Diese fantastische Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern verfügt über wundervolle Annehmlichkeiten und eine komfortable Einrichtung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einer Badewanne und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer ist mit einem Queen-Size-Bett ausgestattet, die Kojen im Schlafraum haben ein volles Unter- und zwei darüber.

I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The checkin process was easy and check out as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the beach chair service was a great bonus. We had 6 people in this condo, and a small dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

The pictures did not do the unit justice. The unit is nicely decorated, very clean, and spacious. Booking and communicating with the property manager was easy. My family enjoyed the unit, property, and close proximity to the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be staying in this unit or on the Maravilla property in the future.

The pool was great way to sidetrack the kids when it was time to leave the beach. Made use of the BBQ pit and outdoor shower. Was convenient to walk to the dairy queen and restaurants. Dog area was clean and convenient. Enjoyed condo balcony and size worked for four adults and three kids.

My family and I had a great stay at 1410! We love the complex, this unit and its proximity to the beach! Has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are great, as well. We all slept so good. Thank you for such a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming home away from home - we hope to see you on our next trip down.

Lovely Condo
We had a fabulous time at this property. I didn’t realize we had access to a private beach and the chairs and umbrellas were already set up each day. Nice surprise!

Great stay
We booked a trip to Destin, FL for our family vacation and chose the condo at Maravilla from it's great reviews and pictures. It did not disappoint. We had a total of 6 in our group, all 18 and over and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for our week's stay. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away, which was the number one thing we wanted. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minute drive or bike ride, and few within walking distance. Check in and check out instructions were very simple with no problems at all.
Will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Great stay! Perect loacation!
We enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach. The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The accommodations met our expectations. The bunk bed were not real comfortable for adult males (but they are at the beach, so all was good.) We would book this unit again.

Better than expected
We had an amazing week in Destin. The condo is very clean, updated and all of the appliances are fairly new. The location couldn’t be better. On the property, we enjoyed the pools, tennis courts, open spaces to walk and excessive our pup, and of course the spectacular white sand beach. The property is well equipped to cook at home and was very comfortable. If I had one recommendation, it would be to replace the master bedroom mattress.

The rental property is not directly on the beach but it’s not a far walk. It was very nice everything well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great!

Clean room. Helpful owners.
The property owners were very accommodating. My family booked last minute due to being placed under mandatory evacuation for Hurricane Ida. They went above and beyond and made an exception to their "no early check-in" policy due to our circumstances. When we had to extend our stay they made the process super easy. Communication with the owners was always easy- they responded to all emails within the hour. For these reasons alone, I would book again with these owners. To make things even better, the condo was pet friendly (a necessity for us during evacuation) and very spacious. They provided many amenities in the room that made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The condo was very clean and had lots of room. There were no extra sheets/blankets so if you plan on using the couch to sleep on, bring your own things. The walking distance to the pool and beach was longer than expected but everyone in our group (ages 5-83) was fine making multiple trips per day. We did purchase 3 beach chairs from the local store and left them in the closet for others to use. Do not expect a view of the ocean from this condo. Overall this was a nice condo and it worked fine for us, I just wish I knew I needed to pack more things for sleeping and that there was no ocean view.

Loved It
The complex is very convenient to restaurants and shops and the beach is only steps away across the street. The condo was very clean and well equipped. This was our 2nd family trip to Maravilla and we will definitely be back again next year. Renee was very helpful with emails on instructions for check in and check out.

Great beach vacation
Condo was right across the street from the beach. Easy access. Able to walk to a few restaurants. King beds in each bedroom. Twin bunks in the small bedroom. 2 full bath, full size washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again. Pet friendly. Had a minor problem when we got in Saturday night, emailed the owner and someone was there Sunday morning to fix the problem. If you have pets and need a clean place to stay, look no further.

Loved the condo! It was a great location for my month long stay, it quickly felt like home and had everything that I needed . I had my dog with me as well and he enjoyed sitting out on the balcony soaking in the sunshine. I would definitely stay again!

Condo was very spacious for us and our dog. Complex is very pet friendly.
Condo had very convenient location. Furniture and paint could use a little refresh but overall comfortable. Needed some extra blankets for bed which fortunately we had packed. Great area and so happy to be able to bring our dog along!
