Willkommen bei "Cape Dream" - Ein neues Zuhause von innen und außen! Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Bädern (plus Außendusche!) hat zwei schöne Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem ausziehbaren tragbaren Doppelbett. Es gibt auch ein Vollbad im ersten Stock. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Es gibt auch ein Vollbad im zweiten Stock. In allen Schlafzimmern genießen Sie weiche Matratzen. Alle Bettwäsche sind vorhanden, was am Kap selten ist! Ebenfalls enthalten sind Bade- und Strandtücher.
Die Küche verfügt über neue Geräte und ist komplett ausgestattet und mit allen notwendigen Koch- und Essensutensilien ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen, um gemeinsam ein wunderbares Abendessen zu gestalten. Das Haus verfügt über A / C in allen Schlafzimmern und Hauptwohnraum, WLAN, HD 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Familienzimmer, einen Grill, Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Spielzeug für den Strand. Stayed with grandparents down to a 2 year old. It was all our first time on the cape. This location was great as it was central with plenty to do locally and, if you want to explore other towns, nothing was too far away. Provincetown was a 45min drive and Chatham 20min. The bay beaches were great for the little kids and the house was comfortable to all hang out in and sleep. The only concern I had was having a 2 year old, always watching he didn’t get to the basement door as it doesn’t have a lock and the steps are dangerous with only a railing on one side and the back porch has steps to the grass that aren’t able to be gated off. to avoid having to worry, I would suggest if you have kids, best for groups that have infants or kids 6+. The kitchen is stocked well with utensils, dishes, pots etc. and the towels for beach and shower were good to use. The beach chairs and sand toys also came in handy. Overall the house and location were ideal for us and we all have a great time.

The home was a good fit for us. Slept 6 with beds to spare. Hosted a family dinner, enough kitchen supplies to get everyone fed. Brewster is as usual, lovely. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The property is situated in one of the best area in Lower Cape and is accessible to many points of attraction in Brewster and Orleans. We are frequent visitors to the area and this is one of the best homes we have stayed. On one of the rare days when the weather did not allow us to enjoy the beaches nearby, we had fun playing foosball and board games offered by Kelley. The home is big enough for seven of us but still maintain some coziness. Overall, we had a great stay and Kelley is super responsive whenever we have questions.

So close to everything yet so quiet and peaceful. Home is lovely, we loved Owl Pond and Flax Pond which were both very close. Beds are very comfy, there is plenty of storage space in bedrooms and kitchen. Kids loved the tv room in the basement. We will come back to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Dream. Kelley was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and living areas. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The outdoor space was an added treat with a great deck and fire pit. Overall a great trip to the cape.

We all loved the house! As a group of 9 we chose to use the towels provided at the house (we did bring our own bed linens). The requirement to have all towels washed and dried by checkout at 10 am we felt to be unreasonable and to possibly promote renters to skip the washing and just dry their towels! The condition of towels upon our arrival was fair - some were smelly and had to be rewashed. We tried to comply but did leave the last load of towels in dryer. I know they were clean and sincerely hope I won’t be penalized for this. Folding towels is not difficult or very time consuming. It would also be helpful to provide a broom or swiffer.
We were also afraid there may have been a sewage issue as the upstairs master bedroom/bath had a foul odor when we arrived. It did disappear after airing out and spraying.
We did love our week and would consider coming back!

Great House - Great Location
We've been renting houses for years on Cape Cod and this was hands down the best one ever. It's the perfect location for the beaches (Crosby 5 min.). Nauset (15 minutes), Golf (Captains 12 min.) Chatham Seaside Links 20 min) Shaw's supermarket was only 5 minutes away. You can literally walk to Nickerson State Park and there's a small pond a very short walk from the house.
The rooms were large and fully stocked with everything that we needed. We did have a few questions that were answered promptly. I've already requested that we rent the same house next year.

We loved our stay in this beautiful and well stocked house. The location is perfect to explore different areas of the cape, and the quiet neighborhood and access to the state park was great for daily walks and runs. Highly recommend!

Great property in an excellent location.
We really enjoyed our one week stay at this house.
The property is great, very clean, lots of space, - it was comfortable to accommodate our family of 6.
The location is also perfect - mid-Cape, close to the number of beaches as well as Nickerson State Park and Cape Cod Rail Trail. It is also close to shopping/dining areas in both, Brewster and Orleans.

the house is set up for 2 families and it worked out perfectly for our family. Quiet neighborhood, yard, fire pit, its a great location. Kelley was outstanding! She provided us recommendations ahead of time and was very responsive to any questions.

Relaxing and fun!
We had a blast here! Close to a perfect beach for kids and a fun short walk to a state park with a beautiful lake! Close enough to town for all necessities but in a quiet area in a great neighborhood, good for walks. The house was clean and exactly how it is described. We would definitely come back and visit, very family friendly!

Great house and location
We had a great stay at Cape Dream! House was very clean and well decorated throughout. We had a smaller group due to grandparents unexpectedly unable to travel, but house is ideal for two families as other reviews stated. Location is great - walking distance to Flax Pond and Nickerson State Park, short drive to the bay beaches, and also central to navigating around the cape. We visited Provincetown, Wellfleet and Chatham, and all were easily reached from Brewster. Owner was super helpful and responsive during our stay, our family had a great time!

Two families together
This beautiful home is well laid out for two families of 4 to share. First floor bedrooms are well away from evening activities, so little ones won’t be disturbed. Everything was well decorated and complete, with everything we needed (right down to the marshmallow sticks). A lovely week!

Updated House
House was updated and very nice. The layout was great for our two families of four. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. The downside for us was that we thought we would be able to bike to Nickerson Park but you had to go through either a narrow off-road trail, or bike through the neighborhood to the main road, which was very hilly and too difficult for our young children. It would be do-able for adults or older children, though. Quick drive to beaches, shopping, etc. Overall we had a nice stay.

Perfect Cape Vacation House for Two Families!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. We have been vacationing on the Cape with another family for the last five years, and each year we rent a different house. This is the first house we have stayed in that we unanimously felt was somewhere we hope to rent again. The location was amazing - we typically rent in Orleans and loved the proximity and access to Orleans beaches but the quaintness Brewster had to offer. The house was immaculate, and Kelly was wonderfully responsive. Check in and check out were super easy, and we especially appreciated having linens included - a rare find on the Cape! The bedrooms were super comfortable, all with quiet air conditioning units and very comfy beds. The set up of having a king bed (master) bedroom and two bed (kids) bedroom on each floor was the perfect set up for two families. We loved the deck, the fire pit, and the finishes of the house in general. We definitely hope to return to this wonderful house!!!

We had seven people staying there and never felt on top of each other. Very clean, charming and well equipped with everything we needed. Owner was pleasant and easy to work with. Everyone agreed - it was a great vacation. Would definitely return and definitely recommend.

Beautiful home away from home
We had two families of 4 stay in this home for a 5 nights. It was the perfect accommodation as one family could use the upstairs and the other family could stay downstairs. We never felt cramped. The home is beautiful and has everything you could think of at your disposal. We enjoyed an evening around the fire-pit cooking S'mores and watched rabbits and chipmunks scamper around. The home is beautifully decorated with a Cape Cod vibe and truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The home is well cared for and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed in the home to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the nearby beaches and the information guide the owner sent prior to our stay was very helpful for dining and nearby shopping. Much appreciated! We look forward to returning in the future.

Cape Dream was the perfect vacation home.
The house was bright & roomy. Very nice deck, fire pit and a very charming breezeway-my favorite part of the home (great place to relax with a morning cup of tea and a danish from "Eat Cake For Breakfast"!)
Great location, quiet neighborhood yet close to Nickerson Park, great restaurants and beautiful beaches. Enjoyed cooking meals in the updated kitchen and using the grill on the deck.

PERFECT summer house- better than the listing
We had an amazing summer vacation staying in this house. It has a great layout, well- equipped, very clean and is located in the quiet area. The moment you walked in you immediately feel very welcoming and cozy. The owner did an amazing job in decorating and paid attention to details. Prior to our arrival, the owner would share many tips and suggestions of restaurants, area attractions etc. It was very organized and made you feel very welcomed.
We are a family of four with two young children (2 yrs and 4yrs) sharing the house with a family friends who also is a family of four with two kids(5yrs and 10yrs). The layout of the house is PERFECT: one family took 1st floor while the other stayed on 2nd fl. There’re 1.5 bathroom upstairs and one full bathroom downstairs. Both families have their own privacy at night while we can be closed together during the day.
I was most impressed by the thoughtfulness of the owner: they had the bedroom set up with toys and supplies based on our headcounts and ages of the children! One room has books for 2-4yrs while the other room has video game and TV for older kids. There’s also children Tylenol available in the bathroom cabinet. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with all supplies and tools- everything is clean and is in perfect condition. You can tell the love and care the owner invested in this property!
My four years old says, ‘ Mommy, I don’t want to leave. I want to stay in this house!’ I couldn’t agree with him more!! Thank you Kelley for sharing this amazing property.

A Peaceful, Comfortable Home in the Middle of Everything
We are two families who travel together each summer (four adults and three elementary school-aged children), and we stayed in this charming home for five nights in June. It was simply perfect for our needs. One of the other adults in our group even commented, "This is my favorite house we've ever stayed in together" (and there have been quite a few!). The layout of the home is ideal for two families with two bedrooms downstairs (one with a king and one with two beds) and two bedrooms upstairs (one of these also a king and the other with two beds). Each floor has a bathroom. The home is in an idyllic setting amid towering trees, steps from a state park (with hiking trails), and a short drive from restaurants and grocery shopping. The neighbors we met were kind and welcoming, and Kelley was incredibly responsive to questions and any needs that arose during our stay. We were all over the Cape during our visit, and with the home situated in picturesque Brewster, we were mid-Cape, making everything we wanted to see within a 30 or 45 minute drive. We took the ferry to Nantucket for a day trip, we visited Chatham for shopping, we hit the beaches in Dennis, we rented bikes in Falmouth and biked the Shining Sea Bikeway, we went saltwater fishing near Truro, we sampled oysters in Wellfleet, we toured lighthouses in the Cape Cod National Seashore, and we took in the sights in Provincetown. Our comfy home-away-from-home was always a short drive away. In the immediate Brewster area, there's the museum of natural history, Nickerson State Park, and the Brewster General Store, plus the homeowners have provided a notebook with their favorite sights and restaurants around town. The restaurants were incredible, but we also cooked several meals in the kitchen, which was well stocked with everything we needed. We gathered around the firepit one clear evening and gazed at the stars, which were very bright on this part of the Cape. In the summer, the sun rises early here, and we were so grateful for the blackout shades and curtains in the bedrooms (not all rentals think of this amenity). The kids loved the basement with games and the spacious backyard area. The home has flatscreen TVs with cable in the living room and three of the bedrooms (if you care about having that sort of thing on vacation). We adore this part of the Cape, and this home made our stay even more special. We plan to return!

Cape Dream is Wonderful!
Excellent stay at Cape Dream for Memorial Day weekend 2018! This house is updated, clean, bright and has all the amenities you could want. Easy access to 6A and beaches while located in a quiet neighborhood that is great for running and walking. We stayed with 6 adults and 1 baby and there was more than enough room for all of us, it was great to have a full dining table for us all to sit around! We enjoyed having an updated kitchen and bathrooms, definitely a plus as compared to many other rentals available! Kelley was extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with leading up to our stay. We look forward to planning another stay soon!

Cape Dream Brewster Mass
Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a local fresh water pond and area beaches. Home is nicely decorated, bedrooms are generous in size. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/storage containers/ glasses, more than would be expected for a rental property. Back yard is small but private with a fire pit area. Deck off the kitchen in the back for out door dining. We enjoyed our stay. The owner is very prompt with any emails requests or questions.

Fantastic Cape rental for your family!
This is the second summer in a row that we have rented this lovely home for a week's vacation with our children & grandchildren. The home is fully updated, clean and convenient to Skaket & Nauset beaches. The owner is very responsive to any questions. This home is a fantastic rental on the Cape!
