We had a room that you could connect with the adjoining room. The doors between the two rooms were paper thin and you could hear the conversation in the other condo.

the room was real nice. except the airconditioner it was on high all the time or off, kept the room cool which was great. would have been walkable for someone younger but easy to get in and out of.great location loved it

We love Leavenworth and have come here many times. This is the first time we stayed in this beautiful condo. We would recommend it to anyone and the amenities were awesome! Swimming pool basketball court putt putt golf.

Had a lovely stay in this Condo. Great location to walk to town, hotel check in was easy, easy check in with owner, and quick response to a couple questions. Loved a little bit larger mini frig and extra large deck to utilize. Highly recommend this studio condo.

Great location, very clean and cozy. We’ve stayed in Leavenworth and at the icicle hotel quite a bit, but this was our first time in the condo area. Absolutely loved it and will 100% book again. Not too far of a walk into town. Perfect spot for a parents weekend getaway.

Overall the stay was pleasant. The condo is in a nice location, not far from downtown. It was clean & well decorated.
A couple things made me downgrade my rating a 1/2 star:
1. The tv sound wouldn't work. I called Brandee for suggestions but my husband ended up doing a factory reset. After that, it worked.
2. There isn't anywhere to sit inside the condo besides the bed. It would have been nice to just have a small bench to sit on while putting my shoes on. We could have sat on the patio if it was warmer out, but we brought the patio table & chairs in so we had a space to eat our breakfast without getting crumbs on the bed!
Other than those two cons, the place was wonderful!

The host is quick to respond. The condo was perfect for us and we loved the location. We had fun walking to shops and restaurants. We played mini golf twice and had a couples massage at the Alpine Spa at Icicle Village Resort. Everything was great!! Would highly recommend this place.

It is billed as a luxury condo. It is really a small hotel room with a big bathroom. No sitting area inside, large very nice sitting area outside- not terribly functional in November.
It was clean and very nice- well appointed, but to call it a luxury condo is a stretch.

We really loved this room! Super comfy bed, great size, fireplace, smart tv and a jacuzzi tub. The little amenities were awesome as well. Well taken care of and loved! We will definitely be coming back!!! Our only complaint was the next door guests let their kids be loud and scream at 6am so we were woken up both mornings by screaming instead of being able to sleep in. But we blame the parents not the room/host. We will still definitely be back for our next romantic getaway!

It was very well kept. Relaxing and a great places to reconnect! We came here for a romantic getaway and had just that! Loved the DVD’s! Fireplace is so cozy. We played mini golf and had a drink in the restaurant. It was a great trip. We will be back!

This lovely condo has everything for a romantic getaway with covered balcony, double tub, fireplace, comfy king bed, Keurig coffe maker, small fridge with freezer for keeping your champange, wines and cheese snacks cool.
An easy 15 minute walk to the center of Leavenworth. Just beside the Enchanting Park to walk the wonderful trails along the river. After a 2 mile hike you deserve a beer, wine taste and good foods that Leavehworth has to offer. We can't wait to come back again!

The resort was nice, in a good location, close to town. It was a walkable distance to town. The room was a good size for two people, had everything that we needed. Everything was clean, however I think the jets are moldy in the jacuzzi tub.

Perfect spot! The room is great. The jacuzzi tub was a fantastic treat! The fireplace, comfy bed, and deck were wonderful. The mini fridge was great for storing leftovers & drinks. The property is great with lots of amenities including pool, hot tub & restaraunt. Town is about .5 miles away, totally walkable! This was our first time spending time in Leavenworth and not just driving thru. The lights in town with the backdrop of snow covered mountains was magical. There are tons of fantastic eateries & shops. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

This rental is just as pictured and described. Super clean. A tiny bit further from “downtown” than a few other places we’ve stayed, but still easily walkable and worth it for the giant jetted tub, comfortable bed and private back porch. There is also a restaurant and spa onsite. We arrived an hour early and texted Brandee to see if we could check in she replied promptly with a yes! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back! Tip: if you’re walking to/from town, check out La Javelina on your way. They have amazing food and coffee, but I believe it’s takeout only.

Easy check-in, great location - an easy walk to downtown Leavenworth, though it would have been a EASIER walk if there wasn’t 4 inches of ice on the ground. LOL That didn’t deter us, though!
The room was cozy and clean. The jacuzzi tub was AMAZING after a day out in the cold. Would love to stay again in the warmer months to be able to enjoy the balcony. :-)

Room was exactly as pictured. Nice extras like coffee/hot chocolate and cookies. Mattress should be replaced soon....there were "valleys" where people obviously lay down. Also...highly suggest extra pillows for leaning against the headboard to watch TV.
