Hot tub and location.

Caravan very dated, leaking toilet,scruffy inside. Prices for activities and passes. Price of van too expensive as very dated and untidy. Worse one we stayed in Tattershall. Owner should not be charging top rate for sub standard accommodation. Owner also bad communication.

It was clean and comfortable and situated in lovely surroundings.

Excellent location and a comfy stay all the better with the hot tub!

Just needed a little more kitchen equipment but other than that it was a nice stay

Checkin was easy and very straightforward, inside was nice and spacious with good kitchen facilities, the playstation and DVDs was a nice extra touch. Excellent onsite facilities at an extra cost as well a farm and castle nearby. The hot tub is just the cherry on the cake! It was a lovely getaway with the family and we already planned to come back.

We had an amazing time away! The location is great, the kids loved riding the bikes around site. We had everything we needed and the accommodation was clean and cosy. The hot tub was an added bonus to finish off the day. We would certainly book again!

I liked that it had enough room to fit a family of 7 in and the hot tub was a nice touch

the door was unlocked on arrival and was not greeted by host. also the pottery cutlery and van was not clean. there was old food and drinks left in the cupboard from previous guests.

Perfect location and just enough space for 6 of us. All adults. Clean and had everything needed for our short stay.

This is very petty but the shower was absolutely boiling so struggled getting it to a perfect temp

it was filthy. had to make beds on arrival shower didn’t work the head fell off the stand and could of been dangerous I had to tie it on the with a tea towel. so cold heating took hours to heat up, toilet was broke wouldn’t flush. hot tub was full of bits and dead skin ect didn’t get in it once. I had my small baby with me and I could only stand 1 night even though we had booked 2. the smell was awful like fags and bad hygiene. definitely won’t book again or recommend anyone The Green. Had to be the oldest caravan on site, surely it’s got to come off soon puts a downer on tattershall name. we go all the time and never seen anything like it.

It was lovely place to unwind for few day and the owner was very patient with me daughter thank you Mr banks

It was not didn't like but the jets on hottub needs fixing title broken .. but enjoyed it

the hot tub was poor the caravan had cobwebs all over the lights and it wasn’t totally clean when we arrived

The fact that I paid almost £700 and didn't get a tab and the caravan didn't have a nice smell to it and was very basic

It’s quite a distance from the entertainment if you want to use it. The van wasnt fully equipped with utensils etc There wasn’t a carving knife or a pair of scissors, there was only pint glasses no tumblers or wine glasses. The two pans I did use I had to wash first so the owner ought to get onto his cleaners although everything else was clean so maybe an oversight. These are small things but when the cost is as it is they shouldn’t happen.

I think need to put passes in price as a option so wen booking got time save up for them ... otherwise can't do alot ...also hot tub jet things was coming out .. also need little alarms or locks on windows as my autistic grand daughter escaped from bedroom windiw ...very frighten as so many lakes there ..

The location was fantastic near to all the amenities and value for money.

Relaxed in hot tub made the most of facilities .

No toilet roll on arrival property got a lot potential just needs a little maintenance (as noticed when arrive a few things)
