Spacious and comfortable stay with all the kitchenware to eat-in/cook. Enjoyed making use of the beach gear in the day and board games in the night with the family. The location next to the beach was fantastic.

Great property for walking access to Kehei. The grounds are very nice to include pool complex, tennis courts and outside shower access.
The unit was nice although view from each balcony is of parking lot and adjacent property.
Upon check in we were surprised with lack of cleanliness of unit. I shared concerns with property owner who responded quickly with apologies and follow up with cleaning service.
We did have an issue with access to main balcony when operating AC. The cooling unit is located in storage closet on balcony and exhaust is very warm, thus not able to sit on balcony when AC in use.
Our family enjoyed the property and access to Kehei and beaches.

We loved staying here! Very clean, well-equipped with boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas, beach chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved having two decks. Beds were comfy. The condo was spacious.
The only downside, which is minimal: the towels needed to be washed after 1-3 uses, they quickly smelled of mildew.

We were very comfortable staying here. Things were clean and tidy and in good shape. The kitchen was well stocked, the AC worked great, the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cooler were awesome to use. Everyone slept well and comfortably on the matresses. The sofa bed worked well for our 12 year old and was easy to put away each morning. We felt the location was a good spot for access to seeing many parts of the island. We loved walking to Kam 3 to watch the sunset. The owners were very helpful whenever we had questions. The pool was really great in the afternoon when the wind picked up and made the beach unpleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo. Location was perfect in South Kihei. Walking distance to the beaches and shops. Stocked with all our families basic needs. Highly recommend.

Rich and Sharon's condo is updated, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay in Kihei. The location is very good - right across from Kamaole III and the Kihei boat ramp is a couple blocks down. Less congestion than further north in Kihei where a lot of the restaurants are. Beach gear for use is a huge plus - they have snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even sand toys. The beds are comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This is an amazing place to stay!
It was very easy to communicate with Richard and Sharon. About a day or two before arrival they sent the 'key' to the condo and after check in I was in the condo and changing into shorts to hit the beach!
The property is across the street from Kamaole III and if you enjoy walking the beach you can walk right over to Kamaole II!
If you're wondering about what items you need to buy to have fun on the beach, the answer is none! That's not entirely accurate, you have to have your own food and beverage. :-) They do have chairs, umbrella's, coolers, goggles, fins, and boogie boards.
When you're back at the condo you'll enjoy a very roomy two bed two bath place. I enjoy cooking breakfast before heading out for the day and the kitchen had everything I needed!
If available I will definitely stay here again!

The grounds were beautiful! The location was excellent! The sunsets and snorkelling at the beach across the street were incredible. The views from lanai and building were as described in add. The condo was suitable for our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Very nice condo for family staying. Can walk to Kamaole Park 3 beach. Close to good restaurants. Nice kitchen with good supply of pots and pans, dishes.
When we discovered the min AC didn't work, we contacted the host and he sent a AC service person the same day to fix it.
Would recommend this property to friends and family.

Nice resort. Big spacious condo. All the kitchen utensils you need. We BBQ’d a lot, and the grates were always clean. 2 minute walk to Kam 3 beach with a sandy entrance for great snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Always an awesome sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and there was lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything I needed to cook all our meals. The AC was very nice and the fans provided allowed for open patio doors and nice breezes. The beds were very comfortable in both rooms. We were also excited to find all we needed for the beach in the outdoor closet (chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, snorkel gear, sand toys, coolers). It was a great savings to not have to rent gear. Having a washer and dryer was also a great bonus so we could pack light. Starter toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap, dish soap and spices were also nice touches. Kamaole Sands is a great complex with a nice pool, beautiful grounds, and most importantly right across the beach from Kam 3 beach park where we spent lots of our time! It is also centrally located for most popular Maui excursions. We would definitely stay here again if lucky enough to come back to Maui!

Located on the beautiful property of Kamaole Sands and just a short walk across the street to the beach, that has a lifeguard. It is quiet and peaceful during sleeping hours. Ample space for a family of 5. It has everything that you need to take to the beach. It was a great stay.

Very convenient and safe, easy beach access, well-appointed with beach stuff, responsive owners, note there is a fee at check-in that we didn’t expect ($41.67), great to have separate beds for the kids, in walking distance of Kihei stores and restaurants. Had an awesome time here!

The grounds of Kamaole Sands is absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! The condo itself was well equipped and suited our family of 5 perfect! The owners were very easy to work with and responded to us in a timely manner when we reached out with questions before our arrival. Thanks again, we will be back!!

This place is amazing. Updated! The kitchen is awesome for when you want to save some money and eat in. In the heart of Kihei when you want to eat out. Everything is easy to get to, some of the best beaches are minutes away. The place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was in a perfect location. Kamaole beach is amazing! 5 minutes from Wailea and the most beautiful beach walk. Checking in was so easy didn’t need to communicate with the owner he provides all the information ahead of time and is very precise. He supplies the all the beach necessities which is awesome. Will definitely book again.

Great condo to stay in! The location was great, the resort is across the street from the beach. There was plenty of beach equipment for us to use such as boogie boards, snorkels, umbrella, coolers, towels. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra bedding, pillows, and blankets for the pull out couch. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.
We did have a few issues with some of the drains. I contacted the host and the issues were fixed the next day and we were not required to be present while the repairman was there.

The condo was beautiful! Perfect central location for touring, plenty of beaches nearby. Partial view of the ocean in one direction and Haleakala in the other. The grounds are amazing and the concierge service poolside have great recommendations. Plenty of grills and tables set up throughout the grounds for use. Highly recommend!!

Our stay here was great! We were pleasantly surprised to find the lanai well stocked with beach toys, chairs and snorkel gear to enjoy just a short walk across the road to a sandy beach. The kitchen has everything you can need to prepare meals. We also appreciated the well stocked linens and having a washer/dryer in this unit.
The pool and hot tubs are located near the center of the resort making it relatively easy to enjoy.
The location of this unit and resort are easy to find and for our family was perfect!

This place was perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of space for all of us (5), with the older girls each having their own beds sharing the second bedroom and bathroom. The sleeper sofa was suitable for my 10 yr old son who enjoyed waking up to the tropical breeze. Overall, this place is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and a good location.

We could not ask for more for a Maui vacation home. The condo looks better than the pictures. It is 3 minutes walk to the Kam III beach, very clean, and well stocked. Kam III beach has big waves in the afternoon during our early August stay, and my kids enjoyed boogie boarding very much there. Communication was great. We need a couple of small things, and the manager sent them over quickly. It is convenient to get to multiple destinations from Kihei (the airport, Haleakela, Road to Hana, etc). The pull out sofa bed was comfortable enough for my daughter and me, both pretty slim. I suppose a heavy person will not be as well supported.

The condo was great & perfect for our family! We love the lanais (was out there every day) and the owners provided for everything we needed - from kitchen/laundry stuff to boogie boards/beach chairs. We did have an issue with the Wifi but Rich promptly resolved it by having someone local to handle it. The condo was across the street from the beach and was walking distance to shops & restaurants. The only thing not perfect was the noise-level of the maintenance (trash trucks, cleaning crews) that the resort had, so be aware of that. But overall, it was a great experience for our first time in Maui!

Location was amazing!! Accommodations were good but could use some updating in mattresses for master bed and sofa bed. Purchased and donated bath towels as there were not enough. Air condition was awesome!!! Two balconies was a plus for morning and evening coffee w/I disturbing sofa sleepers!! Very safe location and grounds staff were all friendly and helpful!! Looking forward to returning again soon!!!!
