I did not stay in your hotel. My neice and nephew did. You should amend this form. However, I will comment on my meal, on their final evening! I have lived and worked all all over the world, but have never, ever eaten such absolute and utter, diabolical crap in all my life!! I will never book my family in there ever again! Iwill never eat in that despickable place ever again! I don,t know who that person was who managed to create such a disastrous all day breakfast!? That is all I asked for! And the thing that was resposible, I will not call him a chef, that would be going to far, you must have gone out and dragged in some one off the street! I will visit social media, and tell the world what a disaster you created on that night! I would have made a formal complaint at the time, but I did not want spoil my families last evening.

Room was very large and modern. Clean with all amenities. Breakfast was great.
TV was mounted too high on the wall making viewing a little difficult. No welcome note with WiFi or instructions to turn heating up.

The rooms are beautiful, very spacious and exceptionally clean. Staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Park facilities are ample. Food was delicious.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Facilities in the room were good and the en suite bathroom was fine (nice hot shower - plenty of towels.)
Breakfast the following morning was lovely - well cooked and hot and self service section ideal. Staff friendly and efficient.
Sadly although the room was lovely it was directly above the bar/social area and there was a party going on and the noise and vibration carried up to the room itself! Happily it DID stop at around 1130 pm. I wasn't aware that there would be a party when I booked but was advised when I asked what was the latest time I could return to the pub/hotel and was told then that there was a party happening that would conclude around 1115. (It was a bit later than that but as said earlier, was around 1130 when the music/vibration stopped!) So all good in the end.

No one to greet us at breakfast, just had to help ourselves and catch a passing kitchen person to ask for some toast, then had to ask for some plates.

Soundproofing between bedrooms a little bit wanting but we were there at a quiet time so it didn’t matter too much!

Great sized bedroom, very clean rooms and friendly staff.
The karaoke playing until 00:00/12:30 was SO loud - then the noise of people leaving after was dreadful. Awful nights rest because of this and to top it off there was a very drunk guest in the room next door who kept waking me up throwing up every two hours. This was such a shame because the bar, restaurant and rooms are so lovely but I would NEVER stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Our evening meal and breakfast was excellent, good quality food and service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking.

Lovely outside space, very quiet area.breakfast service was excellent,all staff were always bright and willing to help.
Walls of rooms were a little thin as you could hear the people in the room next door.

The location was easily accessible, the friendliness of staff and nothing was too much trouble. The pub and red had a nice feel about it, and the food was good and plentiful .
The bathroom in our room had quite a bit of mould on the ceiling and in the shower cubicle.

The cooked breakfast was nice, and the lady serving it was helpful and found me some Earl Grey tea and Green tea. The restaurant food was nice, and there was a good choice on the menu and as a party of 5 plus 3 year old, the table
allocated spacious and comfortable.
The location was perfect for what we needed to do in the area and safe parking on site with entry to the hotel from the car park a bonus.
The room wasn't as clean as I'd have expected it to be, and there was mould in the shower and no space or towel rail to hang towels. It was very noisy the first night, the thin walls meant you heard everything in the adjoining rooms.
The coffee at breakfast was instant only and no choice of teas. The only person we saw at breakfast was the same lady who cooked, served and cleaned the hotel. She did not know how to use the coffee machine in the bar area and no other member of staff was in attendance to help!

I have stayed here on a couple of occasions and always found it to be very friendly and welcoming.
The staff always greet me kindly , as i do them.
A nice place to stay when i am in the area.
The WiFi is sometimes suspect and this was on of those occassions.
Nothing else really.
I stay in hotels weekly, so I can be very critical of not really bothered and it is a 'tool' for my work so writing about it weekly is also something that I do not care to do too often.
I am more likely to write if i have a positive about a hotel.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. The room was spotless and the bed really comfortable
We weren’t told there was a karaoke night on that evening, and our bedroom was directly above the speakers and it was pure torture! Mainly because I had a stinking headache and we had gone back to the hotel early to go to bed and rest. That was impossible with the noise coming up through the floor. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was fully booked. I know that wasn’t true: we were the only guests there. But to be fair, the event ended as promised by 1130 and the rest of our stay was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic- but real (not instant) coffee would have made it even better!

Good accommodation with en-suite bathroom. Staff were very good as was food.
Room only had skylight so could be a bit bright in summer.
