Had a wonderful week in Fenwick and we did not want to leave! This property basically has everything you need. Loved sitting on the balcony to eat lunch/dinner and in the evenings (except when it rained two evenings). The pool was very nice too (the kids loved it), but we wished it would have stayed open later than 6 pm. Jim and Liz were very prompt with responding to our questions prior to arrival. We routinely stay in Fenwick due to the smaller crowds and family-friendly atmosphere. We particularly like Admirals Bridge due to its proximity to the beach and the pool access. This unit was by far the best we have ever had in Fenwick! The property is beautifully renovated and the owners have thought of everything (really). All of the thoughtful details really make a difference —from the complimentary soap and baggies to the usable laundry baskets. We even found chip clips! The owners were such a delight to communicate with and were very responsive. We had an amazing visit despite some pretty terrible weather and will certainly return next summer.

This home is spectacular!!!! It has everything you may need and more. Very well decorated, very welcoming, steps to the beach, and very close to a lot of entertainment. The hosts Liz and Jim are wonderful and very helpful with every need you may have. They truly make you feel welcome in their home. If you have the chance to stay, you should, you will love every minute.

This is our 2nd year renting this same townhouse. We loved it so much we came back. The location is perfect. The house is redone and in wonderful condition. It is well stocked for anything you may need. The host is a great communicator. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The photos give a good sense of the house, and everything was in good working order and clean. Things were easy to find in the kitchen. The pool was nice, and the beach is a block away and lovely. The deck off the living room was very pleasant for meals. We enjoyed the Netflix subscription. There are filters for the coffee maker, but bring your own coffee. When we were there, the kitchen had a good assortment of spices and had olive oil and vegetable oil.

Another wonderful stay. This is our third year enjoying this condo at Admiral’s Bridge in Fenwick. It feels like home because the owners maintain it that way. Everything is in good working order, the decor remains beachy and elegant. The level of cleanliness is outstanding. The owners are extremely responsive if you have questions. This time we actually had guests visit us while we were there and it provided an opportunity to use all of the lovely things that the owners keep around to make entertaining easy. Everything was just perfect. Thank you.

Super clean and comfortable home to relax at Fenwick. The owners are wonderful and have thought of literally everything you will need, from kitchen supplies (even Henckel knives) to beach stuff, everything you can imagine you would want you have right there. Plus the furnishings and general feel of everything give it a second home feel very quickly. Morning beach walks to see the dolphins, coffee on the deck, beach fun during the day, dinner in or out, then movies at night. We even drove the short way down to Assateague Island to see the horses right on the beach - amazing. Perfect vacation!

There are not enough superlatives to describe this property! We have stayed in 3 other locations in Admirals Bridge and none compare to this unit! Totally redone throughout, beautifully decorated, and a kitchen that has more gadgets than I have at home! Jim and Liz had a welcome gift for us on arrival, which has never happened in 40 years of renting properties! Any questions or concerns were responded to with minutes! Again, can’t rave enough about this property or the owners!

Best beach house ever. Perfect for our family of 4 adults and two children. Allows everyone their own sleeping quarters with shared space on the main floor. The property owner thought of everything. It really is like a home away from home. The kitchen is better stocked than my home kitchen and everything is accessible. If they didn’t have it, they will get it. We couldn’t find the stopper for the upstairs tub. They sent their daughter over with a replacement!!! Talk about responsive. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us. Although the house is beautifully decorated, the choices are very kid friendly so you don’t feel like you have to run around behind the children making sure nothing gets damaged. We love, love, love the location. Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance. Although the weather was not great, a little too windy and cold for us, the house really does have an amazingly relaxed feel so we all came back feeling refreshed. My daughter and son-in-law both have very demanding jobs. This vacation with this house and location was just what the doctor ordered for them. We have already booked for next year, later in the summer so the weather will be warmer. A big thank you to Jim and Liz.

We had the best time here. The place was so clean and had everything you could think of. The owners spared no expense to make this a really nice home away from home. Can’t wait to go again next year!!

This home is so beautiful, clean, and perfectly located steps away from a quiet beach, but within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and mini golf. The hosts couldn’t be nicer and thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. Very family friendly and exactly as posted. We would definitely stay here again.

The O'Hasis 2 is the best place our family stayed in our 20+ years of vacationing in the DelMar beaches area. The townhouse had every amenity needed, every kitchen utensil you would think of, and modern appliances, that worked well. Plenty of dishes, bowls, accessories for dips and happy hour. Steps from the beach, restaurants, liquor store, and close distance to grocery shopping. Very comfortable beds, and easy to keep clean floors. Easy to relax on the balconies, sit and talk, or play any of the owner provided games. Easy and frequent communications with the owner when needed. Will definitely stay again if available.

We were delighted to stay in this beautifully appointed, modern, updated, fully-renovated townhome. There are multiple things that you may have forgotten that are at your fingertips that the owners have supplied for your personal use. Wonderful. Property is beautiful. The owners were responsive. They thought of everything. All switches are labeled which I have never seen before. Made life easier not having to fumble around. Didn’t realize there was an outside shower. Made it very convenient for keeping the sand outside. The beds were comfortable in every room. All the other furniture was chosen with care. It fits perfectly at the beach. We had two cars and I was a little worried about parking. Only one occasion when I couldn’t find a space and it opened up pretty quickly. Very short walk to a lovely beach. Full but not crowded. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

What a wonderful time we had at your beach home. We loved it. Everything was perfect from the time we walked into your home. Hand sanitizer at the front door "covid 2020", beach bags if needed, and beach gear for our use. Location to beach, restaurants, water park, shops and convenience store all in walking distance. Your deck was our hang out. Mood lights, music from the Bose and patio accommodation to have meals out side. Inside the home had everything we needed. Pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware you thought of everything. Loved your organization and nice touches. Our first time in Fenwick. We are so glad it was at your home. Thank you we will be back.
