We absolutely loved this property. It’s the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. Rick and his team were very responsive. We look forward to more trips to West Palm.

My family traveled to Palm Beach for my sons baseball tournament. We loved everything about the house. We had more than enough room for the four of us and the house was equipped with everything that we needed. The rental company was amazing to deal with. We fell in love with the neighborhood and Palm Beach in general. We didn’t want to leave after 8 days! We will be back!

Upon returning from a trip to Florida in 2020, we made the decision to book something for the following year. We were looking and came across "Grandview Heights". To say the photos do it justice would be a complete understatement! It was a true oasis and a place we highly recommend. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area that is centrally located which made it easy to get around. We felt right at home!

This was a lovely house that worked well for our family. We loved the private yard with its covered patio and pool. The weather was quite warm so the pool was perfect for cooling off. Peter and Mario were very responsive and great to deal with.

The home was fantastic and as presented in the pictures and descriptions. The outdoor area in the back by the pool was our favorite place to be. Plenty of room for three adult couples (and a doggie). The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed over Thanksgiving and everything was great. The layout was a good fit for our family and the dogs loved it. We loved the pool and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do!

Palm Beach Oasis is lovely, clean three bedroom cottage with a new kitchen and sunny backyard & pool. It is the perfect perch for an active vacation or for staying in for quiet days and nights. The location is great: close to shops and restaurants, but still a quiet street. The house has off- street parking and the neighborhood is charming. The management was always responsive, helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay.

We loved our stay at the Oasis. Location could not be better. Super clean. Great patio and pool area. Very nice kitchen. Great restaurants and shopping walking distance. Rick and Peter were great to work with. Only complaint was lack of closet and no TV’s in the bedroom. Master needs a chest of draws! Thank you for a wonderful two weeks.

The Palm Beach Oasis was the perfect retreat for our family during our stay in West Palm for our daughter’s wedding. The photos are beautiful, but the property is much more lovely than a camera can capture. From the lavish tropical plantings around the pool, covered patio, stacks of nice pool towels, a grill that is BIG and works, darling neighborhood, to the well-appointed kitchen, we are smitten with this home and will return! Added bonus - Peter, Jay, and Rick, from Palm Beach Vacation Rentals, went above and beyond to make our stay special. One Note: The info on the website about this home states that the third (master) bedroom is detached from the main home. It is not detached and is accessible from the kitchen. The layout is ideal for an extended family because the master is on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own bath. Truly a five star vacation home!!

Stayed 15 days and it rained ALL 15, but it was wonderful anyway. ( it would rain for an hour each day which only cooled the temperature.) The backyard and pool are wonderful. The grands would stay there all day. But, we journeyed somewhere every day. The ocean , museums, the Flagler house, sculpture gardens, City Place and concerts on Clamatus were all good fun and close to the house... We are already planing our return for next year.

We all loved this home, the pool was awesome and the backyard really had a tropical feel! Just wish there was a way to rid it of mosquitos, but it's Florida, so no such luck! The kitchen was awesome, could use a few more cooking tools, but overall it was good! Highly recommend it!

4 of us stayed at this home to attend a conference just down the street. Easy walking distance to the Palm Beach Conference center AND the shopping center with all the great places to eat. The cottage is OUTSTANDING! Very comfortable and has everything you need. Easy 5 Star rating!!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the pool. The location was great. Our hosts were great.....very helpful. We would stay here again. kg.w

Beautiful place did not want to leave! Great indoor and outdoor entertaining space. We had a few issues while there...all of which were resolved quickly and the people sent to handle them were very pleasant. One complaint would be the person we spoke to on the phone the day after we arrived to let them know the pool heater wasn't on, the freezer was frozen over and someone had splashed oil all over the kitchen wall, was not very pleasant...trying to make it seem like it was our fault and that there were extra charges for the pet and pool heating...fortunately I had the print out showing we had reserved with a dog and heated pool was part of the agreement...not enough to ruin a great experience...would stay again...very convenient location.

We had an amazing week at the Oasis. It’s location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything and the layout was perfect, intact my mom wanted to just buy it and never leave :) We will definitely come back again Thank you

Terrific location. Upscale and comfy, nice furnishings in kitchen and bedrooms. Would highly suggest some shades or darker curtains in master bedroom because the sun shines directly into that room in the early am. Bring your own lightbulbs--20W just don't do it. Great management team response. I hope to rent it again next spring.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Beach Oasis, and an oasis it surely is! The cottage layout was perfect with two bedrooms located on opposite ends with the master suite. The master suite is attached to the kitchen, unlike the description which says it is detached with covered walkway. We absolutely loved the covered patio just outside the kitchen doors with gorgeous heated pool just six steps away. The lush landscape certainly created privacy and there’s even a banana tree complete with bunches of bananas! The only thing we found less than perfect was the proximity to the train tracks. Trains are incredibly close and extremely loud, passing with whistles at least every Half hour, and sometimes more frequently than that. Also, when Trump is at Mara Largo, the air traffic is directly overhead. The convenience to the airport does counteract the planes taking off overhead. We loved the covered patio, but it’s time for cushion cleaning or replacement...they were all quite soiled. The easy walk to City Place is a plus. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations, especially Sailfish Resort Marina's restaurant....Top notch! With a gas grill and gourmet kitchen, we opted to eat in most of the time. We wish we had another week to enjoy this beautiful place.

This house is a gem. Spacious, lots of upgrades, comfortable, great A/C, pool and out door facilities were great. The management team was quite amenable to requests. I could not ask for more. Highly recommend this home (and I mean home - not just a place to stay)
