It was a wonderful location for our family get together from 3 states - NC, KY and FL. There were adequate bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces and outdoor area. The home is in need of some TLC and some upgrades to some of the household items. We were grateful for our family time together……

All things were as presented with the exception of an empty propane tank. This was quickly remedied with trip to Harris Teeter with the property manager indicating he would reimburse us. The highlight of the house is the huge screened in porch where we ate all meals, enjoyed the view and escaped the rain. Fun times!!!

Checked the big boxes for us ! Like flat lot, good fishing, space to spread out with a split bedroom design, a porch to enjoy plus store your activity gear, a deep water dock with shade cover, and last but not least, a nice neighborhood. Owner was always 100% responsive. Cliff has his game down pat !

This was our second stay at the property and it did not disappoint. The Easter Bunny even found us! We fished and kayaked from the dock. Our seven year old probably caught (and threw back) 100 sunfish. He was in heaven! The private boat ramp was convenient and the slip had plenty of room for our pontoon. The peaceful location, sunny weather, calm water and family time we’re just what we needed. Thank you! We’ll be back again for sure.

We were blown away by this beautiful park- like setting on Lake Norman in Mooresville. Private dock & campfire pit. Huge gorgeous screen porch plus deck. We lived out there enjoying a variety of birds, geese & family, osprey & daily visits from deer. Bedrooms were ample size & 4 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6. Adequate kitchen utensils. Wifi was adequate. Multiple TVs although we never turned them on. Just enjoyed the outdoor setting when we were there. We enjoyed the home, although it could use some updating of finishes & linens, & a good deep cleaning. There was an unresolved issue with the water temp in the upstairs shower, which did not heat to even lukewarm. Check in & check out was smooth & Cliff communicated in a timely fashion. We had a great time!

Could not beat the convenience of having a dock, ramp and room for our 6 guys with bass boats and trailers for the 2022 Big Bass Tour event. Nice place with everything we needed. Thanks Cliff.

The house was great for a large group with the exception of table seating for only six. However, the screened in porch with two tables, lounge seating and four ceiling fans certainly made up for that since we ate most meals outside. The dock and swimming area were great.

This house and location are truly lovely. It exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and the entire property well maintained. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location on the lake was ideal. We had a wonderful vacation and plan to stay again

"All Decked Out" fits the setting perfectly as we enjoyed nearly all of our meals and many additional hours relaxing on the huge screened in back porch while watching the osprey swooping, ducks swimming, fish jumping, and boats cruising by. The dock easily held our rental pontoon boat, and the water off the swim platform was deep and clean, which encouraged us daily to take a plunge. Access to great locations for tubing was quick and easy. The house itself was well laid out for our family of five and would clearly work very well for two that size. (We're already thinking about who might enjoy coming with us next time!) Lastly, but importantly, Cliff checked in on us by text prior to arrival and departure, which fits our style perfectly. Beautiful place and lovingly maintained; just a bit more removed from 'civilization' than we expected; ordinarily that would be perfectly fine with us, but we had several events to attend at Davidson College and it was about a half hour drive each way. Otherwise, a really wonderful place to stay!

My little family of 3 enjoyed a fantastic 6 days/5 nights at this home. We had an unobstructed view of the water and dock from the back yard, large porch and deck, which meant we had eyes on our fishing-obsessed six year old at all times. The house is closer to the water than most other properties, which meant carrying things to and from the dock was easy. The house could have fit many more people, especially with the large bonus room and bedrooms upstairs. We had two days of cold, one day of rain and two days of sun. The fire pit was perfect for staying warm and nighttime s’mores. The huge screen porch enabled us to stay outside and out of the rain. The dock borders a no wake zone at the end of the cove, so we never had to deal with fast boat traffic. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were provided with plenty of towels. We brought our 18 foot pontoon boat and used the boat ramp on the property to put it in and pull it out, which was super convenient, and our boat fit perfectly in the covered boat slip on the dock (again, we didn’t have to worry about the boat banging up against the dock because of the no wake zone). The property manager checked in by text and even called to let us know we had left a few items behind. We would definitely visit this property again. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

This house and property are both amazing! Plenty of room for our party of 6. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time spent here and will definitely be back! Cliff was very helpful and always responded back very quickly. Check in was such a breeze I kept feeling like we forgot to do something. We arrived late and I kept worrying that there would be an issue when we arrived. There was NO issues! Easy peasy!

We went for a girls weekend, 50th birthday. It was such the perfect house for us. Two of the girls are going to get in touch for a family vacation. The house was perfect and the views outstanding. Couldn't of asked for anything better. The property manager was very nice a accessible.

The house is very well equipped and the views are beautiful. We had a awesome time! The host was great!
