We stayed at this property with our 4 adult children and grandson and it was fabulous! Very clean & spacious. The pool and hot tub were great, and the backyard had ample space to run around and play.

This was a great house. We had 10 in our party. We loved the activities in the back yard -basketball court, pool, hot tub, putting green, baggo and fire pit. The owner was very responsive with questions during our stay.

So many positives and zero negatives Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, only a few miles from Kierland Commons My husband and I would walk/jog every am - always felt safe. I jogged to 56th street, turned right which took me to Mayo where I circled the hospital bldgs. The house itself was sparkling clean, well stocked inc shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwasher soap. Pool and hot tub lovely - access to bikes. Can not wait to return

Simply loved our stay!! Everything we asked for. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. We loved it the min we walked in. Everything as pictured in the listing and as described. We only used the pool at night as it was 118deg outside during the day and record heatwave. The pool was great and our family(with a 10 and 4 year old) loved it. Only thing I would suggest is it needs a lot of filtering. Quite a bit of bugs and leaves that I scooped out daily before we went in. Maybe get a cheap portable filter from amazon and run it for a couple days before new guests arrive or have guests turn off and on as needed. The home also provides a lot of other fun stuff like 2 full sized adult road bikes. Wish we had more time to do that. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back for our next trip.

This property is exactly as advertised and is beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we asked for dining and activity options nearby. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils, which we were very grateful for. The basketball court, putting green, and pool were fantastic. And there is a yard available for corn hole or other games. We had an excellent trip at this property. The hosts were excellent. We would definitely visit again, and highly recommend to you for your stay!

This property checked all the boxes for our family. The kids never had a dull moment because during the day they were in the backyard playing in the pool, on the putting green and basketball court at night we played games and shot billiards. It’s very clean and had most items that we normally had to purchase at other rentals before. The location was perfect for our plans this week. The renter was in contact with us most of the time and even offered suggestions for restaurants and events in town during our stay. We will be back for sure!

This property was everything it was pictured to be. Excellent location, large spacious home with so many amenities for kids of all ages. Big or small family this home is perfect. Unfortunately Still needed an hour a day to work and even the private office was perfect no matter what time of day to get that hour in. Outdoor areas were amazing and very well maintained!

We had a great week hanging out with family and enjoying the great property. Pool, basketball court and neighborhood were great and the AC was nice and cold!

It's hard to list everything we loved about this property during our week long stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Nice quiet location. Photos and description are perfectly on point. The whole house is immaculately clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. Lots of fun activities inside and out for all ages. Stunning master suite. Comfortable beds with good linens. Well appointed, tastefully decorated and clearly exceptionally well cared for. Kitchen is really well equipped with both large and small appliances. The outdoor space is fantastic! huge hot tub with spill over feature to a nice large pool. Pool also has basketball hoop and a nice waterfall. We loved the pool and spent overnight out there. We also enjoyed the half basketball court and the putting green. Loved picking oranges from the tree each day for fresh juice. Enjoyed cooking outside on the grill - which was very clean. Nice guest book in kitchen to explain everything in the house, including where to find it, how to use it and what is/is not allowed. The house felt personal and homely. Great attention to detail- lots of good quality fresh towels for showers and for pool side. Even dark face cloths for provided makeup removal and white for general cleansing. Light switches and cupboard shelving all labelled. We appreciated the abundant herbs and spices, foil, etc for cooking, as well as the provision of cleaning and laundry materials and full size toiletries in each bathroom. This is such a great house in a nice location with very thoughtful hosts. We all agreed this is our new Go-To rental when we are back in town!

You don't always know what to expect when you pull up to a vacation rental. Not the case with this home. Just as described, pictures matched everything well and the location was fantastic. We had so much planned to do while we were in Phoenix but the reality is we enjoyed the home too much. Spent most the days in the pool, used the putting green and practiced some jump shots. This home was - perfect!

My family and I stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it. With 7 children it is hard to find a place that has something for everyone and this property provided it. Great place.

This house was a perfect place for our family to relax, play and enjoy the hot Phoenix weather! The pool was wonderful and we found the kiddie fence to ease our minds with little ones running around the yard. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. My family of 5, with two high schoolers and a 10 year old, stayed for a long Easter weekend. We enjoyed the home itself, especially the pool and hot tub, but also the numerous options around town for food & fun. We are making plans to visit again next year.

The vacation Home was just as described in the listing. Andrew and Kimberly were very accommodating. The pool and spa were amazing and used every day we were there, along with the putting green and basketball court. The house was roomy, very clean, and beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with my wife and another couple to celebrate her 40th and get away from the cold Midwest! Property was in a great location, 20 min from Old Town but close to TPC, hiking, great shopping, etc. Communication was great, house was clean and well appointed. The outdoor space is the star- heated pool, hot tub, delicious oranges from the orange tree and fun times competing on the basketball court and putting green.

This house was perfect for our yearly golf get-away! Spacious and very comfortable. The back yard is great! Highly recommend!

Our family had a fabulous stay at this home and I highly recommend it! We had six adults and 3 children and the home had everything we needed…high chairs, pack-n-plays, well stocked bathrooms and kitchen, toys, strollers, and lots to do! And, as a bonus, we were able to have our Thanksgiving dinner here also! You will enjoy staying at this house :).

We stayed here for a week when our baby was just a few months old. Absolutely fabulous resort-style pool, perfect for relaxing with your family without too much noise and bustle you would find at an actual resort. Win-win! Andrew is always available and communicative and makes the process totally painless. House is huge and in a great location just west of Kierland/ northern Scottsdale. Awesome food options in the immediate vicinity. Love it, we will stay here again.
