Beautiful views from the living room! The property was very clean and as advertised. It’s a great location. Super short, walk to a local minimart. Walkable to the boardwalk. The parking is not ideal. We did get blocked in at one point. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mimi's place is perfect! It's so spacious and in impeccable condition. Loved the main living area, especially all the windows. Views are spectacular. As others have written, it is a third floor walk up unit, but I was happy to have the exercise. A1 Property Management were top notch with their communications. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is the second time staying at Mimi's Place, and plan on making it our go to escape. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and the perfect location. The morning sunrises from the balcony are breathtaking and the beach access so convenient. The management services are quick with responses, and check in and out are a breeze. Beautiful property - the beach is right at your back door! We stayed over the Easter weekend and it was also our daughter’s 21st birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook two big meals for the holiday/birthday celebration. There was ample room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable! Bathrooms were updated, clean, and spacious. Definitely would stay again!

We loved the property! The stairs are 100% worth the view. Condo was set-up nicely and worked well for our family. A couple small downsides that couldn't be controlled...barking dogs in other units and a large group (20 people) that were staying in another condo that insisted on setting up on the beach in front of our condo. They played loud music and drank in excess. One of the potential risks being close to public access, I suppose. More weird than anything else...Mornings on the balcony porch watching dolphins while drinking coffee helped us forget the other unwanted distractions!

We escaped for a short girls weekend to Mimi’s. Absolutely fabulous few, and loved sitting on the porch, listening to the ocean and enjoying a glass of wine. Location was perfect, place was extremely clean, and roomy. We cooked our dinners in while we were there, and the only drawback was that there were no baking sheets anywhere to be found. We improvised with what we could fine, but I would suggest that three or four baking sheets, and a few bowls be added to the mix of kitchen equipment before the high season starts. Other than that it was a most fabulous time! We would go back.

Our family had a great stay at Mimi's Place. We all enjoyed the amazing views from the balcony and spending time on the beach. The condo was beautifully furnished and made us feel we were in a home away from home. The condo was a perfect setup for our family (two parents and three kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old). Highly recommend staying at Mimi's Place!

The property had reviews about updates needed and they have all been done and some others. The balcony view at sunrise is stunning. Plenty of room for our family and grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Cooked meals there and enjoyed the beach with a short walk down the property newly rebuilt deck. The rooms were well sound proofed as we had small kids and some early to bed. Parking is challenging so don’t take a large vehicle. There are about 8 units with an interior staircase that is a hike to the 3rd floor. Overall, we loved our stay, determined we need to exercise more and loved being oceanfront.

Generally, Mimi's Place is in good shape. However, the couches and chairs are getting tired with little support left in them.

Kitchen was perfectly accommodated. My only 'issue' was the washer could use a cleaning cycle but we were thankful to have it. Parking was okay, I cannot imagine handling the parking in the prime beach season.

I never give poor reviews until this one. The photos shown online looked like they had been taken when the property was first available to rent. Very deceiving. I knew it was a 3rd floor condo, but I I underestimated how inconvenient all those steps would be Never again! The condo needs some significant maintenance. No lighting in the parking garage. (We came in after dark.) The parking situation was abysmal. Inside the condo-Broken tiles, shoe molding (trim closet to floor.) was awful. Peeling flooring. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. Bedroom furniture made of particle board. It was like a cheap motel. Saggy living room furniture. No cookie sheets. No teakettle. Could use updated appliances. Scary forward leaning balcony floor. I’d never allow young children on it. It was such a disappointing property. I hate to leave such a negative review. On the plus side- the view was beautiful.

The parking was a big issue for our truck and all the stairs were too much for older people. I would recommend this place but not to older people and not if you drive a truck. We didn't get out to explore because of the parking issue.

My husband, my sister and her husband and my 2 children stayed the week. We had an absolutely amazing stay and if we were at the house you would only find us on the deck staring at the ocean. We got up every morning to watch the sunrise right from there. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. The place was very clean and VERY bright. No need to turn the lights on during the day. The natural light takes care of that.

The management company was very prompt in answering questions--although I didn't have many as they provided very good information prior to check-in. The condo has great space for spreading out and the bedrooms were large enough so we weren't tripping over suitcases, beach towels, kids toys, etc. We loved the covered porch and spent plenty of time out there.The condition of the condo was exceedingly clean and the unit was well stocked. In addition to plenty of dishes & pots and pans in the kitchen we had toilet paper and paper towels to get us through the weekend. For us the only downside was the many, many stairs and no elevator! The condo is located in a quieter area (away from the boardwalk) and the beach is very wide and not heavily in use during our stay in May.

Mimi's place did not disappoint!
Can't beat the view and the condo is well appointed and spacious!! We really lucked out that the MAJOR beach construction moved out from the front of our condo just down the beach the day we arrived. According to people who had been there for 2 weeks, we were very lucky as they worked all day and throughout the night. Communication regarding the construction on the beach as well as the house being built next door would have been appropriate as other renters had been notified and compensated for the inconvenience.
That being said- great location and great condo.
