Very lovely 3 bedroom home in Kihei right across the street from the access to the amazing Keawakapu Beach. The house has a very nice indoor outdoor living vibe with the large great room opening onto a beautiful lanai that sits at the top of the property and overlooks the large fruit tree laden lawn and tennis court below.
Every day I woke up at sunrise and walked to take a dip in the ocean and then went to Akemi coffee in Wailea for coffee and a cinnamon bun.
I definitely recommend this spot!

We had the best experience at this wonderful property. The proximity to the beach is unmatched and was so easy to zip down to catch the sunset or set up early in the day. The backyard is a tropical oasis and was wonderful for quiet reflection and reading a book on a warm afternoon. There was more than enough space, and it had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best and most relaxing vacation ever!

Loved staying here. Beach is a short 3-5 minute walk from the door after crossing the street. Tennis court is in good condition and has early morning shade. Everything in the house worked well. TV is small with cable, but we hardly used it.

We stayed 10 days with our adult children. House was perfect. Three bedrooms with king size, comfy beds! Air conditioner worked great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking! Prepared Christmas dinner with family. Pickleball court was fantastic. Location, location, location. You cannot ask for better location of a house on Maui. We hope to be back soon!!

We traveled with 6 adults. The house was perfect for us. The rooms were a good size & the beds comfortable. The house was well furnished and maintained. The location was great. Close to everything yet a little secluded. The beach across the street was absolutely wonderful. It was easy to get to. The street can be busy at certain times but there is a crosswalk with a light in the corner. The owner was wonderful to work with. Responded very quickly.
If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the driveway is difficult to see at night. The entrance is not very well lit ant the su age is dark. Once you’ve been there, it’s not too difficult to find.

The property is all about location. The house is large enough to accommodate 8 persons (if bunkbeds were added in one of the larger bedrooms. The mattresses and bedding are in great need of an upgrade and the kitchen though well stocked, lacked good frying pans. Definitely would upgrade lighting over dining room table (which had no lighting) and guest bathroom ( very dark in the shower). The beach equipment is also in need of upgrades. Out of 6 beach chairs , one had a broken strap and the other is just old and rusty. We did play games but the dominos and rummy cub tiles were so dirty we had to wash the rummy tiles before using them and we left the dominos for the owner to take care of. Overall, the location to the beautiful beach was worth the disappointments of the interior of the house. Great location, great grill, quiet neighborhood, tennis court (5 stars) all other (3 stars).

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location with such close access to the beach, but having only one AC unit in the main living room wasn't ideal in cooling things down in the other rooms. It was extremely warm in the rooms even with fans running. We also had issues with mice in the home along with some insects too.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortably set up and the directions to the house were detailed and easy to follow. A beautiful Hawaiiana Plantation style house. The grounds were meticulously maintained and it was very private and quiet despite the 3 minute walk to the best beach on Maui--incredible location. We loved the 3 bedrooms with king beds. Worked perfect for us and our adult children. The kitchen was impressively outfitted and the gas grill was clean and new.
Towels, beach umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets all provided.
There was ice in the freezer and the pantry was stocked with the essentials upon arrival. Host is responsive and communicative. Check in and check out was seamless with good instructions and minimal "effort" required on our part upon checkout. I can't wait to return! Perfect for families or couples/friends traveling together.

We were very happy with our stay in this lovely home. Well equipped,great appliances,close to beautiful beach.-some suggestions: small bathroom shower needs attention, head leaks from top,and very dark at night in the shower.beds were overly soft for our liking but that could be our taste. Otherwise we had a great family vacation in your beautiful house!!! Aline and Jerry and family- from 9month grand daughter to 94 year old great grandma!

We had 5 adults and a 2 year old for our 1 week Maui vacation. We loved this VRBO. It was a minute walk to a great beach and there were ample beach chairs, snorkle gear, sand toys etc to use. The grounds were beautiful and we sat out on the lanai for hours every night. The 2 year old loved running up and down the hill to the tennis courts and huge Mango trees. It was a little warm at night without AC units in the bed rooms, but not enough to impact sleep quality. We had a few questions before and during the stay and Tracey was friendly and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This home met all our needs. The kitchen was very well equipped-important for a family of 5! The tennis court that is mentioned in the listing is right outside the lanai-such fun to watch(or play). The VERY BEST part of this house was the proximity to the beach. LITERALLY across the street, and not crowded(even over Spring Break) We strolled over every day. A big thanks to the owners for their supply of beach towels and sand chairs. Very comfortable beds, lovely baths with big showers. Wonderful!

This was the second time we stayed at this property, and it was absolutely beautiful. The first time was great and we were excited to go back for a second stay. It was even better the second time as they made some slight improvements that enhanced the experience.
The house is large, clean and perfect for a big family or a couple of families staying together. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large common area with sliding doors opening to the patio. Perfect for eating breakfast outside or barbecuing dinners.
Outside you will find a lot of equipment for beach trips. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and even a pop-up tent.
Tracy was efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling over to Maui and wanting a comfortable, beautiful place to stay.

The property is amazing. Very quiet. Bigger than expected. It had everything we could have needed and more. There were 5 adults at our stay and plenty of room for everyone. The beach across the street has some of the most beautiful sand on the island. Tracey was very responsive and a wonderful host. Will stay here again when we return to Maui. Her tips on places to go were fabulous. Best snorkeling was at the Ahihi Reserve. Highly recommend Te Au Moana luau, Paia fish market and surfing monkey for shaved ice.

Fantastic home environment with great indoor and outdoor space. All three bedrooms are a good size with dresser and closet space so it’s east to settle in and feel organized. The kitchen and and gas bbq made cooking in a breeze. We ate every meal out on the patio, enjoying each other’s company, our surroundings, and the sound of the ocean (just across the street).
- Fun to have a tennis/ pickle ball court on grounds.
-Excellent communication.
-This is a home, not part of a master development. One may encounter a few bugs, but they are part of the natural environment and we feel that the owner/ rental company is doing what they can to minimize the impact.

I highly recommend staying at this property. My husband, two sons and their partners just stayed at this house for one week. The location couldn’t have been more perfect - as advertised, it’s about a three minute walk to a gorgeous beach with fantastic snorkeling at the north end. The house has a nice open floor plan and is very comfortable and spacious for 6 people. There were chairs and beach towels to use, which were very nice to have. We played tennis and pickleball, just make sure to bring your own rackets. Booking and communication was easy. I would rent here again in a second!

Perfect, perfect, perfect! The home is beautiful, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Ample kitchen appliances and utensils. The only suggestion would be to add a Keurig for those hardcore coffee drinkers. I cannot say enough about the location and the fact that in my opinion, has the cleanest and best beaches on the island. Plenty of local shopping, restaurants, night life and best of all, gorgeous sunsets. STOP SEARCHING AND BOOK THIS LISTING! We will definitely be back.

A really nice house in a gorgeous Hawaiian setting. Kitchen is good for 6 hungry people. Location to beach COULDN’T be better. We’ve walked that far in a condo complex. Would have liked a little more soap & toilet paper but, all in all, a wonderful property. Would love to return in the future.

Great for the family
We really enjoyed our stay and the property was across the street from the beach which was great for the kids. It is secluded so you can feel you have privacy with a big lawn for our grandchildren to play on. Also the tennis courts were an extra bonus. We did have an issue with the shower knob not working and the toilet running but the management sent someone over to fix this. We also ran out of propane for the grill, but were reimbursed for the one we purchased. The real estate management apologized and said they would speak to the cleaning crew who are to make sure it is full. All in all we had an amazing time. The space is large and comfortable for families. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen including an air fryer . We definitely will be back.

The house was perfect for our family of five. The location is perfect- a very short walk to the beach and lots of nearby shops and activities.
We also enjoyed running in the neighborhood. The tennis courts were right outside and we used them almost daily. We also enjoyed the grill. We would highly recommend this rental and hope to come back.

Amazing! Underrated Property! ❤️
The pictures of this property doesn’t do justice! We loved it. Including the hens a rooster on the property. Has a some beach chairs, umbrella and a few sand toys. Has plenty of beach towels. Beds are sooo comfy! Has ac but at night it’s wonderful to open the huge slider and windows to get the cross breeze! 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. Also has outdoor shower at the house which is a huge bonus to get all the sand off! The whole property was beautiful!

Roaches galore!
MANY live roaches in cabinets and in kitchen in addition to dead roaches appearing during the stay. Mgmt sends you a Rental Agreement and they say they have pest control but that if you're "squeamish" you should not rent from them. We are not "squeamish" - I am from South Fla and my hubby is from Tahiti, we grew up with roaches and bugs! but this was beyond ridiculous. The cabinet & pantry liners are filthy and are part of the problem. The front door needs new weather stripping to seal off gaps. And management company needs to actually hire a pest control.company. I don't believe for 1 second a pro pest control company services this home. We bought roach bait traps and Home Defense spray. We also bought 409 & cleaning wipes because they provide 0 cleaning supplies other than dish & laundry detergent.
We also bought our own cooler because the cooler they provide is the tiny lunch size cooler that holds 6 coke can with no ice.
And there is no grill cleaning brush so we didn't grill out.
2 of the portable fans didn't work, which was ok because it was just the 2 of us.
So be prepared to bring a LOT if you plan to rent here.

Perfect Location
This house was fairly large and had plenty of space. The place was clean. The AC worked great when we needed it. The yard was huge and beautiful with Mango and Banana trees. Tropical birds visited us the first morning. Beautiful beaches and delicious restraunts along with shopping we’re right across / down the street. We’ll definitely stay there again.

South Kihei home
We were 6 adults that have traveled together many times. There was a lot of space to be able to spread out, both indoors and outdoors.
There was more than enough equipment to prepare our meals at the house. We had an issue with the grill and Tracy had a replacement grill delivered very quickly.
A car is necessary, although it was very convenient with access to the beach directly across the street, great for viewing sunsets!
Tracey was quick to respond to any issues you may have.

Wonderful home for our adult party of 5!
This home is well furnished and very comfortable. We like to cook in and the well-equipped kitchen and bbq set-up made this very easy. We spent most of our time on the patio and at the beach, which is only a short walk away. The pickleball /tennis court was great fun and we enjoyed the friendly neighbors on the compound.

Absolutely wonderful
This house is a gem . I would never stay at any other location if I were so lucky to return to Maui . The house is perfect in all ways . We spent our mornings and evenings on the beautiful patio overlooking the lush gardens . Watching the birds and the gorgeous mango trees . House is a 1 minute stroll to beach at the most . Roomy and we’ll equipped. It really made for a perfect vacation for our family of 6.

The layout and bedrooms suited our family perfectly, it is open and airy and the back lanai is wonderful for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the mornings or a drink in the evenings. The showers are fantastic and the addition of the coat tree/hanging racks in the rooms and showers was the perfect touch that we didn't know we needed, but made great use of them. The AC was extremely nice as it was incredibly hot and humid during our stay.The location just cannot be beat, you are just steps away from the pathway to Keawakapu beach, we spend many hours in the water snorkeling as there is a great reef system right off shore. The house is also very close to many restaurants in Wailea and Kihei, we never had to go far to find something that appealed. We would definitely stay in this home again in the future.
