This is a great rental for family! The kitchen was well stocked! Plenty of bathrooms! Steps from the pool and easy walk or bike ride to the beach! Marcy is very easy to work with and responds quickly to any questions!

Wonderful condo near back of palmetto dunes drive. Plenty of space. Kids loved the pool which is right out your back door. It was heated really nicely, pro anti 80. The beach is a walk (more than 150 yards) but it is easy. We loved the bike paths all over island. Check out Hilton head social bakery which is easy bike ride. Wonderful French pastries!

This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes. It's a gorgeous gated community. Do realize that depending on where your place is in the community, it could take 5-10 minutes to reach your rental. We were at the very back but close to the ocean, so didn't mind at all. This townhouse was exactly as advertised. We were 3 adults with 4 teens/young adults. The pool right outside was a hit as was the ocean, of course. It's a pleasant 5 or 6 minute walk. The townhouse isn't overly spacious but honestly we were mostly only there in the morning and then the evening. There was an issue with the smoke detectors when we arrived but I texted Marcy and she had someone out the next morning to fix the issue (it wasn't beeping, so not an emergency). Overall, a great stay for us and a place we will consider returning to.

Easy check-in/out process and Our excellent host, Marcy, went above & beyond to help us before & during our stay! ( Price was above what we expected to pay based on past rentals, but maybe everything in Hilton Head went up in price this year?)

Great condo. Very clean. Probably one of the nicest and well maintained condos I’ve ever stayed in. Took 1 star away just for a few minor issues listed below.
1. The lights above the kitchen table were way to dim. I would install some higher wattage bulbs. Also wished there was a way to keep the kitchen table from rolling. We looked but couldn’t figure it out.
2. While it is only “a short walk to the beach” I would emphasize that the walk might be a challenge for the elderly or handicapped.
Definitely would recommend if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to the beach.

This condo was great and just as the pictures show. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/plates silverwear which is great because we ate most meals at the condo. The walk to the beach was a quick walk (maybe 5 minutes) and there was no busy street to have to cross. The pool and hot tub were steps away from the back porch which was perfect for us!
We had 8 people so we had one person sleeping on the sleeper sofa each night. It was not the most comfortable and had a very large indention at the head of the bed. The only other thing to note was there was no ice maker. I spent a lot of time filling up ice cube trays.
All in all, we are already planning a trip back!

Great Accomodations in a perfect location
Everything was exactly as described, and expected. I knew what I was looking for, and this property was it. Close walk to the beach, even quicker with a bike. The complex pool was just outside the door. Quiet neighborhood with clean and comfortable accommodations. We hope to visit again within the next couple of years.

The property was very clean which is really important to me. It is in a quiet location yet still a bike ride or short walk away to the beach. The furnishings are nice and the rooms are spacious. Marcy was very responsive to my questions and I would definitely recommend this property for your next vacation!

Great location for family vacation
This is a lovely villa in a private area of Palmetto Dunes with little traffic or noise from neighbors. The pool is 20 feet away from the screened-in back patio which made going for a swim ultra convenient. The pool was cleaned by a service daily and the water was very warm. I was uncertain about renting a unit that was not directly on the beach, but the walk was only a couple of minutes down a nicely landscaped path which we didn't mind at all. In fact, there was one particularly windy day when being at the beach wasn't ideal and the pool was a perfect alternative as it is sheilded from the wind by buildings/trees and felt 10 degrees warmer than the beach. The floor plan with main bedroom on the first level and 2 bedrooms upstairs provided parents and kids with extra privacy. The beds were very comfortable - not your typical VRBO mattresses. There were puzzles and games for the family and beach/pool toys for the kids. There is a general store within the Palmetto Dunes footprint that we visited every day for snacks, sunscreen, ice cream and gifts. We rented electric bikes one day from the Outfitters in Palmetto Dunes (very fun if you've never tried) and there is a bike rack in front of the unit. Kroger and Whole Foods are located in the shopping plaza directly across the street from the main entrance to PD. The host, Marcy was exceptionally responsive and available to answer questions. Check in/out was seamless and instructions were provided via email well in advance of our arrival so we didn't have any last minute issues. We were provided with more than enough bath towels and starter dish soap/shampoo etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. My children 10 and 12 years old said it was their favorite beach vacation yet. We've stayed several VRBO's over the years and I would agree that this trip felt like we could have been staying in our own home. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head stay
We enjoyed our time at Hilton Head. The location in regards to the pool and beach was great. The size of the condo living space was a bit cramped for 4 adults and 2 kids but we made due. Also I would advise taking along some medium size saucepans if you plan to cook. I give it 4 stars.

We had a great time in Hilton Head at Huntington Villas. The location of the villa to the pool was perfect, along with the short walk to the beach. The villa had everything needed for our family stay. The kitchen was well equipped, and having 3 full bathrooms made it easy for everyone. The screened in porch made it nice when returning from the beach because there was room to store your things. There were also a lot of beach items provided. We also liked the quiet location at the end of the street and the family atmosphere. The small bike rental fee for 3 adult bike was greatly appreciated. You also can’t beat the ability to pull right up to the villa, instead of walking up a lot of steps like other properties. This was our second time staying at Huntington Villas.

We had a great time! There were a few issues when we arrived. Marcy took care of everything. Very diligent. The townhouse worked great for my family and daughter’s friend. Great property at HH that was the perfect fit for our family. Marcy was very accommodating and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this to any family looking for a house that sleeps 6, with access to the beach, and footsteps from the pool. All in all, a great week and we hated to leave.

We enjoyed our month-long rental despite some cool and windy days (February).. The villa was clean, the kitchen is well-equipped and has been upgraded, and the grounds are well cared for. The location is great...5 minutes to the lovely beach and close to tennis and shops and restaurants. The owners are quick to respond to any questions. No complaints!

This condo is meticulous & well maintained, which makes your stay here an excellent choice!
Staying at this condo is an excellent choice. We have stayed here a number of times and rate it "A plus." It is ALWAYS clean and the owners are great to work with. The unit has been upgraded from the bathrooms to and the kitchen appliances as well. The kitchen has new dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. as well as plastic dishware for the children. You won't need to purchase additional bowls, platters, pitchers, etc. as it is well stocked!
If you come with friends and families, there is plenty of space for privacy as each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom.
We thoroughly enjoy the porch for drinking a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. It overlooks the beautiful swimming pool which are steps away! There is also a hot tub and baby pool.
There are also two bikes to ride at your leisure.
The beach is close by, so we were lucky enough to enjoy the ocean and the pool!
We have enjoyed many nice restaurants in the area. There is also great shopping in the area. There is a general store on site as well.
The condo is in a great location!
I wouldn't hesitate staying here for a minute. You will be able to create happy memories like we have had. ENJOY:)

family vacation getaway
Overall this property was a great value. The unit is in a great location at Palmetto Dunes. The pool is literally steps from the unit which was convenient for grabbing food/drink or simply taking a break. The beach itself was about a 5 min walk as indicated and was not crowded at all. For not being a waterfront property, it was about as close as it gets. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs so that we did not need to purchase our own. The owners were extremely easy to work with and quick to respond. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances had been updated recently but do feel that there are other areas of the home that could use a refresh. However; it is simply cosmetic. Good value, good location, good owners!

Exceptional Condo
We spent a week here and had another fantastic vacation. The condo is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. It is very spacious for everyone, as there are three big bedrooms with three separate bathrooms. I loved having my coffee every morning on the screened-in porch overlooking the beautiful swimming pool, which is located steps away from the condo! The condo is centrally located so it is easy to explore shopping areas, restaurants, water adventures, etc. The ocean is under five minutes (walking) away, so you have your pick of the pool or ocean -- whatever you desire! I wouldn't hesitate staying at this condo as you will NOT be disappointed. The pictures are great and realistic, but when you physically see it, you are going to be excited that you had the opportunity to stay here! I want to go back to this BEAUTIFUL place!
On arrival, the unit was clean and ready for our week-long stay! There was plenty of sleeping space for our whole family, a large kitchen and dining room, a spacious living room, and a beautiful screened-in porch to enjoy our morning coffee! The pool was right out the back door, filled with lounge chairs and friendly neighbors! The beach is nearby and BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for allowing us to use your bikes, boogie boards, noodles, and beach chairs! There are great restaurants, shopping, golfing, and water sports nearby. Everything on the island is a short distance away! As you can see I wouldn't hesitate to go back again and wish I was there now! ;) Thank you for the great memories you allowed us to have! I would recommend this condo to ALL and am confident you will have the time of your life as we did!

Thanksgiving Retreat....
Spent a week with family over Thanksgiving at this lovely condo. As described and pictured. We rode bikes along the miles of Palmetto Dunes bike paths, fished in the lagoon, and explored the beach and Shelter Cove. Had a wonderful time and made some amazing memories. Hope to visit Hilton Head again soon!
