Casa Zillori wurde nun komplett renoviert und erweitert, was zu einem außergewöhnlichen Strandhaus mit vier Schlafzimmern im schönen Los Conchas führte. Dieses von Designern inspirierte Ferienhaus bietet einen spektakulären Meerblick, eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Granit-Arbeitsplatte, einen Holzkamin, WLAN, Direkt-TV, das US-amerikanische und das mexikanische Festnetz. Der Eingang zum Haus erfolgt über einen geschlossenen Innenhof mit Springbrunnen, Außenkocher und prächtigem Bougainvillea-Baum.
Die Terrasse am Meer verfügt über einen eigenen Esstisch, Chaiselongues, eine Feuerstelle und einen Whirlpool im Freien, in dem Sie entspannen und die Schönheit der Sterne und des Meeres genießen können. Es gibt zwei große Waschmaschinen und Trockner sowie eine sichere Garage für Ihr Fahrzeug.
Haustiere sind gegen eine Kaution erlaubt. Kajaks und Schwimmwesten sind vorhanden.

We've stayed in several Las Conchas properties, and this was our favorite! The view and access to the beach was awesome. We were able to stay on the covered back patio and enjoy the beach ALL DAY without having to mess with taking an umbrella or canopy down to the beach. The beach was sandy without all of the coral that is present farther up the beach. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We'll be staying there again!

This house is beautiful. It had a large main room with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is extremely useable for our large party of 7. The p it side back patio was awesome with 4 great lounge chairs overlooking the beach and a nice table and additional seating area. There also is a fire pit but we didn’t use because it was too hot for that. The area of the beach had a lot of great sand and less rocks (for Rocky Point). We brought our dogs and they loved it too. We’d definitely recommend and come back.

This is one of the most relaxing beach homes we have stayed in. Area is quiet and safe. The home is very comfortable, perfect size for our family of five. Our dog had the best time of all of us - we let him run freely on the long stretch of uncrowded beach with fine sand and warm water. We will certainly be back.

Property description inaccurate. It lists a hot tub on site, the "hot tub" was actually just a single occupancy BATHTUB that was placed outdoors, not an actual hot tub that could accomidate multiple people Garage parking listed available, but the garage was locked and we had to park outside in the unsecured driveway.
Issues with all utilities: Due to the water reservoir not being filled up before we got to the property, the water ran out in the middle of one of our party bathing the second night we were there, and while we were able to have someone come out to partially refill it, we were assured that the tank was going to be refilled the rest of the way the next day, that did not happen and we ran out AGAIN the last day and we were unable to finish showering. Additionally, the power kept cutting out, which meant we lost power, water, and wifi multiple times a day. We relied on Wifi to have cell service. While I understand the city grid is outside of the control of the owners, the maintinence person we spoke to acted like this was a very common, known issue, which I would assume could be very easily addressed through a backup generator.
The back door lock did not work, so we had no way to secure the property for safety, also the jets in the master bathroom did not work. The yard is also not as shown, landscaping bags everywhere and a mess.

Our family had a great time at this beach house. We enjoyed walking the beach every day and enjoyed taking out the kayaks. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The house is located in a quiet area and is a 10 minute drive from town. When we arrived the microwave and some of the outlets in the kitchen were not working. The management company sent someone over right away and it was fixed within a couple of hours.

This home is beautiful and was such a cozy stay. Construction of the seawall was going on but they reached out to me before and offered another home. I still decided to take my chances and I am so glad we did - the workers were very respectful and not in the way outdoors. The home has everything, books, games, beautiful outdoor porch to relax on lounging chairs and enjoy the beach. Allowing dogs is an added bonus. Beds were comfortable and every room has its own restroom. I will definitely consider this rental again! Thank you Casa Zillori for a wonderfully great stay!

Beautiful house, beautiful beach, the house is starting to show some wear but we understand there was a hurricane about a year ago so that’s probably why. Most everything was wonderful, it is at least our 4th time renting this house. It was perfect for 4 couples and we would recommend this property and the property management.

The eight of us had a wonderful weekend at this massive Beachhouse with instant access to the ocean and beautiful views all day long. There were even kayaks available to use which was fun to try. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies to prepare our own food. The air conditioning worked well to cool down during a hot, humid weekend. Would love to go back!!

Our stay was amazing, we have been to Rocky Point so many times and always stayed at the resorts. This was our first at a home in Las Conchas, the house made it so amazing and is absolutely beautiful. We will no doubt be back and will stay at the Casa Zilori. Thank you for opening you home up to us, it was a blessing to be ablbe to not just visit but stay at this amazing home.

My husband and I, along with both of our parents stayed in this lovely home. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with towels and all your kitchen needs. Even the knives were sharp, which isn’t what we typically find. We usually go into town and buy fish and like to cook in the home that we stay in, so it worked perfectly for us. Every night we enjoyed the fire pit while watching the sunset. That was the cherry on top for of the trip!

Our stay here was so much fun! The house was nice and spacious and big enough for our family of 6 plus our Goldendoodle. One of the days, a tropical storm was passing through. The rental company reached out to us to make sure we were okay. Although 2 of our showers didn’t work toward the end of our stay it didn’t ruin our time. The kitchen was packed with all this dishes and cookware you would need. This is a beautiful home and we will definitely be back!

Loved our stay. 2 showers were inoperable but maintenance came quickly to checked on them. Apparently he knew about one already? Guess it’s hard to replace shower valves quickly. Luckily we are family and we had 2 working showers. AC was awesome so were the beds and the home was beautiful. We will go back. If you need 4 private bathrooms you might want to check to see if they have been repaired.

Loved the house and property, from the beachfront, to the accommodations, to the well equipped kitchen, to the beautiful decor. Our family had a wonderful vacation, including our 2 dogs, who loved the beach and being on vacation with us, The weather was perfect and the beach and water was amazing. Check in and out was a breeze, and the house was clean and ready for check in. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

The house Was absolutely beautiful
This house was absolutely beautiful. It’s spacious and nicely decorated and very clean. It is situated perfectly right on the beach. It had all the amenities. We have rented mini houses in Mexico over the years and this was by far the nicest. The only downside of our trip was that one of our sons was horribly stung by jellyfish on the first day of the trip. He recovered within a day or so But it really caster shadow over the trip.

Oceanfront for a week
Home was beautiful and easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping. Check-in process was a bit cumbersome because you have to check in/out at their management company office in town. Not a big deal but used to lock boxes on the property. It was difficult for because we needed to get 8 people out, cars packed, house cleaned and get keys back before noon check-out. Nobody wanted to leave so that’s an additional hurdle Had a great time away as a family. Weather was amazing

Wonderful property
We had a fantastic time and this house was wonderful. It was in pristine shape. The table is different than in the photos and the details says there are 4 king beds but there are actually 2 king beds in the 2 master suites and the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. The beds were very comfortable though. The beach was fantastic. This is definitely a property on the top of our list and we plan to rent this property again.
