This is a wonderful, relaxing home to stay in. The house is well equipped with everything that you would need for a fun beach week.

This house has it all. Sunrise and sunset views. Comfy beds. We couldn’t use all the equipment provided. We had three different groups of friends join us and they all loved it. Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Great Home great location!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very comfortable and had great natural light throughout. The screen porches were fabulous for entertaining. The location was perfect and all of the "toys" were a big bonus! Kathy was very prompt in returning messages. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this gorgeous beach house! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities! We loved how every room had a patio, and we ate dinner on the screened in porch almost every night. They have a fully stocked game closet which the kids really enjoyed. We used the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the canals. It is conveniently located walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and ice cream. The parking permit was an added bonus too! Kathy and Bob are wonderful hosts!

Super clean and had literally everything a family would need. Easy walk/ bike to beach or drive w the parking pass provided. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this wonderful house. The house is fully equipped,; has wonderful balconies for every time of the day; and equipment for all sorts of leisure time to include bikes, kayaks, and games etc. we will definitely be back.

We love staying at this house, because it feels like home for the week! There is something for everyone of every age!

The location of this house cannot be beat - being on the canal is just perfect - IMO. The back deck was the place to be - firepit, corn hole, kayaking. The house came with so many beach necessities: chairs, bikes, umbrellas, games, kayaks, grill etc. Made it so easy to come to the beach and jump right in to the business of relaxing and enjoying the beach. Kathy was so easy to work with it. The house had enough bedrooms for each of us ( although one recommendation is to replace the metal trundle bed frame - it is very loud to sleep on). Each room had a beautiful deck with chairs attached. We had a great week and look forward to returning to Fenwick soon!

We've stayed in several houses in Fenwick Island over the past 10 years and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is in a great location and provides lots of amenities. The house was clean when we arrived and well-maintained. It has decks off each bedroom, which is a nice feature. The house includes use of kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and lots of other beach supplies. It is just a short walk to the beach (and you have a traffic light at Coastal Highway, which makes things easier) or you can drive and park using the parking pass that is provided. The dock in the back provided an opportunity for fishing and crabbing, as well as sitting by the fire pit at night. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a great choice for a family vacation in Fenwick Island.

The house is located bay side in a quiet spot on the water, and it is less than a 10m walk to the beach. Everything about the house is as advertised, and certain to support a great family vacation for all families, as it did for mine. I truly didn't want to leave.

We come to the beach almost every year. Great time for family bonding and reconnecting. The property was great and the location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, even shorter drive. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of indoor and outidoor space to utilize.

This was our 3rd rear renting from Kathy and Bob. Once again, the accommodations were just right. We look forward to returning next year.

We were so thankful to be able to keep our summer plans and come back to this amazing house for the second time. Kathy is great and so easy to communicate with. The house and location is perfect for our group, ranging from 7 months to 65! We love bringing our kayak and bikes but the house really has everything you need and more. This year our son learned to ride without training wheels on the quiet neighborhood streets. Such a special memory! Thank you for everything Kathy And Bob! We hope to return again!

This is a fantastic house for visitors of every age. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the view and activities (crabbing, corn hole, bikes, kayaks, fire pit, sun decks and screened porches) as well as ample indoor spaces. Great location, walking distance to beach and local attractions. Owners are wonderful and accommodating. This was our second year and we can’t wait to return!

Stayed at Kathy's place in August 2019. The entire process couldn't have been easier. She was always willing to answer questions that I had and made the experience super easy. The house was perfect. Great location...quick walk to the beach and shopping. The house is big enough so that you didn't feel like you were on top of each other - great for extended family. My 6-year old nephew took full advantage of the outdoor game closet, the kayaks, the outdoor showers, and the bikes. So much more than "just a place to stay". Very clean and homey has well. Hoping to return again in the future for sure. If you're on the fence, don't be. You won't be sorry with this pick.

Great for family gatherings and creating new memories. Kathy and Bob have provided everything needed and more at their vacation home. This is our 3rd year renting. Plenty of space for all generations. Location is great. Peaceful and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend for family and friends gatherings.

Kathy was very helpful with all of our needs, including last minute child proofing the home for our little ones. We were happy to find the home exactly as it was advertised online. There were tons of items available for us to use. Between the bikes and the parking pass we were able to get all of our gear and people from multiple families to the beach easily. The location is great! Right near restaurants, shops, and activities. We will definitely recommend this home to others!

This house is a gem! Spacious and full of light with multiple decks, each full of comfortable seating for relaxing and unwinding. Enough space to have 'your own space', but very conducive to gathering as well. Great view of the canal with kayaks available. Very close to the bay and a short walk to the ocean which took no time at all and we often opted to walk rather than drive. Sits in a nice neighborhood that you can walk around and the local families were very nice to chat with as well. Inside the home it was very clean, warm and inviting and you immediately felt like you could just settle in and never leave. The house was very well stocked with silverware, dishes, glasses, bowls etc and additional supplies in the closet (first aid, spices, olive oil and other kitchen staples. It also had a great game closet that my 2 yr old nephew loved! The beach supplies in the outdoor closet (chairs, umbrellas, tents, toys etc) were the best I've ever seen and plentiful. No broken rickety chairs lying in a pile as I've experienced at other places. This literally was just like your own home and everything was very well taken care of and respected. It really was one of the best vacation homes I've ever rented. In addition, the Owners were delightful to work with - very available and responsive to any questions we had and very keen to ensure you enjoyed a wonderful week. I'm thankful to have found such a wonderful place for my family to vacation and would definitely return. Thank you Kathy & Bob for opening up your wonderful home!

We spent a wonderful week at this fantastic home in August 2018. The house has all the perks of being at the beach with all the fun of staying on the bay (crabbing, kayaking, and beautiful views) and is perfect for families, adults, and kids of all ages. We absolutely loved the screened in porches, the awesome back yard, and the outdoor showers (there are two). The house is a great size, has plenty of shared space for dinners and games, as well as privacy for guests with personal balconies/porches off each bedroom. We walked to the beach with small kids and all of the beach stuff that entails each day and had no complaints about the distance. It is located right in the middle of FI and is an easy walk to everything you want to do.Finally, the owners are wonderful and accommodating. We didn't have a chance to use the bikes but appreciated that they were there if we wanted to. We are already looking forward to our next vacation.
