. Felix and “The other Security guard” were funny and great too.
Mark was an amazing host. He was readily available for all questions and needs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need, although we did not use hardly any of it. Our stay was short and sweet. We enjoyed the balcony and hot tub along with easy access to the beach during our downtime. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a good place to stay. Needs to be updated and cleaned a little better. Great view! Had plenty of dishes, utensils, and kitchen accessories. It also had extra beach towels if needed.

Mark the manager was great the condo was a little dirty but ok. Some of the elevators, one pool and the bathrooms near the pool were closed creating some inconveniences

The view was amazing! The resort was great with beach access, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Starbucks and a bar on the property. Very kid friendly and close to restaurants and lots of things to do with the kids. Super easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

All was good however on day 2 a person was shot on the beach from tower 1 floor 16. Too the property/condo was great except for the fact the dryer did not work: however the owner did reimburse me for washer and dryer not working properly. Other than those two issues it is a great place and my kids and I had a great time.

Was very dusty, had hair in the floors and hair and makeup on the bed linens. Stale smell as you entered the condo. Neighbors were very noisy. A couple things were broken in one of the bathrooms that were fixed by owner. Dryer went out our first day there and wasn’t able to wash and dry a weeks worth of laundry.

This unit on 19th floor has a great view! Can see stingrays and dolphins from balcony! Mark is easy to work with. Needs a pizza cutter, and kitchen towels, and kitchen garbage bags. Beds are uncomfortable. Needs some updates-Other than that, good location for a reasonable rate!

I would go back and stay here again. The room was clean and close to several attractions. The view of the Golf of Mexico was beautiful. The access to the beach was great and the pool was close to the beach. There was music at the pool side. It was a great vacation for me and my family.

We had a wonderful time here. I would say this room comfortably holds 4 people, but we had 5. My daughter had to sleep on the pullout couch and it was very uncomfortable. It would be better if it were replaced with a foam mattress. A keurig would also be a nice touch. The dryer is broken inside and the clothes get stuck and burn black. I would not use it until it is fixed. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The view is amazing! The game room, pools, hot tubs, gym, restaurant, store with Starbucks, movie theater and tennis courts are very nice!

Great Vacation
Great, clean condo. Nice size for small family. Owner was very helpful, fast response. My family and I had an awesome time. The resort had everything and more. Plus good security, so we felt safe. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Do yourself a favor and book a different condo
The couch, rugs, and curtains are filthy. There is no ice maker and the refrigerator has a leak. The coffeemaker leaks water from the bottom and the toaster only toasts bread on one side. DO NOT use the washer/dryer. It leaves black grease marks on the clothes. I looked back at reviews and this was complained about in June of 2021. The washer/dryer still hasn’t been replaced. I learned that the hard way when our clothes were ruined. Everything about this condo needs an upgrade. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this condo until it gets a deep clean and new furnishings.

AWESOME
We loved staying at the Majestic. The condo was clean, modern and has all amenities. Mark the Property Manager goes to all lengths to make it a 5-star experience. We will absolutely come back to the Majestic

Loved the location and the view
The condo was very comfortable and had everything that we needed to enjoy the week there. Each of the two bedrooms having their own bathroom was a real plus as we were there with another couple. The beds were comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. The ocean view from the balcony was the best. The owner provided clear guidance on the check in process which went very smoothly. The parking garage across the street was no problem as luggage carts were provided for loading and unloading and the skywalk made it easy to go back & forth to the car. Having a washer/dryer in the condo made it very convenient to do some laundry as needed. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrella & were able to set them on the beach in front of the condo.
We would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely plan on going back there.

The apartment, beautiful. Sightseeing….even better. Balcony facing the beach and ocean, duh.
We were provided with everything we needed.
Plus, the building complex has amenities like indoors and outdoors swimming pools …..
