The Green House property is a wonderful piece of paradise! Tucked up in the hills off of the main stretch of Santa Teresa, it was the perfect escape for our honeymoon. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing - we spent every morning sipping coffee on the terrace and enjoying the view. the unit is equipped well with focus on sustainability and being green. It’s close to many delicious restaurants and Sereen helped arrange an amazing couples massage in our villa upon arrival - very welcome after the drive from Arenal and up the steep hill to the GH. We rented a 4x4 during our stay and it helped immensely navigating the whole area and beach hopping, also arranged by Sereen - cannot recommended this place and hospitality enough, we most certainly will stay again! Pura Vida!!

The property was as beautiful in real life as it is in the pictures. So serene, well-designed, and relaxing. The openness and proximity to nature gave the most up-close views to hummingbirds and howler monkeys. It was such a retreat and joy to be here.

The property sits at the top of a very steep, broken dirt/paved road. Even on ATVs it’s a climb over high bumps and deep holes. There are 4x4s, ATVs and pedestrians climbing up and down it all day (especially at night), so navigating it was always stressful.

The location, the staff, the apartment, and Santa Teresa, everything was spectacular!

Beautiful house on the hill overlooking Santa Teresa. We stayed for 5 days and it was a great trip. You absolutely need a 4wd to get around anywhere in the Nicoya Peninsula, and especially here. The road to the house is just off the main street but it's quite steep and so you'll need to take a car or ATV if you're planning on exploring the neighboring towns/beaches. It's worth being removed from the main downtown area of shops where it's quite loud. We saw Howler monkeys in the trees with our morning coffee. We visited during the rainy season but enjoyed sunny early mornings out and exploring and napped in the rainy afternoons. Valentina was extremely helpful in getting us set up and recommending activities. She also helped me book surf lessons with Junior in town.

It’s set way up on the hill so you’re tucked away and very private,yet, still so Close to everything! The place was spotless. The service was top notch. Very cool, sexy vibe!

NO comfort at all. No privacy - you can hear the Neigbours talking all the time and their music - no peaceful place. Also their light shines in all night in your bedroom. The parking is way too small for 3 cars so I had to park outside or scratch my car. On top the administration asked me at 8 AM when I would checkout just pushing you to leave and it wasn´t even booked the next day. Very Unfriendly way! Noisy cleaning woman from early morning. No moskito net so all bugs can come in or you need to close all windows.

The location and views were beautiful. The decoration and set up of the villa was amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the service was exceptional.

The staff was very kind and helpful especially Valentina! They helped us with everything we needed right away. The apartment was extremely clean, all the facilities were new and clean.

The apartment is on the mountain so you need a quad/car to go to the beach or to restaurants

Valentina was there to meet us on arrival and had organised everything from our airport shuttle to our ATV. I can't recommend her service more highly!

A wardrobe, more storage and some hooks to hang towels.

The Green House in Santa Teresa was everything we expected. Very private and safe. We made good use of the two ATV's we rented during our week stay. It was so nice to come home to the Green House and cool off in the private pool with a cocktail and watch the beautiful sunsets every evening. Highly recommend a stay at the Green House for couples.

I have been in a lot of luxury accommodations around the world and this place is on the top of my list. The space is detailed and made with high end finishes. You can tell they care and the best an pillows are a good find for Costa Rica!!

Travel up the hill is daunting, it’s on top of the jungle so expect bugs at night. Santa Teresa is noisy because of the ATVs, it does fade up at The Green House but you still hear travel from passer by.
