Fantastic location and property, just steps from bucket list views and sunsets. Great location, more quiet and low key but super convenient to nearby beach towns and the 405 is upbthe street and a short ride down to LaJolla and up to Carlsbad. Will definitely return.

Relaxing Solana Vibes
Enjoyed this Seascape cliffside property stay and waking up to the sound of non stop rolling waves every day. This condo was one of our favorite rentals during our month long family visit to S.D. Well appointed, spacious layout and spectacular sun set views. Kitchen cookware/utensils need to be improved upon.

Great condo by the beach
The unit was really nice inside and had everything we needed. Location was great, just a short walk to town and the beach. Parking was also convenient with two garage spaces included.

Great for family with adolescents
Nice property, well maintained with nice furnishings and decor. Easy access - instructions were detailed and helpful. The property had a nice lay out to provide areas of gathering but also privacy for parents and adolescent children when needed. Quiet complex, which we appreciated.

Great location in Solana Beach
This property was perfect for our family of five.
The condo is tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. I would recommend they swap out the glass table in front of the couch as it’s a bit dangerous Being so low and not seated properly. Kimberly and her team were very easy to deal with. We did have an issue with the washing machine but they responded to that as quickly as possible. We would definitely consider renting here again!

Extraordinary!
This is simply the nicest Seascape Sur property that we’ve stayed in over 20 years. High end finishes throughout. Spectacular ocean views, great air circulation and serenely quiet - except for the 24hrs/day surf.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful place.
We have stayed in Solana Beach for years and rented many condos in the area. This condo is one of the most beautiful rentals with a view that is spectacular. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars is for honestly some simple things. #1 - if you are an AT&T customer you will have no service in the condo. This is something I believe should be made aware to potential renters as it could be a deal breaker. Both my husband and I are expected to be available to our employment, lack of service made that challenging. The more critical impact is that I have a parent with dementia and when she is unable to get in touch with me becomes very distraught. I understand some of this is out of the control of the landlord, I just would have preferred to have known and it truly have been my decision on whether or not I stayed there. The second issue was that the code to get into the community was incorrect and one of the remote did not work. We were stuck outside at one point and had to wait for our son to return and let us in. To the credit of the property management company, Jessica responded very quickly and resolved the issue. A minor challenge was the refrigerator, the doors don’t open fully which again created a challenge for using the refrigerator. These items are very specific and easily solved. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again.

Beautiful property with walking access to restaurants, shopping, yoga and pilates.
We enjoyed our 8 night stay at this beautiful condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. the condo had everything my husband and I and our two adult children with their partners needed to have a wonderful time. The property is beautifully landscaped, with two hot tubs, one heated pool (and one not heated), and tennis courts. Everything is maintained and we were in the hot tub every day--was always clean.
The property is recently redone and the towels, sheets, dishes are all very nice.
The management company came immediately when we had a fire alarm problem. They were very helpful.
We hope to return and spend more time in this gorgeous area.

Even better than the pictures!
This condo is one of the best ones in the community and the community is as good as it gets: situated on a hill overlooking the beach, it has breathtaking view of the ocean and sunsets every day. The condo is professionally designed and has everything necessary for comfortable living. The kitchen is large and has every possible pot/pen/utensil you may need. The management is very responsive and caring. Overall we had an ideal vacation in a picture-like setting!

Spectacular location
My family and I loved every minute we spent in this gorgeous and well appointed home. We enjoyed the beach toys and boogie boards and the owners have stocked the beach closet with tons of chairs, an umbrella, surf boards etc. We loved the proximity to the ocean and listening to the waves crash on the shore day and night! My 2 and 5 yo loved the home as well and none of us wanted to leave! We would love to come back and enjoy another vacation here!

The rental was everything we could have asked for and more.
The location is great, the complex is quiet, and the property was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The team at VRBK was easy to work with and had great communication.
The weather was unusually hot and humid, and while the condo has plenty of fans, it would have been really nice to have AC.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family!

Your Own Slice of Heaven in Solana Beach!
To say this condo is a gem seems mild once you have been there. The pictures are accurate, but they can not mimic the experience of being there. There was more than enough space for our family. From the floors to shower doors nothing was skipped in this modern beach escape. The bedding was plush and the amenities plentiful. But, nothing compares to the view we had of the ocean and beautiful sunsets we were able to see each day of our stay from the main room or just a handful of steps from the bluff overlooking the beach and ocean. It was only a short walk to the private entrance to the staircase leading down to the beach. The beaches are clean, soft, and serene. We were able to take long walks along each of the beaches, which each give you a little bit of something to enjoy. If shopping, food, or even music are your thing, there is plenty to do at nearby Cedros Design District, which is a short walk from the condo. Even a little closer than Cedros are restaurants, a coffee shop, and fast food if you just don't want to venture out. This condo is also very close to the private parking garage. We took a Honda Pilot and had plenty of room to park. (One caveat...if you are traveling with a stroller or an elder that has difficulty walking or climbing, there are a few steps to climb from the garage to the walkway that leads to the condo and again from off the walkway to leading down to your condo.) In short, this condo is like your own slice of heaven. You may never want to leave. We didn't!

Beautiful condo in Solana Beach!
My family of 4 stayed at this beautiful condo and absolutely loved it. The decor inside is amazing, very well done and updated! The complex is nice with very convenient parking and nice pools/hot tubs! Hearing the waves from the condo was awesome. The only negative thing about the complex is a lack of ramps which makes it very difficult if you have young kids and strollers. There are steps that you have to go down to get to the condo. Other than that, we loved our stay! The rental company was very easy to deal with as well.

Great Location; Great Condo
We just finished a week long stay here with 2 adults and 3 children ages 7, 10, and 13. The condo was very clean on arrival and the decor impeccable. The appliances were all functional and of great quality. The location is near the beach and we were so thrilled with how many beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, mat) that were available with the condo. The location was great and within walking and driving distance to many good restaurants. Overall I would highly recommend this condo rental.

Solana Beach Perfection
Amazing location!! The condo was designed beautifully and was an exceptional fit for our family of 5. Private access to the beach with little traffic. Surf boards and amenities for the beach were provided. Great access to restaurants and tourist locations. The kids loved it!!

A beautiful location and property
We had a great time at this location. The condo was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed the location, the quiet atmosphere, easy access to the beach, local restaurants, and the closeness of the train station.
One thing we did notice was the lack of cell service inside and immediately outside the condo, at least for AT&T, so you may need to enable using VOIP or other means. That may change in the future.
We would definitely consider staying there again, and highly recommend this property.

AMAZING SPRING BREAK' missing the crashing waves and sunsets!
From the moment we walked into the condo and heard the crashing waves and saw the sunset, we knew it was going to be a great vacation. I can't say enough about the entire renting process from start to finish with Kimberly and her crew. Not only was the condo spotless and beautifully furnished, but was completely stocked with everything we needed from kitchen, beach towels, to shampoo/conditioner, etc. The beach was so quiet and relaxing compared to some of the other Cali beaches. We loved everything about Solana Beach and it's location to Del Mar and the shops and restaurants in downtown Solana. We walked in the AM to LOFT for coffee and breakfast and would stop and get the best ACAI' bowls from Solana Coffee Shop. Some of our favorite dining spots was Del Mar Pizza, Jake's Del Mar and ZEL'S in downtown Del Mar as well. I recommend renting wet suits if you plan to have kids in the water' this was a game changer. The boys never left the water after renting. There is a great spot just in Solana to rent for $10 a day. This vacation/VRBO condo exceeded our expectations on every level and we are already hoping for a return visit this Summer.

Gorgeous Condo!
Our family of 4 and mother-in-law stayed here for one week. We loved this condo! It was extremely clean and had very high quality appliances. It also had thermostats in each room so my mother-in-law who runs hot, could keep her room on the cooler side and I could keep mine on the warmer side. I also liked it that the owner left laundry detergent and paper towels for us. In the past when we have stayed at places like this, we end up having to purchase these items . The grounds were lovely even during this time of the year. Any questions we had were quickly addressed by the property manager. I would definitely come back here.

Thank you for a lovely Oceanside holiday! Your accommodations were immaculate and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the surf & boogie boards provided and on site tennis courts. The condo was modern and spotless and very well appointed. The location could not be better with the surf break just below and sunsets over the ocean every night to enjoy.

Our family, including our grown kids and 1 grand, recently took a trip to Del Mar, CA to enjoy the ocean, the nearby 2016 Kaaboo Festival, and to celebrate my “milestone” birthday. Everything about the weekend was perfection, including this gorgeous condo with its breath-taking views! We’ve traveled and booked many accommodations around the country over the past years, always with some mild trepidation about how things would measure up……. This place is all that it advertises to be, and then some! Everything is very up-to-date, with luxurious bedroom furnishings and bathroom facilities, and the living and dining space worked perfectly for our family. Kimberly was very helpful and always responsive, and when we ran into a minor glitch with keys, the owner herself promptly stopped by and was most gracious. It was definitely a vacation for the ages(!), and I sincerely hope we will all be back again in the near future!
